The Chateau is located on a large on the Little Red River just outside the city limits of Heber Springs, Arkansas.

The Chateau's great room offers stunning views of the Little Red River, a large fireplace surrounded by custom cut stonework, vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating, cable and smart TV streaming options.

The adjacent, open-space kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a double-oven, 6-burner gas cooktop, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, a wine cooler, an ice maker, two large islands with seating for eight guests, and a dining table that accommodates up to 10 more guests. Just off the great room, we have additional seating for six more guests on the screened-in porch. There is also a unique teak-root table in the great room that provides seating for 2 more guests.

The master bedroom also offers expansive views of the Little Red River, a luxuriously appointed king size bed, a separate seating area (with cozy Italian leather furnishings) and a massive walk-in closet that features two cut crystal chandeliers.

The master bedroom's luxurious en-suite bath includes double vanities, an over-sized jetted tub, a spacious walk-in shower, and a seated make-up station.

The Chateau's second great room also has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, another smart/streaming television and comfortable seating. Here you'll enjoy a second downstairs king bedroom (with smart/streaming tv), and a view of the Little Red River. The third main-floor bedroom features a queen bed with a smart/streaming television and a "peek" of the river. Two more bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a tub/shower combination) are located in this living area.

The upstairs bunk room includes a custom built king size bed and two hand-crafted single beds (all built by a local craftsman), as well as a sleeper sofa and an additional memory foam pull out bed.

The Chateau's grounds are also luxurious. The grounds include beautiful landscaping, a koi pond, two fire pits, an expansive deck and a private dock with a boat house.

Guests have access to our entire home. Our home will become your private retreat during your stay.

We spend almost every weekend at Eden Isle just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas. We enjoy meeting new people and are readily available if a need arises or if you'd simply like additional ideas for your stay.

FIBER INTERNET 100Mbps! This is a true log cabin with waterfrontage on the White River - with unicorn boat dock and above par fishing. Enjoy curated comfortable furnishings, sweeping views, a thoughtful art and book collection and….. privacy. Proximity to the confluence of Piney Creek for floating, fishing and swimming is a huge plus for us. Or use the pictured neighborhood motor boat launch on the White. The Soapstone brand wood burning fireplace is the cats-meow.

PROPERTY LOCATION and ACCESSIBILITY:
Love back-roading in the best the Ozarks has to offer? This is for you. No matter which direction you're coming in from, you can count on the last 15 minutes to be gravel. While you don't need an SUV or truck or AWD to get here, you'll feel more comfortable. You do NOT need clearance. Your tires need to be in good shape. Thin vanity tires won’t cut it. Pulling out of the hill / valley where cabin is located takes a little punch to climb. An experienced gravel road driver won't have a problem with it. The drive here a beautiful journey you will cherish for its old bridges, creek crossings, grazing cows and old barns.

This river is very cold and swift even in August. (Makes for great cool breezes on summer evenings). Here, the White River is tail waters from two dams and levels fluctuate daily. It is not known as a swimming destination but certainly some do. >>>>Yes, you can fish from the dock! <<<<< Our first guests caught a 16.5" rainbow trout right out front. the proximity to a spring enhances fishing chances.
The White River is famous for trout: rainbows and browns. At outfitters in Calico you can rent John boats and trout guide services economically. Boats can take you to confluences of other creeks (like Piney!!) where you can comfortably swim also. You can also bring your own boat and use the shared neighborhood launch (pictured) Really fun!

OUTDOORS:
~3 outdoors seating areas on three different levels. Propane Grill with gas included. The dock closest to the water can accommodate a boat depending on the fluctuating water level. Same goes for sticking your toes in. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RARE AMENITIY ON THIS RIVER and this dock is grandfathered in. It can flood and be underwater. In very low levels it is not reachable from the river. We can't control the river levels but we can help with parameters. :-)

ABOUT US, THE BOOKING PROCESS AND FEES
We are Ivy Vacations LLC, a professional vacation rental management company. We are readily found in a search. We love the area and all live very locally to the properties.
All properties are self-check-in – with key code – after 4pm. Check out is 11.
Taxes and clean/supply fees are always required as is a processing fee that varies dependent who you are booking through.

We cannot accept CANCELLATION variances due to personal reasons or area attraction closures. If we are mandated to close our rental operations, you will be refunded 100% or given the option of credit for future reservations good for 12 months.

1. We've lowered the down payment to reserve from 50% to 15%. IT IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

2. If you need to change your reservation due to COVID-related government mandates, we will apply your monies paid towards future reservations good for 12 months from the booking date.

3. If you prefer to just cancel, we will retain your monies paid according to the policy timeline, refunding the remainder. We always refund 100% of cleaning and pet fees

4. Please note that 3rd party sites like AirBnB have different policies in effect. Please read their fine print.

5. Airbnb has an agreement with the state of Arkansas to collect and remit sales tax. For all other bookings, we collect and remit applicable sales taxes as required for all fees associated with a reservation.

PENALTIES:
15% anytime = 15% down payment price then an additional 50% within 30 days of arrival or 75% within 14 days of arrival.
