I was told they would find my reservation and call me back, which they did not within an hour. I called a few more times with no response, just went to a message and a full voicemail box. At that time, I knew something wasn't right. I contacted Expedia, and they were able to speak to the property manager. Apparently, th property was not able to accommodate our stay due to maintenance, but had not communicated that with me abd never planned on letting me know. Expedia was awesome and got my money back, but it was really frustrating to deal bwith while traveling. I would not recommend anything that is managed by Chase properties in Baltimore."
