It is beautifully decorated as you would expect a beach house to be. Very spacious, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, and a cool backyard with string lights and furniture to hang out in! Large grill and outside shower. You can see the entrance to the beach from the house, it only took us maybe 5 minutes to walk to it. The bay was a bit farther down but it's a 30 second drive with available parking. Also walking distance to a few restaurants/food spots. It's not in the most beachy-feeling location due to a huge bank and the police station across the street and very loud construction also across the street that started at 6 AM every morning, but that is no fault of the house owners- we just turned the AC up to drown out the noise. Please note that the main bed is only full size- so my boyfriend and I could not both fit and sleep comfortably in it, he had to sleep in one of the bunk beds which was weird since we were on a romantic trip together yet had to sleep separate. I would definitely recommend upgrading the bed to a queen if possible in the future. It's street parking which we never had an issue with and other than construction, the street is quiet with not a lot of car traffic. We definitely plan on returning in the future and would recommend this house to couples like us!"

Our beautiful decorated condo is located on the beach in the heart of Beach Haven. The condo development is located at 20 Pearl Street and consists of 17 units. Each unit is located side by side surrounding our heated pool. The common pool deck and patios are equipped with pool/patio chairs ,tables and umbrellas. The development is completely fenced in and we have our own private entrance to the beach with an outside hose area to rinse off when you leave the beach. Our beach has a lifeguard station and a new Gazebo. Each unit has its own private parking space. Our condo is within walking distance to several restaurants and attractions including but not limited to Engleside, Sea Shell ,Marlin ,Buckalaws , The Chicken and The Egg,Uncle Willies,Ice Cream parlors ,Murphy's Super Market, Fantasy Island, Bay fishing and more.
Our condo is unit #1 and has 2 levels. The 1st level has a nice entrance way ,Master Bedroom with a queen bed, flat screen tv , sitting area for putting on make up or reading ,a closet and a separate entrance to the bathroom. The second floor also has a 6 ft sliding door with a great deck that has a ocean view. Condo is equipped with Wifi and a Smart tv. ! We will supply 4 beach chairs, ,1 beach umbrella,4 beach badges and 4 pool passes for you outside beach/pool day needs. The location was perfect. The apartment was perfect for my family of 4 plus our dog Kobe was welcomed to join us for the week which we loved . The apartment had all we needed and was exceptionally clean, updated, comfy and cozy. Also having the washer and dryer was a huge help to keep our clothes clean and was able to pack less. Also,having the linens, bath towels and beach towels already there was a huge plus as with other places we had to bring . We looked forward to our future stay at this perfect apartment. This unit sleeps 6, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath with private backyard, patio, BBQ, outdoor shower, and shared laundry. Another space available on property that sleeps 4 if you are traveling with another family. Must be 25 or older to rent the space. Pets are not allowed.

We are located in Ship Bottom, 6 houses from the Bay and 2 blocks from the Ocean. In walking distance we have plenty of restaurants, mini-golf, arcade, ice cream shops, toy shops and rentals for bikes, kayaks, paddle-boarding.

LBI Shuttle runs up and down the Island. We have easy access on and off the Island; only 10 blocks from the Causeway.

There is a private walk down the side of house which leads you into your private backyard with patio and stairs leading to the apartment. Beautiful 4 bedroom 3.5 bath house with 3 parking spaces in a paved driveway. We are a very quick walk to Fantasy Island, Bay Village, all the restaurants and stores in Beach Haven. We are the 3rd house from the beach and pavilion. The beach is handicap accessible and wheel chair and stroller friendly. We are on the beach block, so there is no street to cross to enter the beach which makes us ideal for easy access and safety.
Only a few steps from your front porch and you are on the
soft , white sands of Beach Haven on Long Beach Island. Beautiful, neat and clean paver stones cover the grounds of the property which will take you on a walk through the colorful summer gardens.
