My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary with our 4 year old son. You can tell the host’s meticulously updated the interior to cater to the guests needs. A few things to note if you are comparing this cabin to the other 2 bedrooms in this resort: This is the ONLY cabin with a hot tub on the screened in porch and the only cabin that has upgraded the HVAC to mini-split systems (the others have window units that tend to be louder during summer months). We visit Table Rock Lake frequently for the last 20+ years and this has now moved to the top of the list for our favorite cabin to rent. One big reason for that is the host has upgraded the mattresses which are super comfy. Such a small detail that many other places overlook. It’s amazing how a comfortable mattress can make such a difference on how your overall vacation goes. Highly recommend to everyone and I’m already checking the calendar for when we can make a return visit. "

After getting off Missouri Highway H onto Black Oak Resort Ln, the road to Stargazer is a beautiful, scenic, and winding road. The way is completely paved, but slow down and take your time as you make your way to our scenic location.

Guests will need to climb two stories of stairs to reach the breathtaking view that leads to our front door. If your have difficulties with stairs you may want to seek out other accommodations.

Check-in is a breeze with the 4-digit code we will provide.

Guests will have access to the entire property, including the private hot tub, fire pit, game room, and laundry room.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING:

■ HOT TUB - Absolutely NO GLASS or food near the hot tub. NO BUBBLES, NO SALTS OR OILS can be added to the hot tub. You must shower first and wear a swimsuit (not clothes) in the hot tub. The hot tub is professionally serviced twice a week. Just let us know if it needs to be served during your stay.

■ AGE - All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents.

■ OCCUPANCY - Maximum 5 Persons. If you bring more people than accounted for on your reservation, you will be asked to leave without a refund.

■ SECURITY CAMERA - Security cameras on the front porch are in place for your protection. You will be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund if you touch or tamper with the cameras. This is for your protection.

■ NO SMOKING - This is a NON-SMOKING/VAPING cabin.

■ UNCONTROLLABLE SITUATION - No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage if this is a concern.

■ PETS - Pets are NOT allowed. We love pets. However, some of our family members and guests are very allergic to pet dander. Please be considerate and make alternate vacation arrangements for your furry family members. Many pet-friendly cabins in the area would love to host your family.

■ CHECK-IN/OUT - Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out at 10:00 AM. We do not offer early check-ins or late check-outs.

■ CRITTERS - We have the cabin on a regular pest control schedule to help minimize the possibility of insects and critters. However, this is a lake area and some insects are unavoidable. You can occasionally expect to see critters (bugs, ants, spiders, bats etc.) in or around the cabin. If this is a concern for you, a place further from the water may be a better fit for you. Please help us by keeping the floors swept, sweets in the fridge, and trash cleaned up.

These rules are required, even if the booking platform allows you to select dates outside of them. Your reservation will not be accepted unless it follows the guidelines below. Please read carefully before booking.

PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Friday (e.g Fri–Tues, Tues–Fri, Fri–Fri)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during off-peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

HOLIDAY RESTRICTIONS

• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day

- "Perfect little cabin for a quick getaway" - "We had a very nice, comfortable stay in the resort Cabin. The entire property and the amenities were very well kept. Loved the pickleball/basketball court with all equipment provided. The pool is very large with a very clean and fully plumbed restroom inside the pool area. Loved the large screened-in porch! All of the other guests staying in the other cabins were very respectful as well. We will certainly consider staying at this property again if we decide to visit the area in the future!"
