When I mentioned this incident to Nicolette, she immediately called the manager even if I didn't request for a manager. The manager, Nicola, apologized profusely. She comped our incidental charges, her way of making ammends. That was very considerate of her. She realized that we were inconvenienced but repairing the AC is too late as we were already checking out. Because of this small gesture of acknowledgment, apology, and giving back some unexpected remuneration, I thought to forgive the AC inconvenience and pondered to return again when I'm in Baltimore. They made our family feel special. "

The room and common areas were all very clean and well maintained and the staff were all friendly and accommodating. The Dashery was also welcomed for getting a lite bite. The only downside was there was only an outlet on one side of the bed, and really only one open plug for the room, but this was only a minor inconvenience. The area around the hotel is gorgeous, but it can be a bit of a walk to reach the “happening” areas. Will definitely stay again on a future trip to Baltimore. "
