This cottage has a sister cottage (listing #507926 Firefly Cottage) on the same parcel that can also be rented out together for bigger groups, or by itself for small groups. Either way we tried to keep them separate from each other so they both have their own outdoor space and privacy if rented alone.

Short drive to State Park Beach, Spire Institute and wineries. Walking distance to GOTL strip and Township Park.

Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.

- "So happy I selected this ‘brand new built’ rental home! First, it’s extremely clean, very well appointed with beautiful decor, furniture and flooring. The living room offers a big comfortable sofa with a large screen tv. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you could need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms offer wonderful comfy mattresses for a great night’s sleep. All the windows in the house have blinds for a feeling of privacy. Plus, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms offer a separate Heat/AC remote for each room. Such an outstanding feature esp. for sleeping at a desired temperature you like. The front porch is covered with outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table. Out back there’s a gas grill and there’s also a zippered screened canopy with seating and a gas fire-pit. Bonus was it’s on a nice street and was approx. a 10 minute walk to the strip. We walked it easily every day while there. The owners are very attentive to detail and obviously take great pride in their vacation rental! They want to make sure you enjoy your vacation and are readily available if you have any questions. Moonbeam is a two-bedroom cottage that was constructed in 1954. It was renovated to better-than-new condition in 2021.

Comfortable modern furnishings, ceiling fan, lots of windows, central air and heat, and beautiful surrounding woods make this the perfect getaway cottage!

Moonbeam is tucked away in a neighborhood on the east end of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip (Ohio's oldest resort town). It is one block away from the beautiful waters of Lake Erie and the Township Park, and one block from the fun and excitement of the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip.

Moonbeam has two bedrooms, with a queen bed in each room, and one full bathroom. Bed linens and pillows are provided; bath towels, hand towels and beach towels are not provided. This 600 square foot Cottage was built in the 1940`s and originally stood in the historic Chestnut Grove, one of the area`s first cottage encampments. We believe that the Cottage was moved to the current location in the late 1960s when the Lodge was built.

This Cottage is situated on a large open courtyard, which has four cottages in total. You will have full use of this courtyard, as well as your own outdoor seating, charcoal grill, and a picnic table with an umbrella. The courtyard has a fire-pit for our guests to enjoy and we provide the firewood!

This is our only PET FRIENDLY cottage, and since it is situated near the woods at the rear of the courtyard, you will have lots of space for your pup to explore!

Cottage #4 is the largest of our cottages and will comfortably house and sleep six guests. It has a good sized living space with a sofa and loveseat and an open floor plan to the kitchen and dining area. Dining table seats 4 with additional dining area outside.

Each of the cottage`s two bedrooms has a queen bed, and there is a pull out queen size sofa bed in the living room. We provide bed linens for all three of the beds.

The kitchen has a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, coffee pot and toaster. It is fully appointed with cookware, dishes and silverware, and should provide you with what you need during your stay. We also provide a complimentary coffee and tea set up for you to enjoy during your stay.

Bathroom has a walk in shower and is supplied with bath linens for six as well as emergency toiletries.

Parking is limited on the property and in GOTL in general. Golf carts and bicycles are available on the strip to rent and are a great way to get around. Many of the area wineries provide a shuttle, and there is even a golf cart taxi service to shuttle you to and from the Strip!

We ask that you limit yourself to as few vehicles as possible when staying with us, as parking on the property is limited. You will have space for a maximum of two vehicles when staying at the cottage, if you park the vehicles in a single file line. Additional parking is available nearby on the Strip.

The house was close enough for a quick drive to the marina for early morning fishing trips. It served as a great afternoon respite then we would walk about 10 minutes to the strip for dinner and drinks. The cottage was simple, clean and had all of the amenties that we needed like a small kitchen, living space with tv and wifi for the brief rain, and 2 bedrooms. We brought out own outdoor games and used the picnic table and adirondack chairs at the cottage for outdoor gatherings. Firewood was pre cut and available for our use...a definite plus! Loved the ease of check in and check out too."

The owner was responsive and provided coffee, water, and some snacks. Only a few minor concerns: there were some cobwebs on the ceiling (everything else was clean!), we were only given 4 towels for 5 guests (luckily less people went on the trip - otherwise I would've reached out), and the top bunk was difficult to get into because the ladders can't move and are against the wall (maybe a higher step stool would help!). Overall, I still recommend staying at the property because these are easy things to fix. We enjoyed our 1 night stay. Thanks!"

We are on the south side of Lake Road. Catch a view of the lake with an easy 5 minute walk!

Please note that two units in this complex are under renovation. There will be construction from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on weekdays. This should not affect your stay. Close to the historic Ashtabula Harbor lift bridge and the many shops and restaurants around it. Wifi available. 15 miles from Spire Institute and 10 miles from the Geneva-on-the-Lake strip. Located right off route 11.

Gia Cottage is a sweet little 1 bedroom cottage with a new Queen sized bed. Off of the bedroom there is a full bathroom with an original, authentic sink, new toilet, and shower stall. It is a smaller bathroom.

The cottage has a smart TV, a new stainless steel full size gas stove, a new stainless steel full size refrigerator, a new microwave, a Mr. Coffee drip coffee pot, basic pots and pans, dishes, cups, and silverware. There is a double size futon in the front of the cottage along with a window A/C unit.

Definitely a charmer with seating outside and a path to the door. We have a newly re-done pool available for our guests, a fire pit, and green space (all shared with the other cottages at Tiffany's Cottages).

We are right off the famous Geneva on the Lake Strip! Down a no outlet street you’ll find our cottages nestled near the golf course and woods.
We are close to all the fun—Geneva on the Lake Municipal 18 hole golf course, Allison’s Mini Golf (oldest continuous play mini golf in the country!), amazing live music at Yankies and Sportsters, Old Firehouse, High Tide, Swiss Chalet, Goblin, Game On barcade. Close to the bar scene, wineries, natural space and places (Breakwater Beach, hiking/biking/walking trails, parks, playgrounds, tennis courts), restaurants, night clubs, family fun, and shops!

Our Lovers Chateau is great for all you couples! This location is directly on the GOTL strip! This space has been totally renovated for your comfort! We have added a two person Jacuzzi tub.
