I am an overpacked and disabled so be prepared to Pack lightly if you have issues with mobility. There are carts to use to get luggage and supplies to and from the boat thank goodness. I wish I Could have stayed a whole week or forever! The host was extremely flexible and accommodating. I can’t wait to come back."

This campground features a marina, an outdoor pool, and a restaurant. Free WiFi in public areas and free self parking are also provided. Additionally, a fitness center, a hot tub, and an outdoor tennis court are onsite.

Natchez Trace RV Campground offers 531 accommodations. This Hohenwald campground provides wireless Internet access (speed: 25+ Mbps) for a surcharge. Kitchens offer refrigerators, cookware/dishes/utensils, and coffee/tea makers. Rooms have detached private bathrooms.

Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are between 9pm - 8am EVERYDAY. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund and a penalty of $200 for the violation.

Be courteous to other dock residents. If you are too loud or rowdy, you will be asked to leave.

STRICT NO-PARTY POLICY
No parties or events/gatherings. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property no refunds. No Unauthorized Guests are allowed at the unit, $100 fine per guest if discovered.

No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the house, a fine of $300 will be imposed, no exceptions.

Pets
Pets ARE allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, max of 2 pets. We have pet fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand, otherwise there will be a fine of $100/pet if discovered, no exceptions.

Other things to Note;
- The boat does not leave the dock.
- No swimming around the boat or dock due to electrical shock hazard.

CAMP WHITETAIL is a one-of-a-kind amazing glamping experience! It is a 2 bedroom, 330 sq ft tree-tent that is superbly COZY, nestled on a private 5-acre wooded site! It is camping with modern conveniences and without having to pack up the house.

Inside you will find a comfy custom-made Queen bed and Twin bunk beds, custom made table for two, a kitchen with running water and a propane stove, stocked with the basic necessities. (Note; if the weather is going to drop below freezing at night water will not be turned on during spring or late fall due to pipes and water heater freezing up.)All you'll need to bring is your food and a cooler. The outside covered porch/deck has chairs to take in the peaceful views while sipping coffee in the mornings or just enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. An enclosed outdoor bathroom is just right outside the tent, with hot shower and a toilet loo. The logs by the fire pit, with plenty of firewood, invite you to sit and tell campfire stories and roast marshmallows while creating new memories. The trail then leads to the water, where you can enjoy a trip on the canoe and paddle board (provided for you), lay in the hammock or fish in the clear waters of Douglas Lake.

You can cook in the tent on the gas stove, the outdoor grill or cook on the open fire in the fire pit, sit by the handmade camp logs and enjoy your meal at the fireside.

The red path from the parking area and between the tree-tent and the bathhouse is well lit all the way with solar lights, you can also turn on the porch lights and light up the woods. There are charging outlets 120V/USB for cell phone/laptops. There are only electric blankets. I know you will have fond memories of this very unique stay in beautiful East Tennessee! The boat is located at Volunteer Landing Marina. Downtown Knoxville and the beautiful Volunteer Landing are a short walk away.
***Please note that the boat must stay at the marina and attached to the slip. I will provide a golf cart for your use during your stay for transporting your belongings. Please be considerate and not keep it out for extended periods of time and do not leave it in the parking lot. I take the marina requirements very seriously and guests may be asked to vacate with no refund if I receive a complaint. The ark is located on a 50 plus acre property with 7 homes. The land has hiking trails, a labyrinth, a pond to fish, a creek that runs year round.

We have several cool places to rent including a civil war cabin. The Ark that was recently featured in Southern Living Magazine. The treehouse and treehouse mansion are also fabulous. People travel from far away to stay in the fabulous unique spaces.
We currently live in a four-story lighthouse tower that is being renovated. There is even a meeting hall that seats 50 people plus people.

Please note there will be a $150 security deposit hold that will be refunded 5-7 days after checkout if no damages occurred. Prices are for two. All visitors and extra guests must pay $35. Also, we have one outdoor Ring doorbell camera on the front porch at the bottom of the exterior stairs facing the driveway. The Ring camera will be on during your stay. We also require a rental contract to be signed via SignRequest before arrival.

We welcome your furry friends. We ask that they stay on a leash and not be left unattended. There is a $100 pet fee on VRBO that must be paid prior to arrival. The pet fee on our website is $50.

There is a private two person hot tub at the Ark. We also have a shared hot tub located about 500 feet away situated on a deck over looking a beautiful creek.
To make your stay as enjoyable and as safe as possible we ask that you abide by the following rules.

*Unannounced/ unpaid pets will incur a deep cleaning charge and possible eviction so ensure that if you are bringing a pet, that you select the pet fee option at booking. * The pet fee includes one pet. Pets need to be on a leash to protect our free range chickens and not left alone.

Any special occasions or increase of occupants including visitors (not included in reservation) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to advanced approval. Extra guests are subject to $35 charge per person and possible eviction if undisclosed.

There are several other vacation rentals on this property. We ask that guests do not invade other people's privacy and look in windows or open doors of other buildings. We are more than happy to give you a tour.

Our cleaning fee is very low . We appreciate you leaving the treehouse in good shape for us. Stripping the bed is much appreciated.

Children must be supervised at ALL times.
Hot tub hours: 9 am to 11 pm
Please limit the number of guests in the hot tub to 4 or 5 people otherwise it overflows.

Rental Agreement

When you make a reservation at “The Cabins at Copperhill” you are agreeing to the following terms.

AGE:
We require that you be at least 25 years old and responsible to rent our cabins. We reserve the right to refuse to rent to anyone who we deem to be “not responsible” or when there is a situation that seems questionable. We do make exceptions occasionally, especially for honeymoons and anniversaries. Please inquire for additional info.

PARTY POLICY:
We do not allow parties of any kind unless we have been expressly advised and have given written permission. We reserve the right to and will require everyone to leave the property without notice or refund for having a party that has not had prior written approval.

PAYMENTS:
Varies by booking channel

CANCELLATIONS:
We allow a 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date and a 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.

CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3 PM.

CHECK-OUT TIME IS BEFORE 11 AM:
The check-out time is carved in stone! There will be a late check out charge of $75 for anyone checking out after 11 am. Please check out on time. The cleaners need to have the cabin vacant when they arrive.

SMOKING:
There is a strict no smoking rule inside of the cabins. You may smoke outdoors, please safely dispose of and extinguish smoking material. Please use the provided ash buckets for smoking material. Smoking inside the cabins is considered abuse and you will be billed for a complete cleaning and deodorizing of the cabin – minimum charge is $300.

PETS:
We are pet-friendly.
• All pets must be approved before making a reservation and additional pet fee of $75, for two well-behaved pets (two dogs 45 lbs and under OR one larger dog allowed)
• Pets must not be left alone or unsupervised unless they are secured in your portable kennel.
• Pets that chew, bark, claw, bite or who are not trained are not allowed.
• If your pet does any damage to the home or the furnishings you will be charged an excessive damage fee based on the amount of damage caused.
• Please be responsible and pick up after your pet.

VISITORS:
Non-paying guests are not allowed unless permission is granted. This means if you have family in the area and would like to have them come over and visit you at the cabin, you need to let us know. If you’re planning an event and have guests staying in the area that will be visiting the cabin you need to let us know in advance. Cabins are set up for as many guests as they are advertised to sleep.

ABUSING PROPERTY:
We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the property without notice or refund for any kind of abuse to the property. Abusing property is not allowed and we reserve the right to bill your account for repairs caused by abuse outside of normal wear and tear.

WATER:
Our water in the cabin comes from a spring located on the property. The water is periodically tested for your safety.

ALCOHOL:
Wine and beer can be purchased locally at select locations. Liquor can be purchased in Ellijay, GA or Murphy, NC. Please inquire for specific locations and addresses.

CLEANING CHARGES:
The cleaning fee is based on the average time required to ready the property for the next guest. We reserve the right to charge your account for additional cleaning time. To avoid additional cleaning charges please leave the cabin in a reasonable condition!

HOT TUB:
(Hot Tubs are located on Cabin 1, 2 & 3)
Please keep the hot tub covered when not in use. Do not sit, stand on or damage hot tub covers. When using hot tub please use caution when removing hot tub cover. Please store the cover in a safe location on the deck that will not cause damage to the cover (hot tub covers are expensive to replace, and your credit card will be charged if damaged).

Our hot tubs are always turned on and set to 102 degrees F. The chemicals have been properly aligned and tested for your safety and enjoyment. Please do not change the hot tub settings. You may turn the jets on and off as well as the fountain and lights. When finished using the hot tub, please close the lid securely and be careful when exiting as the deck can be slippery when wet.

LODGE:
The Lodge is open to all guests to use. There is a pool table, ping pong table, surround sound with Spotify, large screen TV, table games and more. The Lodge is open until 11 PM each night. Please respect the equipment in The Lodge so that others can enjoy them too. Broken pool sticks, ping pong paddles, etc. can result in damage fees. During the winter months, the Lodge will be closed if temperatures drop below 35 degrees Fahrenheit.

TOWELS:
There are freshly laundered bath towels, hand towels and washcloths in the bathroom towel storage rack. There are a number of kitchen towels and a drying pad for dishes in the kitchen. If additional linens are needed, please contact management.

At the end of your stay, please place all used towels on the bathroom floor.

COOKING UTENSILS:
Cooking utensils and dishes are provided. Please use what you need and wash and dry when finished. Dish liquid is provided as well as dish towels. There is a list of local grocery stores with their addresses that can be provided upon request.

AIR CONDITIONER & HEATING:
Air conditioning & heating is provided by a portable AC /Heat unit. These units are meant to provide a bit more comfort, but they do not work the same as in a cabin (or other solid building). Please remember, this is a TENT and is made of canvas. Do not expect to drop the temperature to 70 degrees on a 90+ degree day. These units also work the same in cold weather. If the temperature outside is 40 degrees, the unit may raise the temperature by 10 degrees, just enough to make the tent a bit more comfortable. Note: If temperature drops below approximately 25 degrees, the unit may (and probably will) shut down. Again, these AC / Heat units are provided specifically for a bit more comfort during normal mountain weather, NOT SURVIVAL IN EXTREME TEMPERATURES.

FIRE PIT:
Please use caution when having a fire. Fire should never be left unattended and please be aware that high winds can develop at any time day or night. Be sure to extinguish all fires thoroughly. There is a sand bucket next to the fire pit. Please douse the fire when finished and ensure that all burning embers are extinguished.

If you start a forest fire or burn a building down, you will be held responsible! There is a stack of wood appropriate for use in the fire pit. It is stacked behind the firepit. Please only use wood form this woodpile for the fire pit.

FIREWORKS OR FIREARMS:
Shooting fireworks or firearms is strictly prohibited!

PEST CONTROL:
Welcome to the mountains. We do treat our cabins for pests on a regular basis. Please do your part and keep doors and windows closed to keep unwanted pests out of the cabin.

INSECTS ARE A FACT OF LIFE IN THE MOUNTAINS.

WILDLIFE:
We do have wild animals in the mountains and woods around the cabin. Please do not leave any trash or food outside of the cabins or in your car. Please be sure to keep the car windows up. Do not feed the wild animals or birds.

TRASH:
There is a small trash can in the cabin for your daily use. Please do not leave food or trash bags containing food unsecured outdoors (there are wild animals in the mountains!). There is an outdoor trash bin for your use. Please put your trash bags in that bin and secure the lid. New trashcan liners are in the bottom of your trash can.

Newly remodeled and fully furnished floating house at Straight Creek Marina on Norris Lake. The floating house is 10' wide and 36' long. It is a one bedroom, one bath property. The house is attached to a private 12' wide and 32' long concrete dock for extra space for lounging, fishing, swimming, grilling and entertaining. The dock includes a gas grill, patio table with 4 chairs , patio umbrella, numerous adult floats, air pump for your convenience, 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, 2 lounge chairs, 2 fishing rods and a swim up ladder for easy access onto the dock.

The one bedroom is furnished with a fullsize bed, 2 nightstands with additional lighting for reading, luggage rack and laundry basket.

The livingroom area has a fullsize futon with its own linens and a mattress cover. Both beds have mattress covers and pillowcase protectors.

The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, 2 burner portable cooktop, toaster, microwave and refrigerator, dishes, glassware, cookware, and assorted spices for your cooking or grilling pleasure.

You don't need to worry about bringing towels, as we will supply the bath towels, hand towels and beach towels for your stay. The bathroom is equipped with a vanity and sink, toilet, and a shower. We also have a make-up mirror and hair dryer, so no need to pack them.

The dock store at the marina sells an assortment of snacks, homemade pizza, beer, soft drinks, and bait for fishing. Check out the Straight Creek Dock website for their entertainment schedule, which includes live bands on some Saturday evenings.

We have 13 campsites that are 50'x100' each. Additionally there is a bathhouse with seperate men's/women's restrooms with HOT showers. Each camp has a picnic table, fire ring, and grill. They are setup upon arrival because it is so close to the river.
Tent camping if preferred but RV's are welcome.
No rv hook ups. Kayaks and canoes available with shuttle service. Firewood and Ice available upon arrival.

Welcome to Rural Hill Camping at Rural Hill Farm! We have 17 full-hookup RV sites (30 & 50 amp electric, water & sewer) and a bath house onsite with two restrooms (one handicap accessible) featuring large, clean showers and laundry facilities. Our RV sites are nestled in a lovely clearing in the woods of our 180 acre property and feature incredible views of our 2+ acre pond and all the wildlife that calls our property home! Each site comes equipped with a fire ring and picnic table. The sites also have Wi-Fi available! This pull-through site is 70 feet in length and 14 feet wide. The site can accommodate your RV and one additional vehicle only.

Rules & Policies

Check in/out:
Check-in is from 2 pm to 5 pm, Check-out time is by 11 am. If you require assistance navigating your rig into your site, please reach out via phone or text during our posted business hours and our team will be happy to assist you. *If you arrive for check in after dark we advise having a member of your party assist you with navigating your rig into your spot with a flashlight as we do not have exterior lighting on the property.* Guests are to leave their site clean and ready for the next camper. A $25 Clean up fee will be charged for sites left with trash or debris. No refunds on early check-outs.

Noise:
Campers are expected to respect other guests by not having loud music, or loud barking dogs. Quiet time is 11 pm to 8 am.

Fireworks:
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Vehicle Policies:
1 RV and 1 Vehicle per space (up to 1 ton pickup). RV must be clean and in good condition. Propane tanks over 100 gallons need approval of management. No vehicle maintenance work is allowed on the property, including washing. No parking on adjacent spaces or on the patio/grass. Speed limit on the property is 10 MPH. Please be especially cautious at night and watch for both fellow campers and wildlife.

Additional Vehicles:
UTV's/ATV’s, motorcycles & other recreational vehicles are allowed to be trailered and stay onsite (as long as they fit in the site - see site dimensions before booking) but they may not be ridden on the property. Bicycles are allowed on the gravel roads only. No bikes in the woods. Please be respectful of guest privacy and do not ride bikes in between the cabins.

​Night Safety:
We recommend carrying a flashlight and wearing reflective clothing for your safety at night.

Smoking Policy:
No smoking inside cabins, comfort station/bath house or outside the entrance/exit doors. Dispose of butts in trash can not on the ground.

Alcohol & Drugs Policy:
Alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly. Irresponsible drinking that may be considered a nuisance will not be tolerated and therefore grounds for immediate eviction with no refund and possibly blacklisted. Drugs are prohibited on the property. The use of drugs on the property may lead to being blacklisted.

Pet Policy:
Pets allowed only at RV sites, no pets allowed in cabins. For the consideration of other guests, no more than two pets are allowed. Pets must be kept on a leash, under control and quiet at all times. Pet feces must be picked up immediately and disposed of properly. Dogs/dog washing is strictly prohibited at the bath house. Pets must be kept in RV/camper at night.

Fire Policy:
Campfires are permitted at each RV site only in the firepit provided. Campers will be notified if a local burn ban is in place and will be expected to adhere. Firewood is for sale by the bath house. Please place either $10 cash in the box or scan the QR code to pay. Please put out your firepit if it is unattended. Please clean out your firepit before you leave. Your firepit is not a garbage. Any garbage left in your firepit after your reservation may result in a $25 fee.

Trash Policy:
RV sites must be kept clean and tidy at all times. Help us maintain a clean and tidy property by not littering. Please dispose of trash in the proper manner. This includes cigarette butts. Do not throw them on the ground. Large trash cans are not allowed on your space. Dispose of each trash bag directly in the dumpster which is located on the way out of the property. Dumpster is only for household garbage. No ashes, charcoal, furniture, tubes, large cardboard boxes, tires, etc.

Children Policy:
Parents are responsible for the supervision and conduct of their children at all times. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times, especially around the pond and in the woods. There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming and water recreation activities are at your own risk.

RV Care and Consideration:
Sewer hose seal is required for all sewer hookups & water heater hose or hose wrap for cold. Please close awnings and put chairs away when RV is unattended. Strong winds can cause damage.

Behavior:
Please respect guest privacy by not walking through occupied sites. Guests shall not disturb the peace, make unreasonable noise, engage in violent behavior, display or discharge a firearm or other weapon.

Firearms Policy:
NO BBs, Airsoft, or Pellet Guns. No hunting. Any firearms must follow state and federal laws and guidelines.

Comfort Station/Bath House:
The comfort station/bath house is a shared space, please help us keep it clean by doing your best not to track in mud or other debris. Do not wash kitchen cookware in the bathhouse sinks or showers. Dogs/dog washing is strictly prohibited at the bath house.
Laundry room: Hours are 8 am - 10 pm daily. Do not leave clothes/personal items unattended in the laundry room. Owner/Management not responsible for lost/missing items. Hanging of clothes is NOT permitted anywhere on the property. Please clean out lint trap after use of dryer. Events/Parties:
Events/parties are not permitted at RV sites or in the cabins. Events may be held only at our Event Center. Inquire within for pricing/availability if you would like to host an event during your stay. Event Disclaimer: We welcome weddings/events here at Rural Hill Farm! Please be advised that the cabins/RV sites are located about 150 yards from our Event Center. All music/noise must be turned down by 10 PM according to a county noise ordinance and all events must end by 11 PM. We notify both lodging guests and event guests if there is an overlap during the stay dates (see “Notices”). • During events “No RV Traffic Hours” will be observed/enforced from 2-6 PM so as not to disturb event ceremonies. Owner/Management will give lodging guests advance notice (via “Notices” on listing). We also ask that all guests be respectful of events on the property. For example, if a wedding ceremony is taking place near the pond (or at another location on the property) please be considerate and avoid that area while the ceremony is taking place.

Campground Management:
All guests of the renters are subject to these rules and regulations. Management/Owner assumes no liability for loss or damage to guest property and/or injury to person, pet or party arising due to use of facilities or caused by others while on the premises. • Management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Let our “Summer Breeze,” Carver Cabin Cruiser, make you feel fine no matter the season. Located at the pristine WindRiver Marina in Lenoir City, Tennessee on beautiful Tellico Lake. Step aboard and experience a peaceful retreat on the water where you'll have everything you need for a tranquil stay.

This is a gated community with some of the best golf in the region. Enjoy a relaxing round or two during your stay; enjoy both casual and fine dining at the famous Citico Restaurant; or fish from the dock as you enjoy the views from the comfort of your slip. Or you might enjoy paddleboarding or kayaking from the marina on request – just let us know in advance, and we can make those available to you. Please note, the boat can’t be removed from the marina slip and must stay attached to the dock. If you’d like to add a captain guided cruise to your stay, please let us know and arrangements can be made.

The boat has a private bedroom and can also accommodate other guests as the living room offers a full bed and futon for extra comfort. Enjoy year-round comfort that can be easily adjusted with a wall thermostat; and, you’ll like the free Wi-Fi, fully stocked kitchen that includes a microwave and combo air fryer/toaster oven, cook top, coffee maker, soda stream, etc.. You’ll especially love the extra bar area where you will find a place to store all your favorite beverages while taking advantage of the tabletop ice maker.

The location is perfect with less than a one-hour drive to Townsend, Tennessee and on to Cades Cove in the Great Smokey Mountains. You can also be in downtown Knoxville in less than 45 minutes. It’s a great place to call home base while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay.

Things to Note:
• Swimming is not permitted from the boat or within 100 yards of the marina per TN State law.
• This accommodation may not be suitable for young children due to the proximity of water.
• Carts are available for transporting luggage, coolers, etc.

We are happy to allow pets to travel with their families! However, pets are permitted with approval only. There is an additional $15/pet per day fee which can be paid at check in and may vary due to size and/or breed of pet. Pets must be flea/tick free, not permitted on furniture or bedding, and should never be left alone when guests are away from the boat unless they are crate trained and not barking.

This is a quiet and relaxing marina, so we ask that guests are considerate during dark hours. Parties and pets are not permitted, and all guests must be approved.

Parking is free and check-in times may be flexible if available. Please contact me if you would like an earlier check-in or later check-out times.

Second watercraft is required for stays on the lake. Our 75-foot houseboat features six bedrooms and two full bathrooms, along with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room area, and a dining table. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa for extra sleeping space. The front open area includes a gas grill and an outdoor dining area. On the rooftop, you'll find a covered dining area and a lounge space with a propane firepit table. For added fun, there is a waterslide that extends from the rooftop down the back of the boat.

Soak up the vintage charm of this 1957 Fireball. Lola is our little gypsy wagon complete with double bed made with 400 count cotton sheets, curly lamb mattress pad and rug. We supply coffee and a few treats. There is also outside seating with lush plants, and free-range hens. AC is cold and provided by a window unit; space heater/down comforters for cold nights. Lola has an emergency toilet with camp bags on rig; the main shower/toilet is in the basement laundry room. pets cannot stay alone.

The space
Location, location, location. We are easy and convenient to everything in Midtown, Overton and Downtown. The complex is safe, well-lit with security cameras and parking is free and off street. we love animals and welcome them, but they cannot be left in the trailer alone. Lola is best for a night's sleep after a long day sightseeing in Memphis. There is a fridge, oven and stove, Wi-Fi is sketchy, no TV, no microwave.

Guest access
Lola has a key access, and we like to greet our guest to exchange the key and show off the space and bath house before dark. Arrival time is 3 to 8 pm. there are quirks and procedures with trailers that have to be shown to our guest.

Other things to note
It is super important that we know you are bringing pets as our pets roam free and we will need to put our dogs up upon your arrival. Also pets cannot be left in the trailer alone. Lola is very small and small to medium pets ok but, cannot be left in the trailer. Lola can sleep a couple/great friends and a single person, 3 people total however, we need to know if the banquet sitting area bed needs to be made at time of booking as there is a 20 dollar fee for making this bed. Also if we can accommodate an early arrival or late departure we will do our best but, if the agreed time is not honored there is a 25 dollar fee.

Come stay in eastern Tennesse where you can enjoy the Smoky Mountains. Away from the craziness of the tourist attractions, but close by. Some of the best motorcycle riding and hiking opportunities around in any direction from here! Lots of trails nearby and touring by car or motorcycle begins here!

The space
You will find the property centrally located to so many areas worthy of exploring. We also have plenty of parking and are able to accommodate trailers should you be hauling motorcycles. A little over an acre, with lots of room to spread out.

Guest access
Guests are allowed to use any of the outdoor space. Help yourself to garden veggies, sit by the campfire, walk the dirt road out back without any traffic, and sit enjoying your morning coffee listening to the songbirds.

Smoking allowed outdoors only.

Other things to note
Very relaxing environment, many don’t want to leave. Come stay and see for yourself! Safe travels!

Located in Pikeville TN. Free WiFi is available, and Fall Creek Falls State Park is 3 miles away.

The bedroom has a queen bed & TV, living room has a TV with streaming services, fully equipped kitchen with oven & microwave, Coffee maker, & toaster. Bathroom has free toiletries. Towels & bed linens are provided. The Couch folds into a bed (5'10" max height).

Welcome to the Happy Haven, your home away from home. Relax in the stock pool (open June-August), the inflatable covered hot tub (closed December), make memories around the fire pit or dare to test your card/board game skills! We are conveniently located between Knoxville, Pigeon Forge and the Great Smoky Mountains. We pray you are blessed coming in and going out! Please read all information before booking.

The space
The Happy Haven is in our large driveway facing away from the home. We are the first house in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy a brisk morning walk with some beautiful views closer to the top of the subdivision. Although, Haven is parked on our primary residence we will respect your space and privacy. The camper windows are tinted and have blinds as well. There is a privacy fence between the camper and neighbors. The hottub has the option to open or close the curtains from all four sides for added privacy. The pool is NOT private. Cold AC unit and a toasty electric heater. You may occasionally see us outside with our kids or dogs but we will keep our distance. Please note we may use our outdoor amenities while you are gone but will respect your privacy while you are at our home and not use the extra amenities.

Guest access
Make yourself at home to the hot tub, pool, toddler swing and our fire pit area. If you have children please let us know as we can arrange to leave things out to occupy their time while you sit outside and enjoy your morning coffee. Children MUST be accompanied at all times! Please communicate with us if you would like to borrow Kan Jam, corn hole, golf clubs or other items we don’t mind sharing! We want your stay to be enjoyable! Ask about our bounce house, kayaks and paddle board to rent for an additional charge.

Other things to note
Rule 25: Must be at least 25 years of age to book and the person staying must be the one who booked. The only exception is if you have a history of positive reviews. No one other than our guests are allowed on property at any time. No animals, smoking, vaping or parties allowed on property. This is a new camper and we ask that you treat it with care.

Please note: the hot tub will be closed December.
