We have farm animals that you will fall in love with and a lot of area to go hiking if you like to. This is a Puma Camper in great condition. Sleeps up to 4 people comfortably. Enjoy the beautiful views all around you. The camper has 1 queen size bed, A/C , propane heat and electric fireplace, shower, pull out sofa (full size), microwave, small stove, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, 2 TVs with DVD players. While you are here you can say Hi to all our farm animals and watch them play. Relax and unwind from everything here. Enjoy the beautiful views all around and connect with nature. Our Cafe and Marketplace are next door in the big metal building. Come grab a bite to eat and shop. Things to do around us are a lake with community pool, caverns, a few different national forests, kayaking, humpback bridge, falling springs falls and Lewisburg. Lewisburg was voted Americas coolest small town. All things I have listed are anywhere from 10 mins - an hour away.

- "This was our 2nd time staying here while we had a small event about 10 mins down the road. Once again the camper was very clean, and the animals are adorable! We were greeted by goats and a little barn cat wanted to be our best friend. Christine was beyond patient and responsive to my questions, and sadly we left an important bag behind. We had to drive 3 hours back to get it. She was so kind to acknowledge she had it and left it in the camper for us to get. If you need a little get away, I highly recommend the camper. The bed is very comfortable and the chairs and couch are too. Great host!"

This ultra private property is located only 10 minutes off interstate 77 and 19 miles from New River Gorge Park. There is only one farm past ours so traffic is very minimal. Plenty of room to do what you and your pets want to do while exploring on our 60 acres. Come enjoy the view and recharge and relax in peace and quiet. The sun rises up behind the view and lets you see just a little further. It is magical and one of the best things this mountain has to offer. It will not disappoint. We can accommodate up to a 35ft RV. The best part is no long walk for the best views! You can park at the campsites and camp on flat ground. Each campsite features a bench and a camp cooktop. Nothing is needed to use the cook tops other than a campfire. The area has many parks, rivers and trails for fly fishing, kayaking, biking, hiking, horseback riding, bird watching, and photography, etc. View stars as only those miles away from any light can experience. The crickets and whippoorwills will sing you to sleep. Google link, trail map, and campsite location map will be emailed the day of arrival.

Beautiful views all around. If you are looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, then this is the place for you. This rustic cabin comes with a queen size bed. There is electric to the site but no water. There is a bath house in close proximity to the cabin for our guests to use. We provide bed linens only. This is for 2 guests but could accommodate 2 small children also in the sleeping loft. Children in loft should be no more than 200lbs total and will need to bring sleeping bags or mat. You need to bring your own towels and soap. The cabin site has a fire ring, picnic table, tv with dvd player and ac. While you are here you can say Hi to all our farm animals and watch them play. Relax and unwind from everything here. Enjoy the beautiful views all around and connect with nature. Our Cafe and Marketplace are next door in the big metal building. Come grab a bite to eat and shop. Moncove Lake State Park is about 10 minutes away where you can fish, and kayak and they have a community swimming pool. We are close to Humpback bridge, Cheese n more store, bakery, Hanging rock observatory, Jefferson National Forrest, Greenbrier State Forrest, Falling Springs Falls, caverns and more. We are about 10 mins to a very small town with grocery store and about 45 mins to Lewisburg which is voted best small town in USA where there is more shopping and bigger stores along with antique stores.

The cabin was clean and provided coziness along with entertainment between the barn animals, the fire ring outside and DVR to chill out indoors. " - "We had such a fantastic time at this property. The "Top of the Rock" campsite is situated on amazing ground! It's situated just above the largest waterfall on fabulous high travertine rock, but tucked away far enough to still retain privacy and seclusion from the main viewing area below, which is just a short walk down a gravel trail. The rope bridge is also just a stones throw away. This stellar site has a full frontal view of the main water and creek basins below but is not right on top of the falls, so as to be too loud or too visible. And for the most part you are nestled under shade trees and are at the best crossroads on the property to take advantage of all the views and sites. Running water and outdoor shower are provided on site, as well as drive-up parking (4x4 recommended; 2x4 vehicles can park at the check-in barn if desired).

Our Signature sites come with everything offered through a Tentrr Signature Site as well as some cushy extras most do not: Generous fire wood: 2 battery LED lights, mint scented trash bags (to scare away the critters), lighter, fire starters, sponge, toilet paper, environmentally friendly coconut oil body wash & shampoo, bug spray, charcoal, butane burner, coffee percolator. Plates & utensil set can be purchased at cost. Bedding is also offered as an Extra. Each site is also sprayed with insect and bug repellant regularly. For those who need special accommodations or certain requests, please ask--we may be able to accommodate. None of our campsites are ADA-friendly, as they are in the woods, and in the hills around the Falls. We also provide portable, commercial Porto-O-John toilets at the check-in barn, & down near the Falls viewing area, which all guests may use. This site also is a Coleman-equipped site: including two collapsible lounge chairs, two-burner stove with initial bottle of propane, (more can be purchased), flashlight, tent lights, & Coleman drinkware.

This site is one of two offered through Tentrr, & although this preserve is private and an exclusive property only for Tentrr & Airbnb guests, there may be other campers, fly fishers, or activity going on elsewhere by the Falls or on the land, as we are an active nature preserve. Most guests never see each other, nor are campsites visible from each other, but you do not have complete private control over the property through your reservation. Your booking only ensures that you have your site reserved. The property is open only to reserved guests, so there are no crowds.

Depending on the weather and vehicle, you normally drive within yards of the campsite. In a two-wheel drive vehicle you may wish to park by the entrance in our designated area.

The Space:
Relax in high-style at the top of Beaverdam Falls. Sleep adjacent the whirling & calming noise of a gigantic waterfall & overlook the lower ponds & creek basins from surprising privacy and seclusion. Take a hike--no, really! Choose to walk down to the Falls or view it all from the Rope Bridge!

Guest Access:
This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces. Our campsites are off-the-grid which means they generally do not have access to electricity, wifi, or modern plumbing. Instead, they offer the chance to relax, unplug, and fully experience nature!

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed with a memory foam mattress. The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, and 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

-S'mores supplies & any food you'd like to eat
-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling
-Bedding and pillows

Other Things to Note:
MUST READ BEFORE ARRIVAL:

Upon arrival you will see a check-in barn. Check-in is contactless, & there you will find information to be read, a wifi hotspot, & additional camp supplies for purchase. Sign-in the guest book, fill out our waiver, & then you may proceed directly to your campsite.

Please arrive whenever you like, so long as it is after 3 PM; checkout is after 11:30. Beau is often around the property, & will stop by to greet you, & answer any questions--usually after you've arrived at your site, & sometime in the late afternoon to early evening. You are welcome to arrive earlier & stay later, provided you ask, & we don't have back-to-back bookings.

Please put our address, 1100 Kanawha Trail, Covington, VA 24426, into your GPS before losing service or leaving home, as our entrance is on a seemingly hidden, & often missed curve.

There are two black signs on white fencing that say "Beaverdam Falls" on each side of the driveway at the property entrance. For reference, our airbnb rental, The Earlehurst Cottage, a white craftsman-style home and it's white 3-bay barn is directly above the driveway entrance on a hill. Look for the sign "1100 Kanawha Trail" on the side of the road, immediately next to the property driveway.

ADVISORY: Running water is available on the Property, as well as a full kitchen & bathroom in the communal space, Bull Pine Camper Club Trailer. You will always have the 5-gallon water cooler provided with all Tentrr sites. 4x4 is required during snowy & heavy rain conditions; guests can always park at the check-in barn, & walk to their sites if needed. All sites are about 7-minutes at max from the check-in barn.

While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location.

If a Tentrr Host submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the host's property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your confirmation email. Your Tentrr Host is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable). He has the tent covered so that not a drop of rain got on us. He set up the wood burning stove with wood inside the tent so that we would be warm and cozy the whole time. - "This was a scam. I paid for a mud spot next to a busy highway. It looked like a place out of a horror movie where people are murdered. This was the worst property I've ever paid to stay at and I've stayed at places with bulletproof glass before. I felt safer backpacking in Wyoming with grizzlies. It would have been better to sleep in my car in walmart parking lot for free."

Only an hour and 15 minutes drive away from New River Gorge National Park. Look under Extras to see local amenities such as Kayaking, tubing, and canoeing. We have 3 sites at the airport, Cub, Stearman, and Skyhawk. There are over 100 yards between the sites, so your privacy is guaranteed! Firewood is on-site for the firepit/grill. The front of the tent faces the river, and the porch provides a scenic spot to watch the river flow! The Greenbrier River is a great place to fish for smallmouth bass. You can obtain a fishing license online by going to https://www.wvhunt.com. The airport does not have fuel, but KLWB has fuel, rental cars, a 7000-foot runway, and is only 18 nautical miles away! Also close to the KLWB airport is a fabulous WV Distillery (Smooth Ambler). If you fly into camp, you can get a rental car at KLWB and easily get to white water rafting and other outdoor adventures at New River Gorge National Park, and if you want to stay local there are several rafting companies that will provide you with a variety of watercraft, pick you up at the airport, and drop you off at a put-in location. They will meet you at the end of your float and return you to the airport! See the Extra tab for their names and numbers!

Airplanes should provide their own tie-downs and ropes. We can deliver groceries, ice, etc. Contact the Camp Keeper.

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Group Camping: We welcome campers with larger parties, but the standard Tentrr setup only includes the canvas tent plus the additional pop-up dome tent. You may need and are encouraged to bring additional camping gear of your own if you plan on camping with a large party.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation. You may have as many campers in your party up to the maximum limit that is set for the listing, but please note that the only bed provided as a standard amenity is the one set up inside the canvas tent.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

-A cooler to keep your grub from spoiling

Other Things to Note:
Parking your vehicle or airplane onsite is allowed. Two cars or two airplanes maximum per site. Each site has a pop-up camping tent in addition to the Glamping tent. Max 6 persons on each site. No driving on the runway. Bring river shoes (Tevas, Merrills) Quiet hours from 10 pm-7 am. Pilots flying in, please call the airport manager (WV77) before arrival. Airplanes should provide their own tie-downs and ropes. We can deliver groceries, ice, etc. Contact the Camp Keeper.

Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

If you're looking to get away from everyday life, this is the place for you. At our tent sites you will have a fire pit and a picnic table. There is no running water or electric at these sites. There is a bath house in close proximity to the sites for our guests to use. You will need to bring your own towels and personal care items. While you are here you can say Hi to all our farm animals and watch them play. Relax and unwind from everything here. Enjoy the beautiful views all around and connect with nature. Our Cafe and Marketplace are next door in the big metal building. Come grab a bite to eat and shop.

Summary:
The tent faces southwest for glorious sunset colors spreading across the sky above the mountain range. After dark, this is an incredible place to enjoy the night sky and fireflies. A short walk from the campsite provides access to forest and hiking trails. Our property is peaceful place to enjoy the sounds of nature and disconnect from the rest of the world.

We are a small farm, with a few cows, chickens, two horse and two dogs. Our dogs will bark a lot when you arrive, but they are friendly. The camping site is located on open pasture, but it is secluded, with a significant distance between the site and other homes on the property. The site can be accessed with a vehicle, but AWD is advised during significant rain or snowfall.

Our property is located 5 miles from Rt. 219. The drive to our property climbs the windy Knobs Rd from Union, while the final two miles on Broad Run Rd and Reynolds Rd is narrow in places, requiring care to pass other vehicles.

The Space:
Located on the Knobs above the town of Union, with an elevation of 2600 feet, this tranquil location boasts long-range views over the valley of Wolf Creek and the Appalachian Mountains.

Incredibly private and quiet, this canvas tent is nestled perfectly in the trees and sits at the top of the ridge. This tent is farthest from the bathhouse at around 600ft or about 240 steps.

The Wild Rye tent is spacious and tall with 7ft of clearance and 10ft heights inside and 200sqft of walking space. You will find a king bed prepared with a hybrid mattress, 1000 thread count sheets, luxurious pillows, comfortable duvets and boutique amenities like stuffed arm chairs, a power station, electric water kettle, pour-over coffee maker and an abundance of dinnerware and cookware to fully indulge in the camping experience.

At your campsite you will find a picnic table, tamarak chairs for lounging and a cowboy fire pit with a swing over cooking grate to fully enjoy the beauty of an outdoor fire and easily cook delicious meals over the hardwood fire. Your camp site also include a Blackstone tailgater which is half griddle and half grill to accommodate different cooking methods. Propane and firewood are provided, on-site.

Note: In the summer months an AC cooler is provided to rapidly cool down your tent during the warmest days.

Cotch and listen to critters all night in this reclaimed camper under a sugar maple tree, alongside a small creek. 1/2 acres of outdoor space with own parking and walkway, 2 miles from walking trails, bike trails, and kayak launch, and mins from the Summersville Lake, Long Point Trail, Meadow River, and New River. Located off a residential gravel road leading to a dead end. An outdoor cat name “Lucy” lives on site; she is super friendly. The creek and a fence separate your space.

The space
1 full bed, 1 bunk (bottom only), and a small sleeper sofa.

Cable TV and surround stereo. Fully stocked kitchen

Verandah with tin roof and covered swing, perfect on rainy days. Outdoor shower with hot water, BBQ grill, (park-style) picnic table and fire pit.

Guest access
While cotching under the sugar maple, you'll have access to all the outdoor amenities available to you- the entire parking, lawn, picnic area, and all the closets and cupboards inside that's vacant. Space under coffee stand and outdoor cubbies are not accessible. The Creek and split rail fence separates your space from the neighbour's and host's.

Other things to note
Please note: This space may not be suitable for someone taller than 6 ft. All kids are always welcome, but it may not be suitable for an infant due to limitations. Also, the camper is under a tree, and bugs and ants will find their way in.

The bedroom bed is a full, and the overall bedroom space is tiny

Sleeper sofa may not be comfortable for an adult or teen.

Only the bottom bunk is available, which is more suitable for a small child.

Coffee and tea are provided but limited

Grill and lighter are available, but no charcoal nor starter fluid

The space
Our family lives on the 26 acres on which this private lot sits. My husband and I (Meme and Papaw) live in one house. Our 3 daughters and their families (7 grandchildren…2 are identical twin boys) live in 3 of the other houses.

We enjoy sharing our property with guests and are happy to meet you if you wish!

You have outdoor dining, a charcoal grill (bring your own charcoal), a hammock and a fire pit.

A rack (see photos) of hardwood firewood, easy start kindling and newspaper are beside the firepit for $25. You can leave cash or other payment options are in the welcome letter.

The space
The camper comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. Inside, you’ll find HIGH SPEED FIBER OPTIC INTERNET!!!, a cozy queen-size bedroom, a full bathroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The living room features a convertible sofa bed and a reclining Lazy Boy — perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors.

Extra Guest Policy

We welcome extra guests(TENT CAMPING ONLY) at an additional cost of $25/per guest per night. To ensure a great experience for everyone, we have a few simple guidelines:

Pricing for Extra Guests

This extra guest policy is for TENT CAMPING ONLY. To help maintain the property and provide a comfortable space for all, we charge a $25 per person, per day fee for extra guests camping at our premises.

This fee helps cover wear on outdoor spaces, waste disposal, and our time preparing for additional use of the property.

You’re welcome to explore the scenic areas around the camper and enjoy the peaceful beauty of the farm. We just kindly ask that you stay within the open areas and do not enter the fenced cattle fields for your safety (and to avoid surprising our curious cows!).

Guest access
You'll have full, private access to the camper and the space immediately around it. Feel free to explore and enjoy the beautiful spots around the fenced in area of the camper and driveway | there are some truly peaceful views! We just ask that you stay within the fenced areas and avoid entering the cattle fields for safety reasons (and to keep our curious cows from joining your picnic!).

Fire Pit & Firewood Use
We love sharing the cozy campfire experience with our guests — just a few things to keep in mind:

Firewood is provided in limited supply for your stay. Please use it mindfully so there's enough for everyone.

You're welcome to gather small sticks or kindling from around the area (outside fenced fields), but please don’t cut branches or damage any trees.

Never leave the fire unattended, and make sure it’s fully out before heading in for the night.

Use the designated fire pit only, and please don’t move it.

No burning trash, plastic, or food waste in the fire pit.

If conditions are dry or windy, we may ask guests not to use the fire pit for safety.

Let us know if you’d like to purchase extra firewood or need help starting a fire — we’re happy to help!

Smoking/Vaping Policy

Smoking and vaping are allowed outside of the camper. Please help us keep the environment clean and enjoyable for all guests by disposing of cigarette butts and vape waste responsibly. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking or vaping near the doors and windows to maintain the fresh air inside the camper. Thank you for being considerate!

Enjoy this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom 5th wheel RV that sleeps up to 7 people. It has all of the bells and whistles including 2 air conditioning units.

2 separate bedrooms- King Master with large closet and
Bunk Room with a pull-out full size sofa bed and 3 bunks.

The space
Enjoy a rural, relaxing retreat in a beautiful setting. The property is private but shares an accessible road to another site (it isn’t accessed without prior knowledge to our guests).
It’s a great place to walk and enjoy nature, stargaze, relax by the fire, have picnic under the maple trees and roam on the 78 acre property (property boundary is lined by barbed wire fence).

The space
Our Airstream is fully equipped to make your stay comfortable! Inside, you'll find a full bathroom with a shower, a full kitchen, and heating/AC for all-season comfort. The living area features a dining booth and a twin-size sofa bed. The main sleeping space has a queen-size bed.
The kitchen comes ready with a propane range, cookware, plates, bowls, cups, wine glasses, flatware, a fridge with top freezer, and a microwave. And yes—coffee is included for those slow, peaceful mornings.
We’ve stocked the camper with towels, bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, and a hair dryer for your convenience.
In most areas, you'll be able to pick up a Wi-Fi signal.

Guest access
You'll be able to drive right into the campground and park directly in front of the Airstream. Check-in is easy with a key from the lockbox— your code will be shared prior to arrival.

Other things to note
This camper is set up to accommodate two guests.

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please be mindful of your neighbors.

Fires must be attended at all times and should be out by 11:00 PM.

For kayaking, guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Paddles are provided.

Pets are not allowed in this unit, but you're welcome to bring them to our other pet-friendly campers, Basil and Avocado. They’re located nearby, and you can find them under the 'Harry and Angie’s Listings' section.
