The "Kennebec" is one of several charming and well appointed rooms on the 2nd floor in this Coastal Cottage Bed & Breakfast - yours for a minimum of two nights. For good circulation this room has a ceiling fan. Room has a hideaway twin bed in hassock suitable for a child. Maximum occupants two adults and one child. Hear the sounds of the Surf of Popham Beach. This quiet end room having a south easterly position receives first light (but also has room darkening shades) to start your day. A walk in closet with refrigerator and microwave. Two matching tall high wing back chairs add a cozy place for conversation, reading or a game of cards. Table and chair for your writing area face the south window with lots of natural light and views down to the water. a PRIVATE bathroom (not ensuite) with tub/shower combination with views to the north looking at Atkins Bay and up the Kennebec. This accommodation is suitable for up to 2 guests.

Next to one of the best beaches in Maine is this tiny off grid guesthouse measuring a mere 12 by 16 feet. Convertible space with murphy bed, led lights, Google TV, small refrigerator/freezer, propane stove/oven, deck with grill. Miles of trails right out the door and a mile and a half of sandy beaches just a mile down the road. Park pass provided for your car.
Be advised there is a 24 inch hallway and door to bathroom.

The unit is solar powered and is 12 volt. USB charging ports are available for phone and device charging on the side of the two bed lamps and behind the tv.
We have now added a floor plug that is AC for charging laptops or other. Note the toaster is a stovetop unit.
