Our 600sqft guesthouse has an airy feel and full of natural light for a peaceful stay while exploring Exeter and Greater Seacoast area. Located in our backyard, with a quiet neighborhood, great for remote work and/or a relaxing getaway.
The space
This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse with full kitchen, washer/dryer in-unit, and airy/open feel with natural light. There is a heat pump for AC/Heat. Wifi that can be used to work remote or general need. TV with Roku(will need to sign into your account to use).
The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed.

Heat is electric, please turn off the heat when you leave or in winter please leave it below 60 when you go out for long periods of time. If you need anything extra please ask and I will try to accommodate you. Please do not smoke inside the building. Please be kind to the new appliances. We are on filtered Artesian well water so feely drink from tap. Please use the distilled water for the iron to avoid minerals on the iron & clothing.
