1. Please note this is a basement unit and the ceilings are just under 7ft high. As such, the unit is NOT recommended for guests on the taller side.

You agree to clean up after yourself including after cooking (wiping stovetops, counters and washing all dishes), after eating in dinning area, after lounging in the living room and after using the bathroom (sweep hair debris, wipe counters and sink of toothpaste, spit, mouthwash, hand soaps, wipe toilet seat, clean drain is hair is shed when washing and shaving).

You agree to host no more than 1 people at a time without prior agreement from you other roommates/ professionals occupying the unit?

This is a private single room in a multi unit apartment. Quiet and comfortable. Perfect for students and healthcare workers. This apt is a 3 min drive to RUMC or a 10 min walk.
