This cottage has a sister cottage (listing #507926 Firefly Cottage) on the same parcel that can also be rented out together for bigger groups, or by itself for small groups. Either way we tried to keep them separate from each other so they both have their own outdoor space and privacy if rented alone.

Please Note: The cottage has a supply room that is only accessible to workers. We own several properties in the are and occasionally they will walk over to use this room. They will do their best not to bother you and will not need to access any part of the cottage that you will be renting. If you see a worker and need anything they can help you out as well.

- "So happy I selected this ‘brand new built’ rental home! First, it’s extremely clean, very well appointed with beautiful decor, furniture and flooring. The living room offers a big comfortable sofa with a large screen tv. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything you could need to make a delicious meal. The bedrooms offer wonderful comfy mattresses for a great night’s sleep. All the windows in the house have blinds for a feeling of privacy. Plus, the living room, kitchen and both bedrooms offer a separate Heat/AC remote for each room. Such an outstanding feature esp. for sleeping at a desired temperature you like. The front porch is covered with outdoor furniture as well as a picnic table. Out back there’s a gas grill and there’s also a zippered screened canopy with seating and a gas fire-pit. Bonus was it’s on a nice street and was approx. a 10 minute walk to the strip. We walked it easily every day while there. The owners are very attentive to detail and obviously take great pride in their vacation rental! They want to make sure you enjoy your vacation and are readily available if you have any questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this beautiful rental!!!"
