The Bourne Cottage is a thoughtfully designed, well appointed and spacious studio located in the heart of desirable Dock Square, Kennebunkport. This cottage is unique in that while being steps from the variety of shops and restaurants, it’s tucked down the end of a side street creating peace and tranquility. High end design, gorgeous tile work throughout the bathroom and kitchenette, plush king sized bed, cathedral ceiling, and warm wood floors. This cottage has everything one might need!

The space
As you pull up to the Bourne Cottage, you’ll see it nestled in at the end of the road, with mature trees and landscaping, including a tree swing. There is a front patio with chairs to enjoy morning coffee or evening sunsets in the serene and peaceful setting the cottage provides. Once inside, the cottage has large cathedral ceilings, allowing ample light and making the space feel both inviting and spacious. There is a plush king bed with luxurious bedding. Two oversized sitting chairs flank the end of the bed. Table and chairs for an eating area, or work space. A large smart tv faces the bed and table. The kitchenette is both stylish and mindfully designed to include everything you may need during your stay - cook top, mini fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, pots/pans, tablewear, and utensils.

The bathroom and main living space are separated by a spacious open closet area that has closets and drawers, a pack n play and high chair, beach towels etc.

The bathroom has gorgeous tile throughout, making it feel high end and spa-like. There is also a heated fan in the ceiling for those colder days, to help make you feel warm and cozy.

Follow the walkway to the back of the cottage where you’ll find a private enclosed outdoor shower - perfect for days after the beach.

As mentioned, the cottage is mere steps from all that Dock Square has to offer - a plethora of stores and restaurants at your feet. Goochs beach, the most popular of town, is a mere 5 minute drive, as well as the colony beach, and mother’s beach.Parsons Beach and Goose Rocks beach are also only a short drive away.

The Bourne Cottage is the perfect year round getaway for those who want to be in the action, but have a quiet place to retreat to after!

Hello! My home is a 1900's Colonial and setup as a duplex. The apt downstairs has been updated to host guests and help them enjoy everything KBPT has to offer. The space is 750sqft w/one bdrm, king bed, living area, full kitchen, private entrance, tile bathrm, W/D, plenty of parking. There is a large backyard for your pup to roam with a fire pit for your use. Easy walk to Dock Square restaurants/shops. Small to medium sized pups welcome. The space
The space has everything you'll need to stay for a couple nights, a couple weeks, or a couple months. I live upstairs with my dog Winston and happy to help anyway I can or be as scarce as you'd like me to be. The house sits back a ways from the road and has a large backyard with great privacy.

A 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bathroom, Bed and breakfast that Until this season we ran as a typical B & B, however, since the pandemic we only feel safe renting to one party. The house is from 1857 and was the parsonage for the local baptist church. We are located 1/4 mile from downtown and 1 mile from the main beaches ( free beach parking passes included), we are an easy walk to dining, bars and shops. Located in a quiet historical neighborhood just outside the busy downtown of Kennebunkport.

The space
We offer a full gourmet breakfast, daily house and room cleaning and afternoon appetizers with drinks for an additional fee. If you wish we will only quickly clean public areas when no one is around and just put out coffee and tea in the morning before anyone is up and you won’t have to see us at all. We live off in the carriage house next to the main building and will be on premise in case of emergency or if a maintenance issue arises.

As stated, we live off of the main house in the carriage house on the premise. We are available for special requests, cleaning and all maintenance and emergencies, or just for general info.
