Open floor plan on first floor, with a full functioning kitchen including refrigerator, stove, microwave coffee maker, toaster oven, dishes, utensils, pots and pans and much more. High speed, wireless internet is included as well as a smart TV so you can stream your favorite TV shows. Relax on the sunporch with your morning coffee, and the covered back porch is ready for grilling burgers on the gas grill before sitting by the fire pit in the evening. Private driveway provided with enough space for your vehicles and a small boat or trailer. Close to town where you can enjoy the coffee shop, diner, brewery, winery, pizza shop, boutiques and bike trail.

It turned into a healing and much needed trip to be with my family after my mother passing the week prior. Having my older kids gather around the fire pit and hear their laughter, did my heart so much good. The sereness of this home and so lovely decorated, was just what I needed. We were close to everything and everyone we wanted to see, do, & visit. Our only problem was when we were using oven, the smoke detector was a bit sensitive and someone had to be on “fan” duty. This cottage is the crown jewel of Sunnyside Avenue. Recently updated in 2020-21, Sunny Daze boasts the charm of Conneaut’s hay day with updated modern amenities. The backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for kids and pets and has multiple hammocks and seating to enjoy Conneaut’s diverse seasons. The recent addition of the two tiered deck will give guests added space and privacy for sun bathing and family barbecues.

- "Nice place" - "Loved it" - "Host is helpful, accomodating, and easy to communicate with. Pleasantly surprised a bedroom is on main level. Room enough for xmas tree and dinner for 5 comfortably. Communication binder is thorough with info a guest needs. We didnt utilize the lake and outdoor amenities due to time of year. Maybe next time. Enjoyed thestay!" - "Take your money and run! House was UNCLEAN! The sheets and bedding were disgusting! The kids comforters had boogers and small bits of trash. The sheets were used & soaked with yellow body oil. The larger bed had a dirt on the comforter and a few tiny black bugs on the sheets, Bed Bugs! The floor was not clean and obviously not mopped. Little bits of trash and dead flies. The coffee pot had spilled coffee all over it. The microwave & kitchen/snack refrigerators had food spills and stains with a nasty old French fry stuck to one of the shelves. The trash can had no trash bag and barf all over it. We lifted the couch cushions to see if there was a bed option and noticed mold underside of the cushion. The love seat upstairs had food crumbs. The kitchen sink drain was stained with mold. Trash on kitchen table, dog hair and trash on chairs. There is no access to the private beach. We called, texted and messaged the host. They did not respond. Vrbo tried to contact them with no response. That night we were forced to find another house for our family that was actually clean with clean bedding. The hosts responded the following day and wanted to send over housekeeping. They refused to give us a refund by saying that we would need to go through VRBO for the refund. The refunds come from the hosts, not Vrbo. THIS IS FRAUD! These people need to be kicked off of Vrbo. Bobby & Maureen: Find an honest way to earn a living. Stop stealing from innocent families. Shame on you!"

Security cameras are in use 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

Guests should not remove, disturb, modify or damage any part of the onsite security system. IF this occurs it will result in the loss of security deposit or added charges, which ever applies.

This two-story cozy cottage is literal steps away from Conneaut Lake, the Hotel Conneaut and two beach bars.
Named after the historic (and recently torn down) wooden roller coaster "Blue Streak" built in 1937. This recently renovated home makes the perfect getaway for people looking to spend some time at Conneaut Lake.

Not many houses around have the spacious private backyard and ample parking especially this close to the park, lake and hotel. Great for pets and kids.

Filled with bits of Conneaut history, this beautiful rental sleeps 6 downstairs and includes an enclosed front porch, a full kitchen, a full bathroom with a clawfoot tub, living room complete with pull out couch and smart TV and two cozy bedrooms (master bedroom has smart TV in it.) Walk out the sliding patio door, you'll step onto a spacious deck with access to a grill, concrete patio with a picnic table, a completely fenced in lawn and a large firepit to enjoy on a chilly evening.

Upstairs has either shared or private access with downstairs and only sleeps up to 5, there is a cot to use for living room if needed. It offers a cozy living room, two bedrooms with queen sized beds (master bedroom has smart TV in it), a full bathroom and a kitchenette. There is also a small ground level fenced in private porch on the back of the house for the upstairs. Although your furry friends are welcome downstairs, there is a strict no pet policy upstairs. (It will be closely examined after each stay)

The two garages on the property are for the owners use only and are off limits. We will provide access to the shed where bikes kayaks and outdoor games are stored.

The space
Great for family and friends 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms . Sleeper sofa in living room and a futon on the screened in porch . I have a late check out/ early check in program for only $55.00 just ask at time of booking if available. You must be 25 years old to book . No WiFi ! No parties cottage has noise monitoring system a $500.00 fine will be imposed ! I supply ONE bath towel per guest, ONE roll of paper towels and TWO rolls of toilet paper per bath room!

Shady ave beach just 1 block. Great location for long walks.outdoor fire pit . Great side yard for outdoor fun . Very nice grill both propane and gas .$50.00 fee for lost beach key! No fireworks! Quite times 11PM to 8 AM Strictly enforced! Check in between 4 and 9 pm after those hours at your risk I go to sleep at 9 pm please do not text me after that please wait till morning, thank you

Your family and friends will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. Close to town with restaurants , coffee shops, golf courses, and shopping convenience. This house is just a few miles to fireman's beach access , water rentals, boat docks, and the lake . Our bar Pelican Landing is next door a few steps away. Perfect for group and family get togethers , nice yard and fire pit out back to relax at night. Please contact to negotiate long term and off night stays.
