Visit one or more of the wineries in the area. The family friendly Geneva on the Lake is only 5 miles down the road. Historic Ashtabula harbor has restaurants, boutiques, art galleries, ghost tours and more! Ashtabula County has 19 covered bridges including the longest and the shortest. Or stay at the cabin and enjoy a dinner on the grill and a toasty fire.

THE SPACE:

Living Room/Kitchen:
Enter into the open concept space with a couch & chair in the seating area plus a small table that seats 2 with central air/heating throughout. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances with the basic necessities for cooking a meal.

Master Bedroom:
Located on the main floor, the master bedroom has a queen bed, full closet, and a dresser.

Loft Bedroom:
Accessible by staircase, the loft bedroom has a queen bed, small sitting area, and cubed shelves to store belongings.

Bathroom:
Simple bathroom with a walk-in shower and small sink area. Towels for guests located in each bedroom. Toilet paper provided.

Front Loft:
This is a small sitting area/reading nook that is only accessible via ladder. There is a chaise lounge and lots of pillows to relax and view the lake from the window, while enjoying music from the record player.

Outside:
The front porch has a bench and 2 chairs to enjoy the lake view. There is a small side yard area with a picnic bench and small fire pit. Use of fire pit is at your own risk. There are several local suppliers of fire wood for purchase.

Location, location, location! This private cabin is just steps away from the strip and township park. Fenced in one acre lot, ample parking, wood burning fire pit plus a propane fireplace under a covered 1500 square foot lanai.

We have stayed at probably at least a dozen different houses/cottages. This one is one of the best! It has a large fenced yard that is perfect for pets and kids. Also there is a concrete patio all the way around the front and side of the house with tons of outdoor seating, a propane powered fire pit table, picnic table, and hammock. Also there is a big fire pit out in the yard. It is about a 1 minute walk to the strip and maybe 5 minute walk to Township Park. The house is well equipped with plenty of dishes and lots of extras like laundry detergent,Keurig K cups, dog treats -they really thought of everything! There are TV’s in every room and the rooms are all nicely furnished and spotlessly clean, but we spent the majority of our time out on the patio - which also has a TV. We had a couple questions when we arrived and the owner Lisa is very quick to respond. Overall the house was great but the outdoor space was even better and the location was an easy walk to all the attractions. We all agreed that we would love to stay here again next year. And THANK YOU for being pet friendly!"

Welcome to this cozy, Geneva-on-the- Lake cabin. The cabin is a 3- year- old Amish built log cabin that features an open floor plan and includes two bedrooms and one full bath.

The cabin is housed within a community of other cabins and is located next door to the Saybrook Park and sits along Lake Erie. While the cabin does not have lake views from the front porch, guest do have access to a private beach along the lake.

The cabin is a 5 minutes drive from the heart of Geneva-on- the-Lake.

The space:
Two-bed, one-bath cabin with a porch, fire pit and located in a cabin community on the lake. The view of the lake, from the beach access, is to die for. From the front porch, enter into the open-concept family room/kitchen featuring hardwood floors throughout, stainless steel appliances, vaulted ceilings, etc. Two smart TVs and wifi. Guests have access to the Saybrook park featuring a playground, swings, volleyball, walking path, pavilion, and more!

No smoking. Small dogs allowed.

Guest access:
Guests have complete access to the entire cabin, with the exception of the loft and shed (where we store our personal items). Due to the lack of stair access and due to an abundance of caution, we are restricting access to the loft that is only accessible via a ladder.

Other things to note:
Individuals making reservations must be at least 25 years old.

Terms of the Agreement:
The owner/designee has the right to inspect the premises without prior notice at any time to enforce the terms of this agreement. Should the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period shall be terminated immediately. The Tenants waive all rights to process if they fail to vacate the premises upon termination of the rental period. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.

Fully remodeled in 2023, Lemon Drop Cottage is a Lake-Front property, with direct access to Lake Erie. Built in 1949 as a fishing cottage, we were fortunate to rescue some decorative ornaments that date to that era, and have been careful to retain much of the original rustic appeal and aura.The lake is viewable from both the Kitchen and Bedroom windows. Updates for March 2023 include new windows throughout, a fully remodeled bathroom, and a new 12K AC. Hickory and Maple hardwood floors replaced the originals, of the same species. New hot water heater, oven, kitchen table/chairs, a king-size mattress in the bedroom, and a twin-size sofa-bed in the living room. BBQ grill (propane provided), and fire pit with wood provided are on the private brick patio.

Lemon Drop Cottage is the perfect couples getaway, quiet & romantic, sitting on 1.6 acres, with the waters edge over 400ft from the road. Private and adorably decorated, the cottage is stocked like a tiny house, with all new amenities.The cottage is cleaned thoroughly after each and every guest, with all new towels, bed sheets, and pillowcases. A perfect getaway for a weekend, or those precious few days you can get away and relax. A stairwell with handrails takes you directly down to the water, where were sometimes you can find a few precious feet of beach. Several fire pits are situated within a few feet of the lake, each with Adirondack chairs so you can enjoy a fire, and perhaps even a glass of wine as you watch freighters out in the distance, sailboats, and of course the many beautiful sunsets, no two of which are exactly the same.

Guests can call or text anytime for reservations, assistance, or recommendations.
The property is located directly on the Lake Erie waterfront, on 1.6 acres of land, only 12 minutes from Geneva on the Lake, and close to dozens of wineries (10 to 15 minutes away). The neighborhood is full of summer cottages, and many beautiful beachfront properties.

Cook a wonderful dinner on the charcoal grill. Outdoor lawn chairs are provided for use on the property. Fire wood can be purchased at many locations near by.

We are just minutes from the heart of Geneva on the lake and close to many parks and hiking trails. We are also 11 miles from the Spire Institute. There are local taxi services if needed and many great wineries, breweries and a distillery close by.

Amenities include: hair dryer, wifi, basic cooking and grilling supplies, charcoal, coffee, tea, hot cocoa, sugars creamer, body wash, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes if you forget yours, filtered water and ice, dual heating and air controls (one in the master and one in the main area). The main floor provides a full bathroom, complete kitchen which is open to the living room and dining room.
The upstairs open space is a common area with four bunk beds, a queen bed and a California King bed. This floor also provides a full bathroom.
The downstairs walkout boasts a private bedroom with a full sized bed and a full bathroom. The walkout floor also has a pool table, kitchen/bar and eating area. The patio area off the walkout has a gas grill and charcoal grill. As an added bonus, we have a brick pizza oven for your use.

We are located 4.9 miles from the Spire Institute. Our cabin is perfect for teams of athletes competing at the Spire!

Welcome to our Lakeside Retreat! This is our 1 bedroom, 1 bath getaway located next to Saybrook Township Park in a cabin community. Beautiful lake view and wonderful sunsets. Only a 5 minute drive to Geneva-on-the-Lake strip, a 7 minute drive to historic Ashtabula Harbor and a 15 minute drive to Spire Institute. Also a perfect place to stay to enjoy all the area wineries. No pets and no smoking please! Window air conditioner in bedroom! Walkway down to the lake. 21 and over please. Please don't park in the grass. Community gazebos with a fire pit! Laundry facilities avaliable. Check-in information will be emailed 3 days before arrival. Construction may be going on near the cabin.

There is a window AC unit in bedroom that could be a bit stronger to reach the living room, but bring a fan and you will be fine. It isnt enough to make us not want to stay here. Bob and Reema really care about their property. This trip we didnt get to have a fire put as it rained and qe were home too late to have one but that is a huge perk for me. STAY HERE...
