Stagecoach Springs is nestled on a secluded wooded 200 acres, with creeks, waterfalls, and a pond, this home is truly a place to escape it all. Start your day with coffee on the back patio and listen to the small waterfall behind the house.
The house consist of a master bedroom with a king bed and the 2nd bedroom with two single beds. The home also has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sitting room, and two bathroom's. The master bath has a tub and a standup shower and the 2nd bathroom has a tub only. Please do not go upstairs, for it is only used for storage space. There is a covered front and back porch with sitting areas.
We have another home located on the land that is not occupied, but you are welcome to sit on the front porch and relax on the swings. There is 200 acres of land you are free to explore but do not cross over any fences to surrounding neighbors property.

This location is made for those who love the outdoors and want to escape the busy life. We do have dish network for shows and movies. We got wifi back and working! So there is wifi at our property.

We do have a landline if needed. Cell service can be spotty depending on carrier.

The pond is not stocked with fish. There is a great fishing spot at Old Stone Fort park though, and only 10mins from our house!

House comes with one toilet paper per bathroom, one paper towel, two trash bags, and two dish pods. It’s guest responsibility for any additional supplies.

We do not allow parties or events at this location. Only guest that are staying at the property.

There is plenty of hiking spots surrounding the area such as: Old Stone Fort Park (5 miles), Short Springs Natural Area (11 miles), South Cumberland State Park (34 miles), Rock Island State Park (45 miles), Savage Gulf Natural Area State Park (47 miles), Fall Creek Falls (65 miles), or Tim's Ford lake (27 miles). Stagecoach Springs even has some hiking trails on the land with plenty to explore.

Sit by the outside firepit during those fall evenings or enjoy the wood burning fireplace on those winter nights. Children or another couple will enjoy the loft area with one twin size bed and one double bed. Property located in Manchester which is 60 miles to Chattanooga or to Nashville. Short drive to tour Jack Daniel's Distillery or George Dickel Distillery. Approximately 5 minute drive to Bonnaroo. The property has enjoyed guest that love hiking the local falls, such as Rutledge Falls, Machine Falls and the State Park, Old Stone Fort. Guest have also stayed with us while visiting the concerts held in Pelham at The Caverns.

Our place is in a secluded area but also within walking distance to Old Stone Fort Park which has a museum, trails for exercise, and water for kayak, canoeing, and fishing. Also our home is close to Historic Downtown Manchester, Lynchburg and the Jack Daniel's Distillery, Rock City, George Dickel Distillery, and Tim's Ford Lake. Or if you want to stay home we have a beautiful, large screened in porch, outdoor fire pit, grills and a koi fish pond with several sitting areas in the yard. There is a big screen TV in a large sitting room and wood burning fireplace in the living room. Very cozy and plenty of room to spread out and a fenced in yard for your pets.

We live about 30 minutes away but have a cleaner that lives nearby if something is needed.

The neighbors have chickens, so you may have some guests in the yard from time to time looking for a snack in the grass. There is also a goat that is a big fan of the grass in the side yard, we aren't sure who it belongs to.

The front door of the property has a keypad, and you will be given a code the morning of check-in after the previous guests have left.

This is a standalone house with a private driveway, all bedrooms have queen beds, ceiling fans, noise machines, and luggage racks.

The house is about 2 miles off of I24.

This little house is so special! Its a 3 bedroom with an addition bedroom space! It has been fully renovated! 2 walk-in tile showers. There is a fenced in backyard with a swingset! Patio has a tv and patio set under it & a blackstone grill for you to enjoy! Perfect for families! Normandy Lake is only a 10 minute drive. Old Stone Fort is close by if you like the outdoors. If you are interested in Jack Daniels you can drive 30 minutes to see their facility and get a guided tour! The Caverns is a 30 min drive as well!
