This beautiful ocean front condo, which has been completely renovated, is the perfect beach oasis. This three bedroom one bath home is steps off the warm sand. Other homes claim "you don't get any closer to the ocean than this" I claim to be closest of all home to the ocean, just read my reviews! Sit on the deck and enjoy the crashing waves or grab a boogie board and enjoy the surf! This home is decorated in calming blues and greens with all brand new furniture. There's an out door shower and beach chairs. The beds have linens and the home has towels (bath and beach). This home is located on New Hampshire's premium 4 star, family friendly, Seabrook Beach. New England Beach Community! This is a house that was fully renovated in 2013 with new maple hardwoods in the living room, hallway and bedroom. Slate tile in the kitchen with new cabinets, crown molding, under cabinet lighting and a tiled back splash with decorative border. The bathroom also has slate floors with a tub that has decorative tile border and pedestal sink. Fresh paint everywhere. This is the nicest 2 bedroom in Seabrook Beach so book early.

It sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms and has 1 bath. This house is perfect for a beach week getaway. Has flat screen TV in living room. Queen size bed in 1 bedroom, the second bedroom has bunk beds (full size mattress on bottom with twin on top). Outside shower available and is a short walk to beautiful Seabrook Beach, also a short walk over the bridge to Hampton Beach. Linens are only provided for an additional fee $50 per bedroom, towels $10 per person.

FOR SUMMER - We are now doing flexible days, but you will get the best rate if you rent for 7 days. We recommend Friday to Friday rentals, as they allow you to travel on a day that is not so busy, have the whole weekend at the property and have the fireworks on the night before you leave (check HamptonBeach.org for events/fireworks schedule). We prefer 2 week rentals in the summer time. Inquire about multi week discounts. We REDUCE WEEKLY RATES by 20% two weeks prior to arrival and another 20% one week prior (but not below minimum rental noted below), if not rented by then (so please inquire about this with us if your arrival date would be within two weeks of the rental). Note that our minimum rental on this unit is $1,200 (we would book this rate only in the week before the rental if it had not rented).

This is the perfect home to host you and your extended family. You would be on the water without being surrounded by crowds, crashing waves, burning sand, or the undertow current sweeping you away.
Sit outside on the back deck and watch lobster boats pass by, kayakers paddle around the harbor, kite boarders make waves, and enjoy the beautiful sunsets reflecting off the water.
Relax at our comfortable home where the tide provides very unique experiences. When the tide is out, it's like having a huge flat beach to yourself. Great to explore for seashells, snails, crabs, flying kites, and perfect to build sand castles and play in the sand with our provided beach toys. You can see the different tides in our pictures.
As the water rises, it is fun to build sand castles and try to defend them as the water slowly takes them over.
When the tide is all the way in, the water laps up against the seawall with cool shallow water perfect for little kids as the water isn't too deep. The seawall has two large steps, great to play on, or relax with your toes in the water. Sometimes the water doesn't quite reach the very bottom of the wall which invites you to sit in the sand and watch the drawbridge to raise for sail boats and fishing charters. Rinse off the beach sand and salt water with our custom outdoor surfboard shower.

When Hampton Beach has their weekly fireworks display, you will have an amazing view, with the colorful reflections cast across the harbor.

The Seabrook Beach oceanfront is an easy 10 minute walk away, which has miles of pristine beaches without the crowds of Hampton Beach. If the excitement of Hampton Beach is what you're looking for, a 2 minute drive or a short walk over Hampton bridge will lead you to another beautiful beach with countless shopping and entertainment opportunities.
At the top of the street, you can experience several restaurants, an ice cream shop, charters for deep sea fishing, whale watching or fireworks cruises, a beach market, scooter rentals, a surf shop, and a New Hampshire liquor store.

Seaside Shanty is located in Seabrook Village - Beach District. We are surrounded by ocean. You can pick which beach you go to. Located in a quiet neighborhood, great for bike riding, walks, etc.

Getting Around:
Seaside Shanty has 1 parking spot which are located directly in front of the suite on the 301 Portsmouth Ave side of the building. There are no assigned parking spots. If you have more than 1 vehicle you will need to find parking in an alternative lot for the second vehicle. There are paid parking lots around the boardwalk or there is the Hampton Park & Ride that allows free overnight parking.

Our home is on Seabrook Harbor and has something for all ages. Low tide is safe for all. On the sandy flats you can build sand castles, fly kites, play beach pickleball, and even practice your golf swing. There is a lot of room to roam and have fun finding hermit crabs, snails, and crabs in the tide pools (please leave them where you find them, they cannot survive out of the water for long). With a fishing license you can enjoy fishing off of the seawall, in the channel, or at the fisherman’s cooperative.
As the tide slowly comes in, children can play and wade in the water and swim safely in the calm current. Once the tide is fully in, enjoy our large float, paddleboard, kayaks (sized for adults and children), and boogie boards. Life vests are also provided for safety. When you need to rinse off, there is a surfboard outdoor shower with both cold and hot water. The adjacent outdoor shed has beach towels for easy access, and the grassy front yard is perfect for your littlest ones to play in when the tide is in.
If waves are what you crave, quiet and private Seabrook Beach is only a straight, 5 minute walk away! Beach chairs and a wagon are provided for use. We are also conveniently located within walking distance to popular local restaurants, as well as Eastman’s Deep Sea Fishing Boats for fishing and whale watching trips. Surfing is allowed at Seabrook Beach, and you can even take lessons through Zapstix Surf Shop. Additional gear rentals are also located within walking distance, as well as paddleboard yoga and other experiences.
If you prefer more action during your stay, Hampton Beach is only a mile away! Hampton Beach is a lively and popular beach location that offers shopping, arcades, restaurants, bars, and live shows. Hampton Beach hosts fireworks every Wednesday night during the summer months. You can walk to their beachfront to enjoy them, or you can comfortably watch them from a distance on our 3 waterfront decks.

We welcome you to our Seabrook condo located on the 2nd floor of a secure building at Shore Club with elevator access. The studio offers a balcony overlooking the marsh to view beautiful sunsets. It has been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, bathroom vanity and kitchenette area.

The unit has one queen bed, a twin futon sofa, nicely equipped efficiency kitchenette and full bath. It sleeps 2-3 and comes with 1 parking spot.

Linens, WiFi, and cable TV are included. The kitchenette is stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig, plates, glasses, and utensils.

Coin laundry is also available on the same floor.

This top-floor unit of our family beach house overlooks the bay with stunning sunsets, and is just a block to the main beach. With 2 bedrooms, the Master has an ensuite with shower/tub. There is an additional 1/2 bath w/laundry, a large living room, a sun room, and a large eat-in kitchen plus den.

With 2 bedrooms, 6 people can comfortably sleep with bunk beds (w/a queen on the bottom) in the second BR. There is also a comfortable pull out queen sofa in the living room, and a single pull-out in the sun room.
The kitchen has all newer appliances and there are 2 decks and 2 Weber Grills. There is parking for 5 cars, and the back yard has a fire pit and an outdoor shower. The garage is stocked with beach chairs and beach umbrella. There are some great local restaurants and a convenience & liquor store within walking distance. Hampton Beach is an easy walk over the bridge to a plethora of entertainment, restaurants, casinos, music venues, etc.
