2. My high school age daughter may visit occasionally. Must follow rules & respect privacy.

There are two other guest bedrooms and each room has their own lock and key. Shared dining room, living room, kitchen and laundry. The owners have their own basement apartment with separate laundry. Central air will keep you cool in the summer and cozy in the winter. High speed internet and smart TV in every room. Each bedroom features its own closet and dresser. Safe neighborhood, with a full security system installed. Exterior doors have keypad deadbolts and each guest can use their own pin.

Pleasant and quiet suburban neighborhood minutes from the University of Delaware, and approximately 15 minutes from Christiana hospital. Main street is down the road with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. You will be close to the fun but also a minutes walk from peaceful trails surrounded by nature. White Clay Creek State Park is 3 miles away for more hiking. Grocery store and shopping center is 4 minutes away and the largest mall in the State is 15 minutes away!!

This is a 3 bedroom house with an in-law suite. The guests will have the upstairs to themselves. Guests do not have access to the backyard.

This single family home is located in a beautiful/quiet neighborhood yet it is only 3 minutes from route 202 and 5 minutes from I-95. Downtown Wilmington is a 10 minute drive and the home is also close to Nemours, A.I. Children’s hospital, Astra Zeneca, Du Pont Experimental Station, Wilmington University, Widner Law School and other North Wilmington/Talleyville attractions.
