It attracts a bazillion bugs and when you open the door they invite themselves in. We didn’t feel we needed it on…used our phone flashlights at night. A short drive into Newmarket. Cute, quaint town. Loved our trip to the New England states and already scheming a plan to return."

The apartment is located in the rear of a 3 unit building, owner occupied. Although we are readily accessible, we strive to offer privacy to our guests.

It is a quiet space that offers the following outdoor amenities:

*Dawn to dusk lighting in fenced area and motion detector lighting in back yard which is for guest use only
Access to the fenced area does require walking down a sloped yard. We encourage guests with balance or gait issues to utilize the level back yard only.
