- "This is a great overnight stay hotel with drive up parking and outside access (like old fashioned motor lodges) on the first floor. All rooms are strictly no smoking; but sadly some guests must have chosen to smoke inside or just outside this room because it smelled a bit despite multiple layers of air fresheners. Clean, comfortable beds w plenty of pillows and plentiful, sparkling white towels in the bathroom. Flooring was faux wood (laminate) and so much better than carpeting (which is nearly impossible to clean). All in all, a good place to stay overnight for a decent price."

The "Vagabond" is a remodeled 50' houseboat docked at Badgers Island Marina located in Kittery, ME on the Piscataqua River.
The houseboat features a queen bed in both bedrooms as well as a queen pullout sofa. The Master bath has a head and sink while the Main bath has a shower, head and sink. The Galley features a refrigerator, sink, electric stovetop and microwave oven as well as a Keurig coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans and a full set of dishware/utensils.
Also in the Galley is a dinette with seating for 4 as well as the bartop that has seating for 2.
In the salon is a sofa, 32" flat screen TV and wireless speaker.
On top of the houseboat is a beautiful outside deck where you can enjoy your view of the river while dining at the patio table that offers seating for 4.
On site at the marina is a washroom facility with 2 full bathrooms and coin operated washer and dryer units.
On the marina’s pier there is a full sized grill, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, etc…
Ice is available for purchase and there is free parking.
