The elevators weren’t working on our side of the building so we had to take the stairs to the fourth floor or go to the other end of the building to use an elevator which was inconvenient for us with two toddlers. Our room initially smelled of cigarette smoke so we aired it out and we eventually found the culprit of cig butts in the trash can under the sink. Not the resorts fault but surely the cleaning staff smelled it before we ever got the room. Other than those minor things it is a great place to stay with your family."

Most villas have a balcony however ours did not :( Will be back!" - "I rented this villa last minute, so I can’t really complain too much about the size as I knew it was only 1 bedroom and the living room sofa had a pull out bed. But the bed and pillows were so hard. On day 2 I could barely get out of bed from being so sore and stove up from sleeping in that bed. The pull out couch bed was even worse. If you have neck/back problems I would reconsider this unit. Also, the upper room occupants were stomping and running around all hours of the night, making it difficult to sleep. Other than that m, the property was really nice and clean. Just need to upgrade the mattresses and pillows."
