Webb Creek site is a spacious, paved, deluxe site that has a landscaped living area with concrete patio. The site comes with deck furniture and a fire pit. The site sits close the Dog walk area and above the Webb creek high enough to not have to worry about flooding.

Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.

Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.

Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.

Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.

- "We don’t realize this was such a remote location , and we honestly thought there was running water , with a working toilet and shower. Toilet was a seat with a bucket inside a plastic tent. Water was 2/10 mile away from a tent and we couldn’t find shower until last morning when we finally got a text response sent the day before . Late at night 1st night some animal scratched at our tent scaring my daughter. Also didn’t realize the place was a 30 min drive to Gatlinburg , website says 8 ‘miles away . Also didn’t know we had to protect our food from bears until we arrived. We had to leave cooler at campsite since we had to walk 2/10 of mile to our car. While we were out for the day hiking , we came back to our tent finding our food all destroyed by a bear ! . Since there was a no cancellation policy we stayed. We quickly cleaned up the remains of destroyed food left , along with torn up remains from toppled garbage can . We secured the garbage can and quickly ran to our tent I was so scared all night and we left as soon as we could next morning. Ir was a rent in the woods and an eye opening experience. We just needed to have better instructions so we were more prepared for the remoteness and the bears."

The space
We have a living room with two reclining chairs and a queen size sofa bed. 2 TV (one in the bedroom) cable and Wi-Fi throughout. The kitchen has everything you might need to cook a meal. We even provide a blender and crockpot (wine glasses). The bathroom has a regular commode, bathtub, shower ,sink, and a closet. The bedroom has a queen size comfy bed with large closet. chest of drawers and cabinet space for storage. TV with cable. Outside you have a patio with chairs, (+ 2 zero gravity ) barbecue grill and a gas grill . Large fire pit. Adirondack chairs around the fire pit. there is free parking for one vehicle. There is overflow parking for extra vehicles across the street.  We have a lighted entrance with no steps and aprox. 4 steps to enter the RV. The lights are to enhance the property and for your safety. CLEANLINESS and SAFETY are our priorities. We would love to have you as our guests!

Guest access
Guests have access to all the amenities in the park. We have Basketball goals, shuffleboard ,ping-pong ,horseshoes, miniature golf, Olympic size, swimming pool with baby pool, and adult pool age 18 and above. A lake for fishing (catch and release. Please watch for signs so you won’t be on private property. There is an arcade building next to the laundromat on the premises. Its a wonderful place for walking and biking. You can also fish from Webbs Creek which runs through the park. I hear it has some small trout. Do not trespass on other peoples property. Keep your dogs on a leash or a harness and always clean up after them. There are dog stations. Thank you for following the rules. We last, but not least have church upstairs over the Fireside Cafe. It will be starting on Easter Sunday. Everyone is welcome!

I will be giving you the lockbox code, and the gate code a few days before you arrive.  There is free parking for one car in our driveway and across the street there is a parking area which is free or at the office.

If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!

Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
