- "We were assigned to an unit with broken heat system. It was getting late and finally a new unit was assigned to us since maintenance never showed up. The next day there was a fire in the adjacent unit and we were not able to access to our unit to have dinner. A new unit was assigned to us. In the meantime that we were able to access the old unit, the new unit was wrongly assigned to other family. Then, when we came back from dinner, other family was using the new unit. Newly a new unit was assigned. In this case we received an upgrade and they ensured late check out. In the check out day, they were not aware of the promise done but finally they granted after a phone discussion."
