• No smoking inside of the house. Please do not leave cigarette butts on the ground outside. There are ashtrays placed outside in different locations for your convenience.
• Before lighting fireplace make sure to open the damper. Place screen in front of fireplace while burning. Close glass doors before retiring for the evening. Do not attempt to clean the ashes as housekeeping takes care of this.
• If you burn the outside fire pit extinguish it before retiring for the evening or leaving the property
• Check out time is 11 AM unless otherwise approved.
• Before departure please load the dishwasher and clean the kitchen.
• Before departure please clean out the refrigerator and remove all food that is yours.
• Before departure please place the keys back.
• Place dirty towels in the tub, hot tub towels leave by washer downstairs.
• Please leave the bedding on the beds, housekeeping will take care of this.
• Before departure please place all garbage in the garage. Recycle and garbage by the pool as well. If you have five bags of garbage please contact the owner Bonny has for you may set it outside and she will take it away for you. That way there is no clutter and no smell.
• Please turn off all lights and turn the heat down to 60 before departure.
• Please respect our home and treat it as your own. Any damages and/or extra cleaning expenses will be deducted from your security deposit.

This spacious lake house is located in the heart of the Poconos and within an amenity full gated community; minutes away to Poconos greatest attractions including Kalahari, Camelback mountain and Mt. Airey Casino. Brand new 7 PERSON HOT TUB with amazing views of the lake! (***Hot tub only available between the months of September - May).
Enjoy mornings kayaking from a private beach or sunsets while roasting marshmallows on a lakeside fire pit. Large lakeside dock with table and chairs. Ramp to launch the kayaks. Fishing is possible from the dock but it is shallow so best to take the kayaks out for fishing. Enjoy winter days skiing at your local mountains and then come back to a cozy home and warming up your toes near a fireplace.

Short term renters will not have access to the laundry room (less than 7 days). Pillows and linens are provided in this rental; however, bath and beach towels are NOT. Relax with the whole family at this rustic cabin along East Sandy Creek. Onondaga sleeps up to 5 people. The cabin contains a small kitchenette, a back deck, and great view of Sandy Creek. Cabin contains three single beds and one full bed. An outdoor toilet and modern shower house are close by.

The space
YMCA Camp Coffman is a 240 acre camp owned and operated by the Scenic Rivers YMCA.

Camp Coffman is in a natural wooded setting with a unique swinging bridge over East Sandy Creek. Hiking trails on the property lead to Deer Rock, Balancing Rock, and throughout the forest.

Camp Coffman offers fishing, boating, and hiking to guests. Climbing tower and zip line are available by advance reservation.

Guests can utilize the grounds, fishing pond, creek, boating, hiking trails, fire pits, and swinging bridge throughout the camp.

Check in time is 4 pm. Check out time is 12 pm.
Pets are not permitted in cabins. Pets must be in a crate or on a leash when on the property.

Off road vehicles are not permitted at Camp Coffman.

Your rental includes use of boats which you will find near the pond. Fishing is catch and release. Please bring your own poles.

The Log Cabin has 2 single bunks and 1 full bed. (BOTTOM FITTED SHEETS ONLY ON BEDS, YOU BRING TOWELS, BLANKETS AND PILLOWS). (NO BATHROOM OR SHOWER IN THE CABIN) We do have a bath house with showers and toilets. The cabin sleeps a maximum of 4 people. WE ALLOW ANY SIZE PETS IN THE THE LOG CABIN. It also includes a microwave, mini fridge, and table and chairs inside the cabin. There is also a heater and a window unit for AC. The cabin has its own Fire Ring and Picnic table.

This charming lodging is on campground property! You'll have the opportunity to interact with fellow guests in our communal areas, including a pool, fishing pond, basketball and pickleball courts, human foosball courts, a gaga ball pit, and more!

Our campground office is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. We look forward to hosting you!

HOUSE RULES:

- Only the person that booked the reservation will be allowed to check-in and they must have a valid working phone number. Guest who books the property must be staying at the property for the duration of the reservation.

-Quiet hours are from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. During quiet hours there is to be no loud music or any other type of disturbances that could disrupt other campground guests while they are sleeping. If quiet hours are not followed you will be required to leave the campground.

- Maximum number of guests is 4 staying in the cabin. The base price includes 2 adults, any extra guest will be a $20 per night extra guest fee.

- No wet clothing or swim suits on the indoor furniture please.

-Dispose of trash properly and keep sites clean.

-Safety in and around the pool is sole responsibility of guests while you are here. Children should never be left unattended while in or around the pool area.

-Campfires must be contained within a fire ring and thoroughly extinguished when unattended. Firewood and paper is to be the only thing placed or burned in the fire rings. At no point is there to be any trash, glass, metal, ETC. placed or burned in the fire rings.

-Fireworks and explosives are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.

-Any size Pets are allowed at this property. 2 pets MAX. All pet waste in the yard must be cleaned up prior to your check-out. No pets in the pool.

- No smoking allowed inside!

We are Seven Mountains Campground. We are located in Spring Mills, just off of 322. Surrounded by woodland and state parks, this setting is peaceful and is located 15 miles from State College. There are lots of activities to explore in the state parks surrounding Seven Mountains.

The space
Cabin 29 is located near the back of the campground. This cabin has two bunk beds which include 1 full Bed & 3 twin Bunks. We will provide fresh sheets on the bed, however we will not provide pillows and blankets, or towels. This cabin sleeps a maximum of 5 adults and has Self controlled window air conditioning unit, space heater, Microwave, Mini-fridge, Fire Ring, Picnic Table, ceiling fan, table and chairs. Please note that this cabin DOES NOT HAVE ANY RUNNING WATER. However it is just a short walk from our heated bathhouse with hot showers and toilets. We do allow pets in this cabin if they are under 35 pounds. (There is an additional fee of $20.00 per pet per night). This cabin is NON SMOKING. Check in time is any time after 3 pm.

I want everyone to have a great experience.

Many people have allergies to pets and are offended by pet hair on furniture and bedding. It is very difficult to get pet hair off plush comforters.
I ask you bring your own blankets, pet beds, or cages to ensure pets do not end up on any of my comforters or scratching sofa and chairs.

There is a $50 per pet fee that must be paid for at booking.
Please do not bring pets without paying.
Please book for the number of people that will be on the property over the age of five.
Regardless if they spend the night, you MUST book for number of people coming to the property.
This rule is strictly enforced.
You will be asked to leave without refund if you bring additional people onto property without prior authorization.
Unfortunately, past problems with guests booking for 2 people and bringing 10 people have resulted in stricter policies

3. Quiet hours for the property are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Please keep the noise levels down over this time.

4. There is a camera on the roadways of the campground. It is recording 24/7, 365 days a year. There are no cameras on the inside of the home.

The space
The cabin is in a quiet neighborhood very near the lake. From the front deck the lake is often visible through the trees and lake access is about 100 yards down the road. We have made it somewhere we love to go with our family and friends and we hope you enjoy it as well. House decor is modern and the air is fresh. We love to sit on the porch, and watch the deer and squirrels that are abundant in the area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with pans and utensils, plates, glasses, etc. The propane grill is great for the perfect BBQ on the deck. Linens, blankets and towels are provided. 1 Bedroom downstairs with a queen bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs (bunk room, and queen bed). 2 full bathrooms give plenty of space for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Includes washer/dryer for ease of keeping stuff clean on longer stays. House has the fastest internet available in the local area, so taking care of work/school is never an issue. TV' s are both smart TV's, equipped with Netflix and ready for you to use any other streaming services you have. Plenty of board and card games to keep you entertained. Also, we have been bringing our kids since they were toddlers, but if you are uncomfortable with heights (loft) or steep stairs, this house has both.
