Leesville Lake is one of Ohio's premier lakes with over 1,000 acres of gorgeous water with a lake-wide 10HP limit making it a quiet and safe place for everyone to fish, kayak and swim.

You can enjoy 2 free kayaks or rent a boat at the 2 local marinas. After a day on the lake, enjoy an evening cookout and a fire in the fire pit.

If you use the kayaks You do so at your own risk. the kayaks are safe and the lake is calm. you also get life jackets to use.

Formerly a hired hand house on the farm that was here, this tiny but roomy home has been carefully restored to its original open concept with all new wiring, plumbing, insulation, windows and doors. The original floors were repaired and refinished. The large leaded glass-doored cupboard was salvaged from a house that burned, restored, and built into this house. Recently internet, wifi and netflix were installed. Carefully furnished with comfortable and practical items to make your stay here as relaxing as possible, the house is cozy and quiet. The fenced yard and the gardens insure privacy and a pleasant setting. Morning sun makes the back porch great for early coffee and sometimes wildlife watching; afternoon and evening sun makes the front porch warm and good for contemplation. A maximum of two pets 50 lbs. or less will be considered for acceptance with a pet fee of $10 per pet per night.

This beautiful property is just across the street from the water. Kayaks are available and guests can inquire with Atwood Marina about renting a boat. Flat screen TV's in living room, bedroom #1, #2 and bedroom #3. Enjoy a bonfire after a day on the water; bring your own wood. 2 kids bikes available in the shed out back.

You can use our 4-seater golf cart during your stay. (May-Oct. 15)

The inviting Spacious open flow plan appreciates individual space and compliments family time with a warm and rustic meets modern finish.Please make sure to include the real numbers of guests, so the cleaning staff provides accommodating lines and towels

This welcoming retreat features 2 private bedrooms, a cozy very large living room with 1 double size firm sofa bed with mattress topper for additional comfort. Relax in the new standard size bathtub/shower combo. This is a lake community that is family and dog friendly, enjoy and be considerate of this.
Main road is paved and you will turn 1/4 onto gravel flat road to reach the cottage.

- "We found the cottage very clean with a great feel due to the nice open concept. Having 2 fireplaces is a really nice touch to take the chill off and relaxing in the evening. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we could need and more. My wife really loved the rustic modern decor as well as having a bathtub, which was really nice for her to relax in. I loved the prime location to the lake for fishing and relaxing on the porch was also very nice. We will definately be back. "
