- "This lived up to its’ description- a 1950’s feel motel. It was adorable. Great location, shopping & restaurants within walking distance. The warm welcome that stands out- I called to tell them we’d be later than planned- no problem- Marnie (very personable manager) left a letter in the office with our room #. She turned the lights & heat on in the room and left the key on the bureau. While the room was small by today’s standards, it was perfect for the two of us- nice & cozy. Nightstands, bureau, two twin beds. There was a flatscreen tv and usb ports in the bedside lamps- (we appreciated that they didn’t stick to the 50’s that strictly!) The toiletries (shampoo, crema rinse and body gel) had amazing scents- wish I’d written down the brand/scents so I could purchase). All in all, a fabulous stay and we’ll be back! "
