- "Our stay was highly disappointing due to numerous unresolved issues. The hot tub and room fans were not working upon arrival, and despite reporting them on day one, they were never fixed. The steep driveway was covered in two inches of ice, making it dangerous. Managment only provided two bag of salt, which was ineffective. Street parking required permits, but managment stated that street parking is not allowed even though the community security office stated the owner of the property is allowed to request them. So they failed to secure them, leaving us at risk of being towed if we parked on the street or damaging our vehicles due to the icy driveway. A refrigerator water line broke, which caused flooding issues in the home and eventually leaked into the basement. The line had been wrapped in electrical tape, indicating prior issues, and the area showed past water damage. We used towels to clean up, but emergency calls went unanswered. Replacement towels didn’t arrive until the next night. Plumbing was also problematic—showers had no hot water when used simultaneously and the pipes were extremely loud. The poor responsiveness and lack of maintenance made our stay frustrating. I cannot recommend this property or any other managed by them. "

The space
Your beautifully decorated bedroom is located on the 2nd floor.

The bedroom is secured with a doorknob that can be locked from both the inside and outside with a supplied key.

You will have access to two full bathrooms (1 upstairs/1 downstairs), both exclusive to Airbnb guests. Common toiletry items will be available (including a blow-dryer).

Guest access
The home is located in a quiet neighborhood with a large private driveway with ample parking.

On the first floor, there is a large kitchen with granite counter tops that opens up to a six-person table overlooking the living room complete with flat screen t.v (Netflix included). You will have access to all the appliances, amenities, and common household items in the kitchen and laundry room.

Sliding doors off the kitchen lead to an outdoor patio overlooking the backyard.

Another formal dining area seats 10 and opens to another living room area with couches.

While I am conveniently accessible, I allow you to have your own privacy. I usually stay to myself in my own room.

This unit is located in the lower level of our home, but is completely separate from our living space. You'll have your own private entrance and the entire rental is for your exclusive use. There are no shared areas except for the emergency exit.

The space
The suite is laid out like a studio apartment. By that, I mean there are no doors between the different areas (except for the mudroom and bathroom). The space is ideal for 2 people, but will accommodate 4 people who don't mind sleeping in the same room.

What's included:
- Sheets, pillows, and blankets are provided for the queen-sized bed. They are available for the sofa bed by request.
- The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and standard 12-cup coffee maker as well as a Keurig.
Initial supplies of coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and bottled water are provided as well as an assortment of condiments.
- Dishes, glasses, silverware, and cooking implements are provided.
- Dish soap and dishwasher detergent are included.
- The bathroom includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
- You'll find a fireplace heater and a smart TV with a DVD player in the living area.
- Wifi is included, as well as access to any streaming services that we currently subscribe to.
- Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are kept in the suite for your use during your stay.
- A charcoal grill with tools is available for your use.
- You can request to use our campfire ring. We have a few camp chairs, but you may want to bring your own.

What's NOT included:
- Laundry machines are NOT included in the rental, but there is a laundromat in town.
- There is no cable service for the TV.
- There are no food items in the rental other than the few items listed above. If you'd like the fridge or pantry stocked with any items for your stay, I can offer a grocery service. You provide a list of items, I'll shop for you and put the items in the suite before your arrival. You pay for the groceries plus a small convenience fee. I'll need at least 24-hours notice for this service.

Guest access
The private entrance to the Suite is on the back side of the house. Use the first (lower) driveway to park right next to the door! The suite is located in the lower level of our home, but you probably won't see us unless we're outside. You will have exclusive access to the entire Suite, which includes a mudroom to store your gear, an eat-in kitchen, bedroom/living room, and full bathroom. Outside of the suite, the yard and fire pit are shared with everyone in the house (and sometimes the neighbors!), but if you'd like to reserve the fire pit privately, it can be arranged and I'll let everyone know to stay away for the evening.

Guests are free to use the entire first floor of the home including the deck (seasonally). You will be the only ones using the home during your stay so you will have complete privacy.

Guest will have access to the first floor of the house which includes the bedroom with queen bed and closet, bathroom, living room with tv, and kitchen. The rooms on the second floor of the home are unavailable to guests unless specific arrangements have been made with the owner prior to booking.

Other things to note
The bedroom and bathroom have their own thermostat for heat control separate from that of the larger living areas of the home. Also, the fireplace cannot be used by guests at this time.

There is no air conditioning in the home. There are ample ceiling fans for use.
