The Milkhouse Cottage is a historic Milkhouse next to a historic Granite Shed (barn) that has been converted into a lovely, country living space.

The Milkhouse Cottage is a completely seperate building that guests will have completely to themselves, including the Twin Jacuzzi Tub.

Bill and Robbi are usually home and available to answer questions, if this is not the case they can be reached via the Airbnb message app.

The Piano Room is located on the first floor and is handicapped accessible . It includes a Queen bed, Direct TV, WiFi, mini refrigerator and a full private bathroom with a tub/ shower. A larger 4'x5' roll-in handicap shower is also available.

The space
The Piano Room is a comfortable, quaint room located on the main floor of the house. Guests may watch t.v. or read a good book from the corner wing back chair. A mini-fridg makes it easy to store extra drinks and snacks. A private bath adjoins the room, tub/shower, with well stocked amenities and an extra special bath mat for those tired feet.

Guest access
Guests have access to their rooms, common areas, back patio and acres of lawn where they may relax and visit with friends and family. A key will be provided with each room for access to The Roost at all times so that guests may come and go as they please.

During your stay
You will be greeted by Dave and Shirley with a warm welcome and introduction to our property upon arrival. Living on the premises gives us a direct advantage to always be available for our guest. A friendly nighttime gathering around the campfire gives our guest the opportunity to relax and chat with us and other guest while listening to a nearby barred owl or possibly a coyote answering the call of a full moon ." A FULL BREAKFAST will be served at 8:30 a.m. every morning(earlier upon request). Coffee is available by 7 a.m. in our family kitchen. Newly constructed building located in peaceful neighborhood setting in Belgrade, Maine. There is a spacious living area, available work space and room to play with a large selection of arcade games to enjoy.

This space offers privacy in a rural area with easy access to lakes and hiking trails nearby. This location is about a 15 minute drive to downtown Waterville and Colby College and about a 20 minute drive to downtown Augusta.

The space
The building is a hybrid including a garage (for owner use only), airbnb rental space and studio space where my fiance works during the week roughly 9am-5pm. The studio space is sound proofed so you will not hear any noise while my fiance is working.
The airbnb rental space is separate from the other areas with a private entrance.

Entrance to space opens to owner's private backyard.

Small functional kitchen and bathroom including a tub/shower combination on the 1st floor.

On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 large bedroom with a queen sized bed, 2 smaller rooms with twin sized beds.
An additional rollaway twin mattress is available upon request.

A large living room space with couch, loveseat, TV, playstation 4 and access to streaming services and a table where guests may enjoy a meal or play a game.
The living room also has a wide selection of classic arcade games.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the airbnb rental space and parking in the driveway. No access to backyard or other outside spaces on the owner's property.
No access to garage or music studio.

Enjoy a weekend getaway in this cozy cottage located on one of Maine's favorite lakes.
This newly renovated cottage provides beautiful views of the lake, your own dock and is outfitted with a daybed that extends to a king sized bed, bathroom, kitchenette and a/c. The cottage is located at the end of a private drive that is shared by us & our neighbor and footsteps away from a popular eatery where you will find great food and local beers and the marina providing you with boat rental options.

The space
Enjoy lake views from the screened cottage porch and access via the dock directly in front of the cottage. You will also have access to two kayaks.
The cottage contains a day bed that extends to a king, full bathroom, kitchenette, coffee maker, toaster oven and hot plate as well as dishes and utensils. The unit's split pump acts as the a/c and the dehumidifier, which cools the space well.
The cottage is on the same property as our cabin, which we live in year round. We also have a friendly boxer named Oscar who may greet you with excitement so please be sure you like dogs if you are going to rent the space.

Guest access
Guest will find a lockbox located on the cottage door. The code will be provided prior to arrival.

Other things to note
2 kayaks are accessible for the guests as well as the grill and picnic table. Paddleboards, boat, spa and area between the cabin and shed are reserved for the owners.
