- "Loved hunkering down just a few minutes from family. Splendid view. Spacious bathroom. Decorated for the season. Hope to return when we can enjoy the lake." - "Awesome location and views of the river." - "We stayed at Andra’s unit for two days. It was our last two days of a whirlwind 12 day vacation. We were looking for a quiet place to relax and regroup before we headed to Logan for our trip back to Seattle. It was perfect for owhat we were looking for. Relaxing reading sitting by the river, a short trip to the lighthouse, and lobster at Newicks. That plus Andra’s Cinnamon Apple bread makes this place special. We plan to return again."

- "I was super I pressed with the host's communication and flexibility. The apartment was so cute and very clean! I would definitely recommend this place to any friends traveling through the area." - "Apartment is on the second floor and I had a little difficulty carrying my suitcase up the stairs. Other than that, apartment was just as advertised. There is only room for two to eat at the kitchen breakfast bar, and the coffee maker uses regular coffee, not k-cups. Place was beautifully clean and very quiet. Bed was comfortable and shower was nice and hot. The location is great. I walked two blocks to the Thirsty Moose restaurant one evening. Would definitely stay here again!"

- "Very quiet and comfortable base for our spring visit. Great location to enjoy both the Seacoast area as well as a short drive to the lakes and/or mountains. Many options for food and drink a short walk away." - "We had a wonderful experience with Travis and his place. The apartment was very clean my only recommendation would be if traveling with a little one bring a baby gate for the doorway between the kitchen and living room because there’s a step, otherwise it’s a great place."

- "The refurbished apartment in the multi-unit apartment building was clean and spacious. Due to the age of the building, you can hear other tenants in the building as some of the floor's squeak. The noise is not disruptive but could be for a light sleeper. The owner was timely in communication and the location in downtown Dover made it easy to walk to restaurants and sites in the area." - "Lovely vintage apartment in downtown Dover close to several good restaurants and shops. Very clean and comfortable. Though we never had the chance to enjoy it, we certainly appreciated the nice touch of having a white wine and wine glasses chilling in the fridge to welcome us. Thanks, Travis! Dover is a great location to stay while taking day trips along the New Hampshire/Maine coastline and this apartment is a perfect place to stay."

This Vintage Camper is a newly renovated relic in downtown Dover. It sits in a glampyard oasis with outdoor games, loungers, firepit, grill and mood lighting to set off the evenings. There's an outdoor hot water shower– unlike boondocking, this vintage camper rests in a private, fenced-in location with convenient parking. You can walk to Henry Law Park in 6min or at the far stretch any downtown restaurants & shops under 10min.
INTERIOR DETAILS: The camper has updated plumbing, electric and fresh paint. It has a dining nook, full-size bed, toilet, and mini kitchen. The full-size bed easily converts to a couch while the dining nook easily converts to a twin bed. So if you are 2 travelers who are single or 2 friends, it may be tight but you have 2 sleeping options! The kitchenette has a sink, toaster oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and the essentials for a home-base retreat. The outside grill is great for a burger or whipping up breakfast over a cast iron pan.
- "Super cute property, couple blocks from downtown dining and night life. Host was friendly and helpful! Loved it" - "Really close to a bus line which was great for my needs. The camper and grounds were really nice as well. " - "The people who own the property saved my daughters wedding They are truly awesome " - "We immediately felt welcomed and at home, such a cool and comfortable atmosphere, we will definitely be back." - "Host was most accommodating and friendly."

- "We were looking for a last minute property in Dover and was very pleased to find this place. Clean and updated. Walking distance to food and entertainment. Would definitely book this apartment again." - "Great location and very nice property. We really enjoyed our visit. " - "Just as described cute little apartment. Great location. " - "Although the pictures were a bit misleading (some shown on the site say "property grounds" and "exterior of the property", I was familiar with the area and knew that the train station was not the exterior of any apartment nor was the "Cocheco River Walk" part of the property grounds. Henry Law Park is very close, but it's not the "property grounds". I arrived on an extremely hot afternoon and figured looking at the pictures that the unit was most likely on 2nd floor. However, it turned out to be on the 3rd floor, up 28 steps, and it was pretty hot. That might be something that the host may want to mention in the description (or maybe I missed it) in the event that older people or people with a disability or even on crutches might not be able to manage. Also, if people are traveling with pets, that could be an issue for some older animals. However, the unit itself is adorable. Loved the offering of teas and coffees, and if you want to cook there was a great selection of dishes, utensils and pans. I found the bed extremely comfortable. The place was immaculate. I accidently locked myself out early one AM and the property manager arrived with a key within 40 minutes. I was very grateful. The location was quiet and in great walking distance to everything in downtown Dover. Would recommend."

- "The location of the apartment was perfect. It was clean and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that a bucket of dirt had been dumped at the entry. I notified the property owner on Friday morning, but no one ever came to clean it up. Otherwise we had a lovely stay " - "Very nice place. Comfortable bed and pillows. The location was great. " - "Very cute little place in downtown Dover with everything you might need while on a little vacation with your spouse. "

- "Perfect spot to stay to enjoy the UNH graduation weekend. Thanks!" - "Loved the place and the locations! " - "I really enjoyed this property. Stayed here with my sister who has a bad ankle. The only and biggest downside is the steep stairs to get into the property and then again to the only bathroom & bedroom. It’s a quaint, nicely furnished apartment. I would NOT recommend to anyone with small children or elderly people…they could not handle the stairs and could easily get hurt. Myself…I would definitely stay here again. It is close to where my son & DIL live and close to downtown shopping. "

- "We loved our stay! This apartment offered us the perfect accommodations while sightseeing around the Seacoast. Clean and homey. Easy parking and Meredith was great as a host. We will definitely book here again." - "A group of us came for a roller derby tournament and found this quaint little house 12 minutes from the venue, it was perfect! Ideal for some time away between games without going too far and having to rush." - "Thank you it was a great stay. Kitchen fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our breakfasts and dinners for our stay. This is appreciated greatly. Negative would be the TV in the bedroom didn't work but that wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. Positive the location and size for our group wored out great. 2 adults 2 teens and a 7 year old. The beds were not that comfortable really will end up with pain issues longer than a long weekend stay. Overall we really enjoyed ourselves and the walk to the candy store was made several times. "
