Comfortably sleeps 12 people.  The adjacent living room is furnished with hideaway bed/couch, The open kitchen is perfect for dining with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, 6 chairs with kitchen table, 2 stools at kitchen island, and washer/dryer. Additional tables and chairs as well as a flat top grill is located on the deck – perfect for entertaining and enjoying lake views. Guests can enjoy an afternoon of water sport activities, fishing, sun bathing on the floating docks and later catch the sunset from the main deck or the floating docks.  WIFI is included.

This home has been completely remodeled and includes a private dock for your use. There is an uncovered 28 ft dock side to accommodate your boat. A personal boat is in the slip most of the season. There is also an open swim platform on the opposing side for hanging on the dock or could be used for a jetski tie off. Located near Flat Hollow Marina. The house is great for gathering of a few friends or families with gorgeous views, two large decks and a hot tub. It sits on a hill by itself which adds privacy and plenty of parking for cars and trucks without worry of going off a cliff. There are about 30% more stairs to get to the private dock than some other homes. Reflected in price, but consider if an issue for you. Its set up to accommodate about 12 or 13 people considering a blend of both adults and children. An alternative would be about 10 adults.

The dock sits on a nice quite cove in a no wake zone that is perfect for fishing/kayaking/swimming ect. The steps from the waters edge to the main level of the house are mostly concrete and some wood with railing. We will absolutely visit again!"
