Use of 2 Sea kayaks, 2 sit on top (kids/teens)kayaks, and 1 paddle board. Use of 2 bicycles, the area is great for bike riding, walking and hiking in the woods.

Guest access
You will park in the driveway and access the guest area from the driveway. There is an outside shower to use as well as the one inside. Enjoy the outside table and chairs right there. The upper deck is not part of this space.
You have use of the 2 kayaks, 2 sit on top kids/teen kayaks, paddle board, life jackets and beach items are located in the shed. Beach bags, chairs, cooler are also available.

Other things to note
Off season is also beautiful and walking is so easy in any weather! The views and serenity are both peaceful and healing.

Plenty of parking. Walk through 8 ft. sliders to screened in back deck. Then to the open yard with horses, chickens, picnic table and propane grill all in a quiet peaceful natural setting. Walk to downtown Essex (about 1/4 to 1/2 mile. Drive for about 10 minutes along country roads to Gloucester. Drive around the Cape and experience Art Colonies, Rocky shorelines, beaches, coves, rivers, fishing industry, historic homes, just everything New England has to offer.

Owners are on property at all times. We are there for you, yet give complete privacy. We'll help you navigate the area if needed. Our horses names are Peter ( the brown horse) and Ace (the black and white). They enjoy carrots and love attention. Let us know if you want to try some fresh eggs from our chickens.

Hardwood floors lead into a welcoming space filled with natural light. A tree top view reminds you of where you are and why you’ve come. The unit comes with a full kitchen but there are many local places to enjoy a taste of New England. A new King size bed ensures good rest and start your day in a modern bath with step in shower. For extended stay there is a washer and dryer and a full size fridge for your essentials.
A desk and chair are in the apartment to help those working remotely.

Home is situated on a quiet, private road lined with beautiful pines and oaks. Just a three-minute walk up the street to conservation trails for walking, running, or biking.

A short drive to the downtown area offers waterfront dining and river cruises and the famous Woodman's fried clams. Also, just a 15-minute drive to Gloucester, Ipswich, or Manchester-by-the-Sea.
