- "This is a good place for budget vacationers that don't want to or need to pay for a beachfront property. Old Orchard Beach is close enough that an Uber ride would be cheap. Easy access to water park next door. The hotel has a pool and some playground equipment in a central courtyard. There are several options for a family vacation, as well as smaller rooms for business travelers looking for a single night. You get what you pay for here. There are cabins, suites, and standard motel rooms. They all have refrigerators and stoves. There are some grills for outdoor cooking as well. I've stayed here more than once. Place seems to be owned by a family rather than some billionaire somewhere, and I like that. "
