- "We switched to the Monte-Carlo last minute due to an issue at another hotel and I cannot emphasize how pleased we were with our stay. Parking is unique - don't get me wrong but specifically this time of year - there were multiple open spots around the hotel that did not require premier parking or a long walk. We did premier parking because I'm on crutches and while a tad pricey it was worth it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The only suggestion I can give is to have the indoor units serviced - ours was a bit loud when it turned on but it quieted down. Beds were more than comfortable, fridge was very cold and the service was SO NICE. Shoutout to the front desk agent who survived a cheerleading weekend in OC - she couldn't have been more helpful and informative. Indoor pool a tad small but for what we needed, it was great! Overall a very positive stay and will pick this hotel again when we return. Thanks Monte Carlo!"

Q. Can I check in early or check out late?
A. You will just need to check with the resort after your reservation has been confirmed as both as based on availability at the resort!

Q. Does this unit have a specific view?
A. No, the units are assigned by the resort prior to check in. You are able to request certain views/accommodations prior to check in after receiving your Wyndham confirmation email.

Q. Do I have to go through a timeshare presentation?
A. No, they might ask...you are 100% able to just say no. You are not obligated to attend one, your reservation does not require it!

Q. Do I have access to all the amenities at the resort? example....pool, hot tub, fitness center.
A. Yes! You have access to everything the resort has to offer. Some resorts might charge a small fee for certain extras but 99% of the amenities are included with your stay!

Q. Does this unit have stairs?
A. Possibly. Most resorts have elevators but the few that do not might have stairs. If that is an issue, please let me know and I will see if there is an accessible unit available for you!

Q. It says there are no essentials or hot water.
A. Sometimes Airbnb updates and the amenities get changed. All the resorts have all the essentials needed for your stay including hot water.

Each unit contains a full kitchen. The resort has all the amenities, such as an indoor pool, fitness center, concierge service and activities for families. You'll be staying within the new National Harbor District, which is loaded with wonderful restaurants and activities for all ages!

The space
The 2 Bedroom Deluxe unit sleeps up to eight guests. The NH2 Bus leaves from just around the corner on St.George Blvd every half hour, and takes you to the King St. Metro Station. From here you have easy access to various landmarks in DC. Learn about amazing U.S. history, explore world-class art museums, view amazing architecture and dive into the world's most concentrated multicultural cuisine. The city provides learning experiences for all senses, for all people, from all walks of life.

D.C. really does stand on its own as a unique and amazing place to visit.

All of the Master Bedrooms have King Size beds. The guest bedrooms have two Double beds. The living room couch folds out into a comfortable Queen Bed for extra sleeping space. There are laundry facilities with three complimentary washers and dryers on each of the 11 floors.

Parking is available at the St. George Parking Garage across the street from the Wyndham National Harbor for $24/day with unlimited in/out access. Parking in downtown Washington is very limited due to the number of commuters who travel into the city each day.  Check with the concierge when you arrive for suggested places to park and fees. Average parking fees downtown are $18 - $25/day.

Resort Alerts:
The resort will be undergoing renovations from January 2024 - April 2024. During this time, the 2nd to the 6th floor and all common areas will be affected. Additionally, you may encounter noise, dust, odors, and work crews. Dates are subject to change.
The resort's pool will be undergoing major repairs from Feb. 2 - 28, 2024. During the time, both indoor and outdoor pools and hot tub will be closed. Additionally, noise, dust, odors, and work crews on-site will be experienced. Dates are subject to change.

Other things to note
All inventory is floating usage and gets assigned 24-48 hrs before check-in, so we cannot tell you which exact unit you will be getting.

Primary renter must be at least 21. The resort requires a security deposit of $250 on a credit card upon check-in, which is released upon check-out.  

The name on the reservation must match the ID of the person checking in. It is the guest's responsibility to provide us with the name of the person who will be checking in, at the time of booking. There is a $99 fee if you need to change the name on the reservation. Even if another member of your party arrives first, they will not be able to check in before the person named on the reservation. If you do not provide us with the name you would like on the reservation, we will use the name and address that the reservation was booked under as the default. If another member of your party will be arriving before you, include their name in your message at the time of booking and will add their name instead of yours. 

Guests may not have more than one reservation booked in their name for the same dates. If you have booked another unit for the same dates with another company, you must make sure that the name on each reservation is different, or you will be in jeopardy of Wyndham canceling one of your reservations without notice. If you would like to book multiple units, please provide other names to put on the other reservations. 

A credit card that you provide at check-in is used as a security deposit. Rooms are inspected after Housekeeping cleans. Damage or missing items will be charged to your credit card on file. 

Wyndham has maximum occupancy set for each room type. If these rules are not followed by guests, Wyndham may cancel the reservation. 

Pets are not permitted. A service animal trained to perform special tasks is permitted.
