This is a 1st floor unit and requires 4 steps for access. Guests will be provided with check-in instructions and a personal keycode 3 days prior to and the day of arrival. This beach house is located on a pretty street in a desirable south end neighborhood just a stone's throw from the boardwalk. We are also close to the fishing pier and steps away from the showers and facilities on the simple beautifully-restored boardwalk- and the cute snack shack on the beach. Park and tennis court nearby. The front yard and barbecue grill are available for your use. The train to NYC stops a short walk away at the nearby Asbury Park or Bradley Beach train stations. The Academy bus to New York City picks up and drops off right in town.

This 1-bedroom apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious feeling. A breezy open air porch with awnings and views of the ocean is right outside your door. There is a queen bed in the bedroom and a pull out comfortable sofa-bed in the comfortably appointed living room which can accommodate additional person(s).
