Well-appointed, this home had everything from kayaks to kitchen supplies, beach bikes to body wash.Ann is a very attentive property manager who made it easy to arrive, utilize, and depart from this large home with plenty of places to chill and play. The adults used the quiet sun porch, balcony, and deck to work in the mornings as the teens slept in on quiet, cool, and comfortable beds. Every night we had a lot of laughs playing games around the large table and enjoying drinks and dessert - even made s’mores at the fire pit. The bathrooms are all very nice with fluffy towels, excellent water pressure, are neat and clean. A person could create wonderful meals in the kitchen that has everything, and we did, but we also trotted over to Milford and Frederica for dinner a couple nights- easy drive with grocery and liquor stores nearby. My only regret was not staying here on other trips to Delaware! (It is a new VRBO property) It may seem more pricey than Dover or Reehoboth hotels, but we split the house among a few families and considering we ate 2 meals a day there and had all our snacks and entertainment included and had so much comfort and fun, we think it was a value! We have already recommended it to our friends for future trips. "

Frederica is a classic river town at its core. Home of the new sports complex, Delaware Turf. Frederica is a quaint idyllic spot to escape for a moment of quiet reflection by the water. It is nicknamed Frogtown because of its location near the wetlands (and their amphibian residence). Frederica is a former port site that has evolved into a charming Delaware village with gorgeous nature views and a warm welcoming community.

Our guests will be able to access the entire house with plenty of parking. The garage is not available.

Trash and recycle are collected at approximately 6:00 am on Mondays.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm-8:00 am.
Checkout is at 11:00 am. Please leave keys on the kitchen table, lock all the doors and take out trash. The house has a security camera attached to the garage.

This is a spacious furnished apartment connected to my home. Large bedroom with queen sized bed, living room, dinning nook, kitchenette and bathroom. As well as a private 2 car driveway and private direct entrance into the apartment. Queen sized air mattress fits comfortable in the common area or in the main bedroom.

The apartment is less than 5 miles from Dover Downs & DSU, less than 3 miles from Wesley College, and only minutes from the Dover AFB. Located just off of the Route 1 exits as well.

ABSOLUTELY NO PETS OR ANIMALS OF ANY KIND ALLOWED IN THE UNIT - Unfortunately, I can not host reservations with animals. I have severe allergies and the ventilation between the home and the apartment is shared as well as all outdoor spaces on the property. My physical health is a priority . Requests with animals will be declined. Reservations who show with an animal will be immediately cancelled without refund, a claim for the $150 security deposit as well as an additional $350 fee for deep cleaning and duct cleaning to remove all traces of allergens.

The home has three large bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The property is exactly as it looks in pictures- so clean, fresh, and comfortable! My mom kept insisting it must have been professionally decorated because it looked so nice lol. The check in process was quick and easy with key pad access, and Scott even let us know ahead of time that the property would be available an hour ahead of the listed check in time in case we arrived early which was not expected and really nice. We were already familiar with the area, so found the location as expected and as described. There were so many small extra touches at this property- beach chairs and supplies for use, sunscreen, an outdoor shower for rinsing off your feet after spending time in the sand, a drawer full of spices in the kitchen to name a few. I really have nothing negative to say about this property what so ever! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely book again in the future. Thank you Scott and Rachel!"
