- "We had a great stay at Sean’s property in Bower’s Beach. It is a great location and incredibly quiet which we loved. Lots of open beach and missing the crazy crowds of more popular beaches down the coast. Sean is a great host and was incredibly responsive throughout the visit from before we checked in to after we checked out. I was pleasantly surprised at the floor plan of the house - it was a great setup for stays with multiple families as there are separate sections of the house with connected bathrooms. This makes it a great place for different families to have their own space while also taking advantage of the large open areas to hang out - two level back deck along with a large open kitchen/dining area."

Our home is a completely renovated three bedroom two bathroom Cape. It is on 13 Creekfront acres and also has 2 ponds. It is quite private being on the opposite side of the road of some larger farm homes. Inside our home, you will find a fully remodeled chefs kitchen with GE café appliances. We have two wine coolers built into the island. We have a comfortable couch with a huge beanbag and a very large TV in the living room. We have three wonderful bedrooms. We offer an Amazon fire stick attached to all 4 televisions. The upstairs bathroom has double tropical forest heads, as well as a handheld shower message. We even have a dog shower located in the laundry room. If your Pup goes on an adventure and should get wet and muddy. We have a very large outdoor patio with a sitting area and a 15 foot umbrella. We have a resident blue heron who comes to visit in the pond. We have a long Trex walkway that leads out to a dock overlooking the creek, and a floating dock as well where our pontoon boat is tied. We have just installed a gangway to another floating dock for ease when using the kayaks. Inquire after booking specifically about our boat If you are interested in seeing some beautiful wildlife, our creek is accessible to the Delaware Bay. We offer kayaks for no additional charge. You are more than welcome to fish and crab Out on the dock. We have a built-in hot tub. It is available year-round and sanitized properly in between guests. We have a large outdoor picnic table. We also have a doggie door and a large dog yard that is fenced in. We have placed a carpeted platform out there with two chairs for you to sit with your pups while they play. We also have 2 RV hookups 30 and 50 amps. with water for extra fees. We have an area called the Lookout point if you walk down the small path between the creek and the big pond and you will see beautiful sunsets from there. This is a beautiful sanctuary. Our home is the beautifully renovated South Bower's Beach Firehouse. We have 360 degree views of the Delaware Bay and the Murderkill River. Our home is located across the street from a serene private beach, where you can enjoy shell collecting, fishing, kayaking and canoeing. (provided for your use). We have gorgeous views of spectacular sunsets over the marsh from our large deck. This is a bird watcher's paradise. We are located in a quiet neighborhood where nature is at its finest. We have a nice backyard and side yard -complete with a tiki bar, horseshoe pits, and can jam. We have a spacious top floor deck for enjoying a cup of coffee or refreshing cocktail.
We are only 15 minutes away from the DE Turf. A great house to relax in before and after games. We are also about 40 minutes north of Rehoboth Beach DE (where you can enjoy the ocean, outlets, and the boardwalk.

Beautiful Broadkill Beach home just 6 houses off the Delaware Bay. Sorry Not handicap accessible nor do we have electric car hook up. There are beach views from the decks. You can sit on the open decks with the fire pit or grill. We also have a lovely screened in porch furnished for your relaxation! The beach is lovely and great for swimming, walking, fishing and having nighttime bonfires. The home Sleeps up to 10 people. Multiple decks to relax on or relax in the hot tub. We have an outside shower and beach chairs, toys& boogie boards. We have a few bikes and helmets. It's a small beach community about 5 miles along the bay. It is 4.5 miles to route one and 7 miles to the town of Milton, the home of Dogfish. We are 14 miles from Lewes and and the Tanger Outlets. Rehoboth Beach is just a little bit farther. Our little community has a store that sells sundries and subs, icecream and the best donuts etc…

- "This was one of many summers that we have stayed in Broadkill Beach over the past 10 years. This, by far, was the nicest, cleanest, and well-designed HOME we have had the pleasure to rent. It had more accommodations than we could have asked for, with everything in perfect working order. We had group ranging from 6-10 adults, kids and grandkids visit over a period of five (5) nights. We had plenty of room, and took advantage of the perfect beach weather to enjoy the multiple outside decks. The location and close proximity to the beach area was fantastic. The DFM ranged between 0 and 1 all week (if you know, you know), which meant many enjoyable hours on the beach. We had some great luck fishing and spent a nice evening with a small campfire on the beach. The owners reside on the property, so they were close by to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Two (2) vehicles in the driveway and two (2) vehicles on North Bayshore drive satisfied our parking needs during our stay. The only time we left the property was to get pods for the coffee maker, and of course a walk to the Broadkill Store for Ice cream in the evening and donuts in the morning. It was a very memorable stay and we look forward to our next visit! "

We offer a very unique property, trailer for 2 and tent if needed for over 2 people. Located just outside of downtown Dover, you step into an outdoor paradise. Overnight guest have full access to the saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit and gazebo with Tiki bar. Our little place can be a weekend get away for 2 or we have an additional 6 person tent if in need extra space for the family for an additional 35.00 per person a night fee plus 25.00 setup fee. Visitors not allowed access to amenities.

I do rent the yard by the hour for special events or parties if interested let me know. Pool and yard rent in addition would be up to 20 people by the hour is 80.00 an hour.

Our home has 3 rooms and 5 beds.

The downstairs room has (1) one queen bed along with a sleeper chair (unfolds).

The upstairs room has (2) two full sized beds.

The upstairs master bedroom has (1) one queen sized bed.

The living room has a couch with a pull out bed (1).

Ample free parking along with Boat dock suited for up to 28ft in length.
