The "Vagabond" is a remodeled 50' houseboat docked at Badgers Island Marina located in Kittery, ME on the Piscataqua River.
The houseboat features a queen bed in both bedrooms as well as a queen pullout sofa. The Master bath has a head and sink while the Main bath has a shower, head and sink. The Galley features a refrigerator, sink, electric stovetop and microwave oven as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and a full set of dishware/utensils.
Also in the Galley is a dinette with seating for 4 as well as the bartop that has seating for 2.
In the salon is a sofa, 32" flat screen TV and wireless speaker.
On top of the houseboat is a beautiful outside deck where you can enjoy your view of the river while dining at the patio table that offers seating for 4.
On site at the marina is a washroom facility with 2 full bathrooms and coin operated washer and dryer units.
On the marina’s pier there is a full sized grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, etc…
Ice is available for purchase and there is free parking.
All linens and towels are provided for a $40 fee.
No smoking is allowed at any time on the boat, including the outside decks.

A perfect spot to get things done when you're away from your office.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee maker and more for your cooking enjoyment. The refrigerator has an ice maker on the door and a dishwasher and electric range complete the necessary amenities for the modern kitchen.

The unit is supplied with ample linens and an in suite laundry. The kitchenette consists of a double sink, a dishwasher, an under counter Sub Zero fridge, and a plethora of counter top cooking devices. There is not a full range, but the system in place has worked out fine for prior guests. Access is by a set of stairs. Minimum rental period is 30 days.

Completely refurbished duplex on a desirable back lot with limited views to Mill Cove on Spruce Creek. Brand new and durable vinyl flooring, fresh paint, and updated bathroom. New kitchen cabinets, countertops, refrigerator/freezer, oven/range, deep sink, microwave, fixtures and full size washer/dryer in unit. One mini split heating unit with the added bonus of air conditioning.

Other things to note
Unit shares a common wall with the adjacent owner occupied unit. No backyard access at this time. Driveway is split down the middle with neighbors, off street parking for two vehicles in tandem.

Suite 19 is a simple, modern, art-filled studio for two, on the harbor in Kittery, Maine. Private entry, designated parking, and ample outdoor spaces to linger. Our home sits in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk across a bridge to Portsmouth, NH or the quaint Kittery Foreside (village).
Begin or end the day by the water, watching the sights and sounds of a lively harbor unfold. We are close to beaches, hiking, and top notch dining. This is a place to relax, unwind, and take a deep breath.
The studio has a comfortable queen bed, a wet bar for preparing simple meals, and a slate rain shower. There is a small table to dine at (or work, IF YOU MUST) as well as two comfy chairs for reading. You have an outdoor patio space of your own with a BBQ grill, and the owners have an outdoor shower for those after-beach rinses. There is an outdoor closet on the patio that stocks beach chairs, a small day cooler, a drying rack for wet bathing suits and sundry other items.
The yard and waterfront spaces are shared with the owners and their long term tenant but there is plenty of space for all. There is also a goofy dog and an old three-legged, blind cat who you may see or hear from time to time. Animal lovers only please!
Our guests love the proximity of our place for walking to shops, restaurants, and an area locals call "Gourmet Alley" which sports a green grocer, butcher, bakery, seafood market, and chocolatier.

- "The location of this rental is superb. Its a stones throw from several residences but it feels very secluded. The driveway is at the end of a short private drive and leads to a very private location. The trees and other foliage offer great seclusion. The mornings and evenings were very quite and serene. We were able to enjoy multiple cups of coffee all while watching the wildlife. The house is cozy with basic amenities. When we arrived it was closed up and was a bit stuffy. We were able to open a few windows and find a few fans to help alleviate the stagnant "cottage smell". Out of the 3 days of our stay one night was particularly hot and humid. We did find a new-in-box window air conditioner in a closet but it was sealed so we didn't touch it. Having a working AC would have been quite nice. Contrary to the listing there was only 2 beds, no gas grill and we could not find the lockbox when we arrived. Both trash cans were also full so putting the garbage out per the rules was impossible. Pending a few minor inconveniences the overall stay was enjoyable. Great location to get away for a few days."
