We have a seasonal studio apartment on our small organic farm which is located in our lovingly restored barn which was built in 1793. The apartment has a private deck which overlooks beautiful perennial gardens and small ponds.
Guests are encouraged to enjoy the garden produce that is in season as well as the fresh eggs from our lovely ladies in our hen house.
The apartment has a queen sized bed as well as a queen sized sofa bed, a full kitchen, wifi and a television with Roku.

This 1 bedroom 1 full bath attached unit is three houses from the beach, with ocean views from the bedroom and backyard. Outside you have a private fenced in tree-shaded yard with gas grill and picnic table as well as a deck with table and chairs. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need. Onsite Washer and dryer are located in the basement.

This is a one bedroom with king size bed and a full bathroom. It has an extra deep soaking tub, on the second floor.

(This rental is not suitable or recommended for persons with mobility issues, as there are no bathroom on the first floor, and it is not handicap accessible.)

Linens/bedding and towels are provided by the owners.

It is pet friendly, but rules apply: One small or medium size dog only. Your dog must be on flea and tick preventative, be fully housetrained (no puppies) and non-destructive, and be kept off all the furniture during your stay, so bring a crate if you need to (you know if you do) for when you can’t supervise your dog. Digging in the yard is not allowed; your dog must be supervised. The backyard must be cleaned of any waste daily, and thoroughly. There is a $100 non-refundable pet fee per week.

Originally my toddler son's room, but now a calm getaway for one solo adult for short trips OR monthly or weekly stays, such as travelling nurses. This room has plenty of empty shelf, wall and dresser space and I would not mind renting it monthly or even as a winter rental.

The Ocean is your front yard and beach sand as your back yard! We are the 3rd house back from the beach. Our home is on the border of two lovely seaside villages, Camp Ellis and Ferry Beach, in Southern Maine. Our family has been spending summers here for over 70 years!

We are nearby and can help with anything you need. The outdoor space is shared with 2 grills and plenty of seating. There are four beach chairs and a beach cart available for use.

Located 25 minutes to Portland, 15 minutes to the Beach, and 10 minutes to I95 at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, surrounded by 5+ acres of woods.
