This updated lake house has waterviews from every room and direct lake access! It is three bedrooms- 2 bathrooms. 2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and a balcony off of each, the third bedroom has bunk beds that are full on bottom and twin on top. All bedrooms are upstairs. There are lake views from every room! The couch in the family room also pulls out to a queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. Upstairs bathroom has a roomy custom shower. Bath downstairs has a full bath tub. The kitchen is well equipped and there is also a grille for your use. The house has three decks. A sitting deck off the two bedrooms, a large deck off the family room, as well as a large deck at the water leading to the dock. Large yard for lawn games or just to let the kids run around. Large fire pit for roasting marshmallows. Small part of the lawn nicely shaded with hammock for afternoon naps. It is truly an oasis so close to Boston.

A beautiful place to gather for a Seacoast vacation. The home is 6.2 miles from Hampton Beach or a 5 min. car ride. The house location is on a secluded road 3 mins from exit #1 in New Hampshire. It is very easy to access the highway. Explore Maine, Nh and Ma seacoasts within 20 minutes from the house . Spend a day at the beach and return to a cozy family home to BBQ by the pool and have a fire in the fire pit. The house is decorated for comfort. All beds are made with premium bedding and the family areas offer a great atmosphere for sharing time with everyone in your party or retreat to small places around the house set up for reading and relaxing. A double sided desk equipped with a printer is located in the living room next to a bright open window incase you do need to bring work. The home provides and open concept kitchen and family room which opens to the back yard pool area and fire pit. French doors open to a screened in sun room with set up for dining for 8 poolside. This is a 1,500sf apartment located above the garage of our occupied home. It offers complete privacy from the main house. We have 3 dogs who live in the adjacent house, but have a fenced in back yard and are not off the leash outside the home. This private two level apartment is located in the front of our house - we live in the back! Relax in this roomy, charming space. Not a luxury hotel, but a casual, homey environment. Plenty of books and board games!. Large screen TV; Wifi; 2 separate lap top friendly work spaces. Walk the neighborhood and visit a local art gallery. Walk to the Academy , downtown and the Swasey Parkway located next to the Squamscott/Exeter Rivers.

You can park in the shared driveway or on the opposite side of the street. (Street parking ban in winter from midnight to 6:00 a.m.

This peaceful, quiet space is perfect for relaxing, spending time with friends and family, working, or unwinding at the end of the day. The bright, eat-in kitchen has everything you need to make your own meals, but if you would prefer to take a stroll across the river and enjoy one of Exeter's many restaurants, we have provided a comprehensive list.

The sunny living room features a large TV and ample seating for lounging. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, as does the secondary bedroom. The third bedroom is equipped with a single bed and a desk. There is a half bath off the kitchen and a full bath with a tiled shower. The third floor offers a variety of seating options and numerous games to play. All rooms, except the kitchen, are equipped with AC units to keep you cool during the hot summer months. All linens and towels are provided, along with some toiletries, an iron, and an ironing board.

If you choose to go further afield, New Hampshire's beaches are only 20 minutes away, and the mountains are an hour. There are plenty of local hikes that we are happy to share with you.

You will have access to the entire apartment except a small room on the third floor. You will enter through the back staircase, located off the deck, which leads directly into the kitchen. Parking is located on the right side of the driveway, with room for one car. There is also street parking available.

Other things to note
Like many older homes, the stairs are somewhat steep and narrow, and the apartment is located on the second floor. We have tenants downstairs who are very quiet, and we ask that you respect their privacy and be aware of noise, especially after 10 PM. It is best to use the entrance off the deck and not the front entrance.

The bathroom features a tub, but the spigot is not functional, so it is a shower-only option.

Unfortunately, the bikes in the garage don't belong to us, so they are not part of the rental. Feel free to bring your own and store them there, though!
