The neighborhood has seen better days, a drive around the island would show many big old mansions in serious need of TLC. But this is turning around as a new generation is moving in, restoring these majestic homes back to their former glory. And yes, its a very safe area.

There is plenty of on street parking no matter what vehicle/vehicles you are driving. Plenty of room for Uhauls, trailers, RV's, etc.

During your stay
The property manager, John, also lives on site. He is often around throughout the day and in the evenings and is available to give you information about the area and help out with any major issues.

This ground level apartment is a 20 minute walk to downtown Morgantown as well as on the city bus line. The White park trails are a block away and it is near the Morgantown municipal ice rink. There are two grocery stores within a mile as well as a local tavern with amazing food and cold beer. ( one block away) The apartment is day bright and cozy at night. Queen bed. Fresh, clean and spacious. Full kitchen and utility room with washer and dryer. Private entrance and outdoor living space.

The space
The place has a private backyard and walks right into the white park trails for either biking or hiking. The ice rink is close as well. Mundys bar n grill is a block away with cold beer and delicious bar food including hand cut fries wings burgers and Rueben sandwich’s. A park near by. Close to grocery stores and downtown. You can forget all that is right outside the door with the private and cozy feel of this place.

This 1 bedroom apartment available immediately with water, sewer, trash included! Located in Bluewell, WV at The Heritage Apartments directly across the street from Lynn's Drive In. My home is located minutes from Interstate 68 and within 10-15 minutes of local restaurants, bars, shopping, and hospitals. I have lived in Morgantown since 2004 and know my way around very well along with some great dining and activities. Very close to Coopers Rock and Cheat Lake for anyone looking for outdoor adventures.
