Detached guesthouse completely private. Perfect for getaways
The space
Sleeping space are two futons. If needed, an air mattress can be available if requested. There is tv with wifi (fire tv) no cable however. Newly renovated bathroom completely private. There is an AC/HEATER unit as noted in picture. Can be controlled with remote for the ideal temperature desired. Please note there is no kitchen however a fridge is provided and a microwave can be provided as well if needed. Perfect place to sleep if out venturing New York City!

Cottage guesthouse loft studio in a quiet residential Ft Wadsworth neighborhood of Staten Island. It's a separate structure from the main house, very private. Just a few blocks from the Staten Island Expressway. 15 minutes by cab from Newark airport 15 minutes by express bus to lower Manhattan, 20 minutes by bus to Staten Island Ferry. Large studio, private entrance, kitchen & bathroom. Access to large backyard. Kitchen has electric stovetop but no oven. 2 guests max. 2nd guest - $30 extra/day.
Other things to note
Please note, the kitchen no longer has a gas stove with oven and it was replaced with a dual electric stove top. Parking in driveway is available for $25/day but there is free parking on nearby streets.
