We have beautiful views of the ocean a very spacious upstairs sweet with the kitchen and a bathroom that had a Jacuzzi! It was absolutely beautiful the service was amazing the breakfast were amazing! The only thing I was disappointed about was that I didn't get a chance to sample some of their Block Island Barnacle cookies"

- "Truly lovely from start to finish. The property is made up of several small cottages, with a remarkable view of the ocean from the backside of the property. The location is great for the non-partying crowd. A 10 minute walk to downtown, very manageable. The host, Robin, could truly not have been kinder or more hospitable. She was incredibly friendly and available at a moment’s notice to drop off ice or give us a recommendation on where to visit. The room (we had room 6) was charming. The bed was very comfortable and temperature was just right all weekend. The bathroom was nicely appointed with hotel-like shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers in the shower. Comfy robes are provided too. Breakfast is delivered around 8:30am and was delicious each day. They take such care in packing the picnic basket, all of the little touches are lovely. The one thing that would have made the place perfect is access to onsite coffee in the morning. We are early risers and are used to coffee when we first awake. The coffee shops in town are very walkable but don’t open until 7am (although maybe they open earlier in peak season). Caffeine habits aside we could not have enjoyed our stay more! Thank you Robin and staff!"

Wouldn't recommend for a Family with little kids, as you do need to walk up quite a few levels of stairs, and the stairway is narrow. I believe it would prove to be difficult for a small family with little ones. However, the property was really nice and comfortable, and you can't beat the staff at the 1661 Inn! Very accommodating. A little paint and wallpaper goes a long way. Also, when you see the picture of the hotel, it looks nothing like the picture. It looks older but quaint. It has not been painted in a while. In the picture there is a nice red boarder that makes it look nice, not any more; I did not recognize it when I was looking for it and I was in front of it. You are close to where the boats come in and a place to lay your head, that’s it. There is a store under you selling BI merchandise, so that is convenient. If you are in BI check it out to make sure you are ok with the hotel. "

The Barn is an idyllic, peaceful escape from the summertime crowds in town. Located on the bluffs above Long Island Sound, it has a spectacular view of passing boats and sunsets from the large windows on the west side, and sweeping views of the Audubon property from the open hayloft doors on the east An outside stairway leads to the upper floor of the Barn, one large space with a king-size bed built up for views to the west and a queen-size bed at the other end. The bathroom with shower is a separate room with a window above the sink overlooking rolling fields and the sunrise. The kitchen area has granite counters and two sinks and is furnished with a small fridge, an electric two-burner cooker, coffee machine, toaster oven, etc. The ground floor of the Barn is used as a studio/sculpture gallery and as storage for vehicles in the winter… not used when guests are in residence.
The separate driveway to the Barn passes the owner's large vegetable and flower garden. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill, hammock and Adirondack chairs for relaxing in the sun. The property has a private path to the rocky beach, excellent for surf-casting, beach combing and picnics. Swimming is not recommended because of the difficulty in getting in and out of the water over the stones.
Suitable for a couple or a small family, the Barn at Schooner Point is romantic. A car is strongly recommended because it is at the end of a long dirt road, about 3 miles from the ferry, restaurants and swimming beaches.
The barn is not winterized so strong winds from the west and east can make it drafty inside. There is a vented kerosene heater which works well to heat the space. It is possible to be comfortable in the barn in November and December if it is not too windy or bitterly cold.

Turtle Junction, owned by my family for the last 20 years, is an idyllic Block Island home that holds great memories with room for many more! This house is in a perfect location, walkable to town and the ferry (less than a mile), yet in a secluded and private neighborhood off of High Street, just North of the school. The house sits on a nature-filled lot with a fantastic deck overlooking a beautiful and accessible pond.
The exterior of the house was recently redone with new siding, roof, windows, skylights and doors, and deck while the inside of our home boasts the rustic charm you’d expect from a Block Island home. The house is 4 levels with the basement level containing a bedroom with a full size bed, a full bath, and laundry area. The main level hosts the kitchen which offers a small table, gas range, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a coffee machine, as well as a Keurig. The main dining area features a large farmhouse table that seats 8 (with 2 extra chairs available) and opens to the family room that has a flat screen TV with a DVD player and ample seating for 8 to 10 people. The third level includes another full bath and two bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the other with a set of bunk beds. The largest bedroom is on the 4th floor and contains a queen size bed, plus a gorgeous view of the pond off the back of the house. There’s a large deck off of the main level that contains a picnic table that seats 12+, along with a few Adirondack and lounge chairs, plus a gas grill. Also outside is a recently updated outdoor shower as well as a hose to get the sand off after a great day at the beach.
There are beach chairs, toys, coolers, and lawn games available for use. There are also books to borrow, board games, cards and puzzles if you get tired of spending your days in the sun. We have several kayaks for use in the backyard pond and bring your fishing pole! You’re sure to catch some sunnies, bass, perch and of course, turtles.
The benefits to our home's location are endless! The ferry, several restaurants, bike rentals, hotels, bars, shopping, and even a farm with a petting zoo, are less than a mile away. The Block Island school, with a kids playground and an outdoor basketball court, is .25 mile walk as well. The historic Spring House Hotel and The Atlantic Inn are also walking distance and offer manicured lawns with adirondack chairs for a place to chill out, sip a cocktail and watch the boats go by. The best beaches are just past town, so about 1.5 miles to the closest sand. Best of all there is a sidewalk for the entire walk to town offering safe passage for all. We know you will enjoy our property and all the island has to offer as much as we do!

With three separate bedrooms (queen, queen, twin) and another set of twin beds on the updated lower level, this home comfortably sleeps 8.
The home is clean and bright throughout. All bed quilts, comforters and pillow shams are provided freshly laundered for each guest. Bath mats also provided freshly laundered for each guest.
The first floor of the house features a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bath.
The second floor features the kitchen and large great room with two seating areas and a half bathroom. Enjoy preparing meals in the bright kitchen with views of the water and conservation land. The kitchen is fully stocked with plates, glasses, flatware, serving utensils, and pots and pans (including a large lobster pot). Appliances include a traditional coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, hand mixer and Magic Bullet smoothie maker. Granite countertops, electric stove, dishwasher and new refrigerator round out the gourmet kitchen. The great room offers a TV with DIRECTV. The large upper deck off the great room offers sweeping ocean views to the east where you can enjoy amazing sunrises and views to the west to watch the deep orange sunsets. Outside, there is a table for dining, two relaxing rocking chairs and a Weber Grill for outdoor cooking.
The third floor features the master suite with a queen bed, walk in closet, a peaceful sitting area and a separate upgraded bathroom with tub and shower.
Back on the updated lower level, there are two twin beds and a sitting area. The washer and dryer are located on the lower level with a walk out entrance available.
Just off the first floor porch, there is a private outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. Also provided for the tenants use are a variety of beach items. We have eight beach chairs, at least four boogie boards, one beach umbrella and assorted sand toys. No need to drag those necessary items with you - they take up too much space in your car!
The beach is literally steps away from the back porch down a private path. This section of Crescent Beach is south of Mansion Beach with amazing surf and north of Scotch Beach and the popular Town Beach.
The house is located directly across from the Block Island Club which offers weekly memberships that provide access to tennis courts, kayaks, paddle boards and sailboats. A trip to Andy's Way is a short bike ride north and the downtown area with restaurant and shops is located a short ride south. The house offers easy access to many attractions in town.
Finally, when you decide to take a break, the family home is stocked with an assortment of puzzles and family games like Scrabble, Clue, Monopoly and more!
From a safety standpoint, carbon monoxide detectors and a brand new monitored smoke alarm system has been installed throughout the house.
We are interested in renting to families and couples that will take care of this home as if it were their own.
Absolutely no tenant dogs are allowed in the community and renters are expected to respectful of the neighbors in the upscale community. There is parking for two cars on the driveway.
Block Island is our most favorite destination! We would be excited to offer advice for newcomers to the island. We hope you decide to join us this season.

This new home is located in the heart of the downtown historic district on Block Island, RI. It was constructed in 2020, has 4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is steps away from restaurants, shopping, nightlife, and the beach. Spectacular ocean views from first and second floor porches, two outdoor showers, and central heat and air conditioning.
The owner runs a construction business out of the adjacent lot and is respectful of the fact that there are renters next door. There is no actual construction going on, but there are trucks coming in and out as well as the loading and unloading of materials and heavy equipment.
We rent weekly in the summer with shorter stays available in the off season.

The first floor living area is a spacious open kitchen/living room. This bright and airy home has plenty of natural light and was decorated in beach cottage style. Ocean views can be found from virtually every room in the house. The inviting living room has a seat for everyone with a full couch, a love seat, and an over sized chair. The living room also has a 50" flat screen smart TV with Netflix capability. The living room opens up to a spacious front porch with views of Harbor Pond and Crescent Beach to Jerry’s Point.
The first floor master suite has a king bed and its own private bath with a tiled shower and a large, marble top vanity. The bedroom has its own access to a shared porch with amazing ocean views.
The second floor king bedroom has its own private bath with tiled shower and large, stone top vanity. This room has sliding doors opening up to it's own private balcony with ocean views.
The second floor queen also has it's own private balcony. This bedroom shares a bath, with a shower/bathtub combo, with the adjacent second floor bedroom.

- "This was our second stay at this property and hopefully not our last! The interior is open, bright and clean. Plenty of room for one or multiple families (and child safe for little ones!). The new downstairs in-law apartment was great for hanging out as a group and provides extra privacy for guests (it has a private entrance and direct access to the kitchen so it isn’t isolated from the main house). The location is perfect for walking to everything in town and to beach access points. There are construction vehicles in a neighboring lot but we hardly noticed them, very little truck activity or noise the entire week. Given the immediate proximity to several bars and the grocery store, it’s surprising that the property is still very peaceful and quiet, being set just enough back from the road up a hill. Dreaming about our wonderful Block Island summer stay in this house will get me through winter!"

2 immaculate second floor bedrooms share a private rear entrance, staircase, and bathroom in our home. 10 minute walk (of paved sidewalk!) to Old Harbor. Perfect for someone looking for a place to sleep at the end of a long day of Block Island fun!
(Two bedrooms and bathroom only, no additional indoor space, kitchen or food prep area. We ask all new guests to message us to confirm they read and understand this, thanks!)
Each cozy bedroom features two twin beds, clean bed linens, and blankets (please provide your own beach towels). One bedroom has a mini fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a microwave, but no other cooking/appliances and none may be brought in or used on premises. (no hot plates, etc) The two bedrooms are rented together and share a single private bathroom with a shower. There is also an outdoor picnic table, patio, grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor shower for your use right outside the private entrance. (it's awesome). The expansive grounds are well manicured, available for your use, and a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
Clean bed linens, shampoo & conditioner, and a few Keurig coffee pods are provided. We ask that you provide your own beach towels and do not remove linens from the property. (long term renters should plan to bring some extra coffee pods or pick some up at BI Grocery.)
You will be given one key to the private entrance (the bedrooms themselves do not have keyed locks, but do lock from the inside). For the comfort and privacy of our guests, we do not rent the 2 rooms individually, you will have the space to yourselves. Home owners reside on the first floor.

As the property owners reside beneath you, we ask that use of the bedrooms is restricted to renters only and that quiet hours be observed between 10:00pm-7:00am. This distinctive island cottage, is owned-managed by your host. It is located approx. 2 miles from town & Crescent beach, 1 mile walk to gorgeous, westside beaches-nestled in a beautiful, natural setting on the Island’s west side. The cottage has 2 cozy bedrooms which sleep 4, each features one full-sized bed (there is an additional twin XL daybed on the main floor for flexibility purposes) & rents from May-September, Saturday-Saturday— so if you are planning on bringing a car, we suggest booking a reservation on the boat for your vehicle as soon as possible.
This special property borders on 2 large areas of preserved open space (Turnip Farm & Nathan Mott Park)…allowing access to miles of magical greenway trails! The Turnip Farm’s golden grassy meadows, just steps away, are a glory to behold in the afternoon sunlight. Trails connect with Rodman’s Hollow Preserve, Black Rock, Fresh Pond, Turnip Farm & Nathan Mott Park (Enchanted Forest) to name a few. There are also several delightful 20 min. rambles down the road to the quiet, sandy/rocky beach coves of Cooneymus & Dorrie’s Cove. Enjoy magnificent sunsets & super dark-starry night skies!
This cottage itself exudes a bit more ‘magic’ than your typical rental…personally furnished, well-appointed & comfortable, offering a variety of communal gathering spaces as well as cozy nooks…
On the first floor guests will find a sunny, well-equipped eat-in kitchen w/ new dishwasher, fridge, vintage stove & walk-in pantry. Gas grill & casual outdoor dining are situated just beyond the kitchen door. On the same level— a comfy south-facing living room, small bath, & adjacent library with loveseat, desk (facing sunset) & bookshelves stocked with a variety of interesting reads!
Additionally, there is a larger living space which includes 2 sofas, daybed, long computer desk & smartTV (no satellite). There is internet-(as it is on the island).
Throughout the house, a variety of artwork, as well as board games & books are available for guests to enjoy. Laundry is in basement, accessible through bulkhead at the rear of the house, as well as a large flower/veg garden…its lushness can be seen through north-facing kitchen windows…
The second level features 2 bedrooms- 1 to the west has a full-sized bed; the other modest east-facing room also has one double bed (with the option of a roll-out mat on the floor for kids who don’t like to share beds). Also, find a spacious full bath with vintage claw foot tub, tile shower & pedestal sink. Please note that there are fans placed throughout the house to keep guests comfortable when summer heats up.
Outside, the green, expansive yard is fabulous for lounging around with beverages or morning coffee, reading, evening stargazing, observing birds, playing tag or badminton, or simply listening to the crickets! It is approx. a 6 min. drive to town, or a visit to our neighbor’s horses a 3 min. walk up the road….Fresh pond is just a 10 min. bike ride away! There are chairs & small tables and hammock for outdoor relaxing, clothesline for fresh air drying & behind the garden shed, a wonderful, (highly recommended) private outdoor shower with hot/cold taps…
In the immediate surrounding area, it is a naturalists delight—native shrubs, grasses & wild plants abound- including, Shad, bayberry, viburnum & wild blueberry- with the added bonus of the honeysuckle vine and multiflora rose, whose intoxicating scents permeate the air.

Very clean, comfortable accommodations for 4 senior adult friends vacationing together for the first time. Our only complaint was the lack of basic supplies. Especially the fact that after a long trip we arrive at a 2 bathroom home with not one piece of toilet paper. Also lacking - dish liquid, dishwater soap, garbage bags, a sponge, or anything to keep the place clean. It has been my experience that these minimal supplies are usually provided in order to encourage guests to keep the place clean. We left TP in both bathrooms for the next guests. I encourage the owner to do the same."

This two bedroom apartment is a block and a half from everything you want on Block Island. Located across the street from the Atlantic Inn, you are steps from town, from restaurants, and from all in town beaches!

The connecting space is a king bedroom with a closet and access to the back deck through a glass door. The full bathroom is off of the bedroom.

Waverly Suite 1 is right downtown in Old Harbor. There is direct beach access to the Baby Beach area of Crescent Beach. The Old Harbor ferry dock is only about a 5 min walk. A majority of shops and restaurants are within walking distance. New Harbor is a 15-20 minute walk.

Most necessities are within walking distance. Taxis, mopeds, and bikes are available to rent in town in the summer and shoulder seasons.

The Island Manor Resort is an environment-friendly resort. In an effort to conserve both water and energy, we do not offer daily towel & linen services. We offer a mid-week towel exchange to all weekly guests. Charges apply for additional towel or linen services. There is no daily maid service. Additional room cleaning is available at the rate $35/studio or $45/one-bedroom for each cleaning. For other housekeeping requests please contact the front desk.

No Smoking.
All owners and guests must refrain from smoking indoors. The Island Manor Resort actively promotes a smoke-free environment. In the event of a violation, the area will be professionally cleaned and sanitized and the individual(s) who violated this rule will be charged the cost of the cleaning/sanitization service (minimum charge will be $275).
No Pets allowed.
Quiet Time is 9:00pm to 8:00am. Please respect the privacy of others. Excessive noise must cease during this time.
Parking:
All vehicles must be registered with the front desk. Due to parking restrictions, only one vehicle may be parked in front of units. All boats, trailers, and additional vehicles must park in the overflow lot, to the left side of the property. Violators will be towed at expense of owner, daily fine of $100 and subject to pay the full cost to repair the parking lot if damaged. The Island Manor is not responsible for any loss or damages to any vehicles parked on the property.

There was a ceiling fan and box fan for the window. We were in walking distance from downtown. The property also has a community room with movies and games, as well as beach chairs and sand toys. The living space and deck have ocean views.

- "We really enjoyed our stay at this property. There is a lovely view of the New Harbor off the deck and we really enjoyed lounging in the afternoon shade, watching the sailboats come and go. Besides the harbor view, there is also a pasture with a horse and cow which adds to the charm! The house was very clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed to cook some family meals. We especially enjoyed grilling on the deck and eating outdoors. The location was nice and close to everything we wanted to see, but far enough away to not have a lot of noise/traffic outside the house. It was quiet and private. We received immediate assistance from the property owner with any questions we had. Overall, a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend this property to all."

The Space:
The rental unit is a walk out lower level with a private space, private exterior entrance, and private patio. Please note: This rental does not have a full kitchen, but there is a minifridge, microwave and coffee pot in the living area. This is an owner occupied house. The owner lives in the upstairs area with a dog. There are no shared spaces within the rental unit. The outdoor shower and driveway are shared.
There are quiet hours in effect starting at 10pm until 7am in the neighborhood.

There is a designated parking spot and a private entrance off of the driveway that will have a key.

A car is advised for long stays. The rental is about a 5 min drive from the downtown area, or a mile walk. Taxis and bicycles are also easy modes of transportation in the summer season. Mopeds are not allowed on the road leading to the rental.

We are located high on Mott hill in the center of the island. It's about 2 miles to both harbors. There are lots of hiking trails nearby. We are located near the island airport so small private planes come and go during the day but it is usually very quiet at night. Many of our guests say watching the planes is one of their favorite things. This spot is ideal for visitors who like to retreat to a quieter space at the end of a long day at the beach or an evening on the town.
The space
This space is 100% private with private entrance and a full private bath. There are two bedrooms. One with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. The entire space is all yours. It does not include a full kitchen but there is a breakfast room with a mini fridge, a toaster, a coffee maker (including all the the goods) and a microwave. Also there is a grill outside. We supply plenty of paper goods. In addition to your private space inside the house, there is also plenty of outdoor yard space for games and relaxing as well as an outdoor patio.
Guest access
There is parking on the property for 2 cars. The Block Island Ferry requires reservations if planning on bringing a car. We recommend a vehicle if staying more than 2 nights. If you aren't bringing vehicle, there are moped and bike and car rentals, as well as taxis almost always available.
Other things to note
In addition to your private space inside the house, there is also plenty of outdoor yard space for games and relaxing as well as an outdoor patio.

Spar Point Farm on Block Island is a 6-acre working family farm including a vineyard, orchard, apiary, gardens, and greenhouse. It offers a winning combination of being well off the main road for privacy and quiet, but less than 10 minutes by car from the main port town and 5 minutes from the airport. The farm is flanked by 230 acres of conservation land to the west and enjoys sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean, striking sunsets, and wondrous stargazing.
The space
The Vineyard Studio overlooks a unique trellised vineyard and is styled as a tiny home with an early-American "saltbox" architecture.
A large room includes high cathedral ceilings traversed by long wooden beams. A queen bed is accompanied by a large antique armoire, a dining table, a China closet and a kitchenette area including a refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and tea kettle. A separate full bathroom off of the main room includes a walk-in shower.
Outside along the rear of the Studio, looking across to the vineyard and the farm's picturesque early-American gambrel barn, there is a grill, outdoor sink, Adirondack chairs and a small table for intimate dinners and a glass of wine watching the sunset behind the vineyard. A picnic table on a hilltop above the vineyard offers a majestic view of the Atlantic Ocean and the surrounding pastures.

Owners live on the property full-time year-round. From time to time guests may see the owners at work on the farm including, but not limited to, beekeeping, planting, watering, mowing, weeding, pruning, spraying and harvesting, as well as general maintenance and grounds-keeping. One of three homes on a large property, the 'Ritz' is a studio with private porch, Adirondack chairs & fire pit outdoors. Perfect for a couple with one queen. A full kitchen, BBQ grill and a short walk to town and the Southeast Light. We may accommodate a child in a pack n play, but do ask you to bring your own linens.

The Honeysuckle Suite is a studio apartment located near the famous painted rock on Block Island, RI. Our Spacious and Convenient cottage is the best place on the island to relax in privacy and still have close access to the town and the beaches. As a relaxing getaway for couples or a fun space for the whole family, this spot is perfect. It is only a 5-minute walk to town, ferry terminal, restaurants, shops, and nightlife.

The space
The First Floor has an open plan with a kitchen, dining room, and large family room. The family room has a wall of windows looking out to the back meadow and a sliding door opening to the back yard. There are 2 couches and 2 easy chairs facing a smart TV hooked up to cable service. Just past the kitchen is the main bathroom with a bath/shower and washer/dryer. Next to the bathroom is one bedroom with one Queen bed and another bedroom with 2 Twin (single) beds.
Climb the stairs up to the second floor and you'll find 2 more bedrooms. The one to the right has 2 Twin (single) beds. The master bedroom to the left has a King size bed and a TV. Just out the sliding door is the deck. The roof deck has views of the Atlantic on the eastern shores of the island. Between the two bedrooms is a half bathroom with a toilet and sink.
Outdoors there is a sitting area with Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the view, a picnic table, a charcoal Weber grill, and an outdoor shower enclosed for privacy!

The guests have full access to the entire house and outdoor property. We have a few closets that we lock for personal storage and they will remain locked during your stay.
Other things to note
We do not provide Bed Linens or Towels. We do, however, provide other essentials like soap, detergent, toilet paper, various cooking basics & condiments, and paper towels. Our goal is to provide a space that is clean and affordable. Being an island the costs make it prohibitive for us to provide linens. Your separate bedroom w bath and private entrance with patio are connected to our 5 room farmhouse, but locked off and private. You have no access to our house and we have no access to your rooms. We share a driveway and you park alongside your first floor bedroom entrance. Your room is on the back of the house and overlooks our 5 acre yard with sunset views from the front side. Your king size bed has an "Avocado" brand hypoallergenic mattress. Your room stays cool with a ceiling fan and a new mini split ac/heat wall unit. There are 2 steps from your stone patio into your bedroom. Your bath has a shower and there is also an outdoor shower outside across the yard. There is a dresser and wall hooks with hangers, but no closet space. There is a microwave, mini fridge and drip coffee maker with utensils, glasses and plates in your room. We don't serve breakfast, but there is a propane grill on your patio with 2 Adirondack chairs, a bistro table with 4 chairs. We are a quiet couple living in the rooms next to yours. I am an artist and teacher, my husband is a charter boat fishing captain. We have rented our home for many years and welcome you.

Your bedroom is a separate and private unit although it is connected to the rest of our house. We have an outside sink and hose for you to use. Our deck is near to your patio but mostly obscured by the corner of the house. Your room is on the north side of our home.
Other things to note
It's less active here on the west side of the island, and we like that. We do hear some vehicle noise from the street and airplanes taking off and landing from the local airport, but it's pretty quiet. We love seeing and hearing the horses going by on their trail rides, the occasional peacock sqwauk!, the crickets and sometimes the ocean waves. The sunsets are beautiful. The back yard has plenty of bird life and deer, wild turkeys. You can sip your coffee in the morning on your patio and watch it all.

The space
2nd floor condo - located in a historic Mason Hall building. Front floor is commercial but is currently vacant for this season.
There is a unit next door and one unit above us.
Please note the 2 twin beds are located in the loft with a lofted ceiling. Adults and kiddos have stayed there including my own 17 & 18 year old sons. But I do let my guests know the ceiling is lower (66 inches)

Our unit has an occupancy of 4 and comes with 2 parking spaces. Accessible from front porch door and back deck. Please note our unit is NOT HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE DUE TO THE HISTORIC BUILDING LAYOUT.
Please note the main bedroom is a queen and our second sleeping bedroom is located in a loft up a staircase - with a lofted ceiling - 2 twin beds.

This charming 3 bedroom 1.5 bathroom cottage is everything your family needs for a simple and relaxing Block Island vacation. Located on a dirt road off of pilot hill in a very private location. Large yard with adirondack chairs, outdoor hammock, little dock out to the pond and outdoor seating on the covered porch. Come home after a long day on the beach and wash off in the outdoor shower and then spend the evening watching sunsets on the top deck with seating for two.
