The sweet Chalet sleeps 4 with 2 Queen beds and 1-1/2 bathrooms. The drive to the Chalet is primarily paved with approximately 200 feet of gravel (easy) drive. (You will NOT need a truck)

Private and Secluded! Relax and enjoy the serenity of the hot tub from the full walk around deck, throw some steaks and veggies on the charcoal grill or curl up and watch your favorite TV shows in front of the gas fireplace ~ the choice is yours! The sunsets in the evening are something that shouldn't be missed and you can even see the lights from downtown Gatlinburg from the back porch.

On the main level, you'll find the kitchen, eat-in area, living room with gas fireplace, one bedroom with a queen bed, a full bathroom and an arcade/game area.
The Upstairs Loft bedroom, which is open to below (see photos) hosts a queen bed and a half bath.

You'll find 2 Smart Tv's in the Chalet. One in the main level bedroom and the other is above the fireplace in the living room. Guests will need to bring their own passwords for Netflix, Amazon, Disney + etc. For your entertainment, there are also 2 arcades and a variety of board games.

There will be a starter supply of: toilet paper, paper towels, dish washing liquid, dish washer pods, coffee (k-cups), teas, creamers and sugars. There is a grocery store located approximately 5 miles away should you need to purchase other items needed.

This is a No Pet, No Smoking Cabin with a Maximum Occupancy of 4 Guests. Smoking is only allowed OUTSIDE. This rule is strictly enforced. If a guest brings a pet, or have more than 4 guests, they will be asked to leave/vacate immediately and will not be refunded for any part of their reservation for days not used. (Owner allergic).

Security: Please note that there are 24 hour security at the resort and cameras video/audio monitor all exterior doors. Cameras do not have a view of the hot tub and there are no cameras or recording devices on the interior of the property.

High Point Chalet has some of the best mountain views in the Smokies! Located 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg and 10 minutes to Pigeon Forge.

The open floor plan and expansive "wall of windows" allows for breathtaking views of Mt Le Conte and views of Cove Mountain along with part of Ski mountain. The solid wood interior creates a chalet style theme throughout the property which offers a large master bedroom on the ground floor, an en-suite large master bathroom, along with a custom shower, double granite vanity, a separate open closet and a washer/dryer room complete with a new Whirlpool washer and dryer. The master bedroom amenities include a luxurious king bed with an incredible comfortable memory mattress, soft comfy linens, 50 inch flat screen HD Smart TV w/ ROKU and Sling programming, a large dresser, remote ceiling fan and sitting chair. Open the windows, lay back and enjoy the ridge views, all from the king bed.

The gourmet kitchen simply has it all. Solid quartz counter tops, expansive glider cabinets, stainless Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas stove/range with a food steam feature, in frig wine rack, large stainless farm sink, a traditional coffee maker and a new Keurig. Step out onto the deck and experience another world! Unobstructed Mt LeConte and Cove Mountain views will take your breath away. The covered deck amenities include a ceiling fan, a seasonal gas fireplace, brand new Azure LED hot tub with waterfall feature and LED lights and an Adirondack couple's glider. One flick of the switch turns on the deck LED lights for a beautiful evening experience!
