My home is approximately 3000 Sq Ft with 4 bedrooms and a fully furnished 1 bedroom apartment in the lower level ( seperate airbnb listing). There is a great infrared heat bbq available on patio. you have access to living room use and game room, laundry and balcony patio area. Parking in either rear of home or front. there is room for boat parking in the back.

2 older cats and one toy poodle reside in this house with me. Lucy, toy poodle - she is like my co- host, always excited to greet my guests. Also on the property but not in the house is Ken, who is my property care taker and maintenance man.
