The space
This is a well maintained, well provisioned space with a light filled open living area that includes a kitchen, eating area, couch and TV, bamboo tongue & groove floors. Kitchen offers full size appliances and all accessories for cooking. Bathroom has a large shower, pedestal sink, and tile floor. Bedroom consists of a queen size bed, bureau, 2 night-stands, closet, ceiling fan, and egress door in case of emergencies. Suite has a fire extinguisher, is wired with smoke, CO2, and gas detectors. There is a TV with a Smart DVD player but no cable or regular TV service (remember to bring your Prime/ HULU/YouTube or other app account info). Guests have their own entrance through an entryway with a coat closet. Off street parking, internet, walk to everything.

While staying at the Willow Suite you are only 1.5 blocks from Main St., and the ferry and bus terminals. The Antique Marketplace is just around the corner. The space
This is a studio/guest suite separate from the primary house where we, the owner couple, live with our mini golden doodle when we are in town. You will have complete privacy with a dedicated parking space in the driveway.

Wake up and make a fresh cup of coffee/tea or walk downtown to grab your morning drinks. Please note we do NOT have a formal kitchen. We offer a space to make coffee, tea, the use of a microwave and a small fridge.

Thursdays you can catch the Rockland Farmers Market (May through October) before strolling around the Rockland Harbor area.

Feel free to use the patio and enjoy the backyard space.

Breathtaking views from the large window and French doors looking directly out at Rockland Harbor and the sailboats floating by. Take it easy at this getaway with a recliner sofa on the patio by the sea. The suite is everything one would need to unwind. Nestled beside sandy beach park, on the walking trail, boardwalk and beach. Easy walk to downtown. We have three friendly dogs who hang out most of the time in the yard. They love to sit with our guests. New heat pump for heat & air conditioning.

The space
The carriage house has its own entrance from the driveway and back yard. Designed to feel like quarters on a boat, there are two porthole windows near the plush queen bed. A full kitchen includes an oven, stove, vitamix, French Press, full-sized refrigerator and vintage enamel sink. Our pots and pans include Le Creuser, Mauviel, and Dansk. The living room has unobstructed views of the ocean with a dining table for two. The bathroom has a granite shower base with Heath ceramic tiles, washer and dryer, which can be run at night with the door closed for sound. There is also an exterior door from the bathroom for easy in and out allowing for ease with indoor/outdoor living. When in Maine, enjoy the sunshine as much as possible in the summer months. A selection of books can be enjoyed including a local favorite, The Lost Kitchen cookbook. The large backyard has ample areas to relax, grill, sit out under the stars.

There is a parking place directly in front of the entrance. Please excuse the lack of landscaping in the front yard. We are waiting on the contractor to cobble stone the driveway. But who wants to be on the road, when the backyard feels like a car-less oasis.

We live in the main house with our sweet two old dogs and our little baby dog (all very gentle). We run a small mom and pop shop from the shed, where we offer complimentary coffee and ice cream to guests.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Walking distance to all of Rockland's great restaurants, museums, waterfronts, and of course the famous Lobster Festival! All bedrooms are large and very comfy. The kitchen is a little dated but the character of the house is gorgeous. Everything freshly painted and all hardwood floors restored. Outside you have large deck, grill and picnic table. The two bathrooms make it easy for large groups. and a out twin for a child.
