This Swiss chalet is 3 stories tall with a deck perfect for your morning coffee after a day on the lake. Enjoy taking a walk down to the lake and seeing all the cute Swiss architecture in this quaint little community in Lampe. The property sleeps 8 comfortably and has 2 living areas. A kitchen stocked for cooking a meal or eat take out from Kimberling City! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. House is not lake front.

There are 2 living areas but only 1 area has a TV.

The top floor there are 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

Main (middle level) is 1 bed room (queen) with 1/2 bath. Then 1 full bathroom, full kitchen, dinning and living space.

Bottom level (basement) is a living room with TV, full bathroom and laundry room.

We are located .5 miles from a private neighborhood boat ramp, 1 mile from Black Oak Mountain Amphitheater, 3 miles from Baxter Marina, 7.5 miles from Bass Pro's Dogwood Canyon Nature Park, and not far from all your Branson Destinations. Shepherd of the Hills, Top of the Rock, Big Cedar and Silver Dollar City are all about 30 minutes away, in different directions. We have plenty of boat and trailer parking. PEAK SEASON (Memorial Day Weekend – 3rd Week of August)
• Stays must be 3, 4, or 7 nights
• Stays must start or end on a Saturday (e.g Sat–Tues, Tues–Sat, Sat–Sat)

SEPTEMBER & THANKSGIVING WEEK
• 7-night stays must still follow a Friday–Friday schedule
• Shorter stays (less than 7 nights) can start any day
• Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together
(No Saturday check-in or check-out)

OFF-PEAK SEASON (Mid-September – Mid-May)
• 2-night stays allowed on two night stays are allowed during off-peak
• Any other 2-night stay exceptions must be approved by Faria Resorts before booking

We had never been to Table Rock Lake before and the lake was so clean and cool and refreshing-I could have swam all day! The set up this property has, with several houses sharing a common area and equipment, is just perfect for families. We biked, swam (pool is even better than it looks!), kayaked, canoed, paddleboarded and jumped on the water trampoline. Highly recommend renting a boat from them. It was pricey, but so fun we did it a second day. The pontoon boat rental is about the only thing not included in the price, so we felt overall that this stay was an awesome deal. The only negative thing I have to say is that the cleanliness needed a little work. Nothing awful, and we did not call and ask for any corrections, but the oven mitts needed to be washed, the carpet was a little shabby, and just overall seemed to need a deep clean. The third floor, which is just the master bedroom, does not cool off very well and my husband and I ended up sleeping downstairs. We like it *super* cold so this probably would not bother most people. Tip: We did a Walmart grocery pick up in Rogers, AR on our way in from the south and then we never left the property! Overall, we will definitely be back-had so much fun."

House Rules:

**Only the guests originally booked may stay overnight. An accurate number of guests must be disclosed. If unaccounted guests arrive, you will be asked to leave. No refund will be provided. An accurate count is also necessary for your safety. If there was any kind of emergency. We may be asked who is in the house.
**All guests must be 23+ with the exception minors with guardians.
**Do not burn candles in the house.
**No eating in any bedrooms.
**No sitting or leaning on any railings!
**Observe voluntary quiet hours on 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. (This does not mean you can't be enjoying great outdoor evenings, just respect the neighbors who may be trying to sleep.)
**Please do not attempt to walk on the Boat Docks at the community shoreline. All Boat Docks are private property.
**Community sewer system. Please do not flush anything, but toilet paper.
**No smoking, or vaping, in the house. (If you smoke outside, please discard the buds appropriately.)
**Service animals are, of course, welcome. But, please remember, service animals must be with the guest, and within the guests control, AT ALL TIMES. Absolutely not required, but it would be helpful, for cleaning purposes, if you notified us of a support animal on the premises. This may also avoid any misunderstandings.
**This property has one or more EXTERIOR cameras, that record and transmit video images and audio. I consider this a safe community, but this does also add to your security. Guest will be asked to leave immediately if the security camera is tampered with. No refund will be given.
**No guns allowed on property.
**Cleaning is scheduled promptly at checkout. If guest does not checkout before checkout time, there will be an additional $50 fee.
**No pets are allowed on this property. Any violation will be subjected to a $100 fee.

With so many wonderous places in this world, you may never have time to return to this area (our you may decide to return every year)--so we try to help you make the most of your time in this area, by creating our "Day Trip" suggestions. These suggestions include recommendations on dining, entertainment and sites for specific areas. This manual is located at the house. Stay in a central "base camp" that allows you to take day trips (or even multi-day trips) to each of these destination.

The cozy layout of this chalet is designed for comfort, tranquility and invites relaxation. The small, serene tranquility deck is nestled in the tree line, just beckoning the house guests to sit and relax for while, while still seeing a glimpse of the lake. Savor the serenity before the other guests wake up and the day begins. Or, complete your day by curling up with a good book. The main floor deck is completely covered, with a view of the lake. This is also a great spot to enjoy your breakfast, or dinner, while watching the birds happily munching on their seed. You might even spot the local eagles (look for white heads and white tails). You can relax on the vintage glider on the top deck as you enjoy watching the clouds and boats drift by. Or, enjoy the majesty of the night, unwind and enjoy the amazing star-filled sky.

Three bedrooms, each with an individualized creative design. Main floor is a queen bed. Waking with a mural of the Ozarks clouds and hills overhead...with just a few dandelions blowing in the wind. The master bedroom on the top floor has a king bed. The second bedroom, on the top floor, has a trundle bed. This rolls out to a set of twin beds. This room also abstractly reflects the Ozark Hills and rolling Table Rock Lake.

Several family games on the top floor. Including the nostalgic "Pac Man." We do have a Polaroid hanging on the wall. We think of it as our Guest Book. It does not print pictures, but if you can figure it out, you can send pictures to your email. I'm not tech savvy. The manual is in the back of the House Manual.

We also realize that your family includes your pets. (We currently have 5 dogs in our family. But they would not travel well.) Unfortunately we can not allow pets at this property. The community does request all outside pets be on a leash, but some of the full time residence do not adhere to this request. The local welcome dog, an older yellow lab, Murphy, may visit you, You may hear a "woof" at the door. He is very smart. If you do not want him around, just let him know.

We love this community and really appreciate our great neighbors. You might even meet some of them. So, we do not allow parties in our short-term rentals. But, we do own 2 other homes in this community and we do allow family reunions, or similar events. If you have any questions, feel free to inquire.

I strongly suggest you take a moment to visit the community shoreline. Residents regularly gather there at sunset to enjoy the view. However, all docks are private property. Please do not trespass onto any of the docks.

This Swiss chalet is 3 stories tall with a deck perfect for your morning coffee after a day on the lake. Enjoy taking a walk down to the lake and seeing all the cute Swiss architecture in this quaint little community in Lampe. The property sleeps 8 comfortably and has 2 living areas. A kitchen stocked for cooking a meal or eat take out from Kimberling City! The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. House is not lake front.

Chalets on Table Rock Lake is one of the area’s best Luxury Lakefront Family Fun Resorts on beautiful Table Rock Lake. Part of the Faria Resorts Brand, Chalets on Table Rock Lake offers luxury accommodations and so many free amenities there will never be a dull moment! Just a short 35-40 minute drive to Branson or Eureka Springs, and also located right next to two well-known sites, Camp Kanakuk, and Dogwood Canyon. Base rate covers up to 10, max number of guests is 14 (with extra guest fees during peak season - please see rental agreement for more information). This unit is best suited for 8 adults and 6 kids.

BOOKING RULES:
PEAK SEASON (Memorial Weekend until the 3rd week of August):
Reservations must be 3, 4, or 7 nights starting or ending on a Saturday.
SEPTEMBER and THANKSGIVING:
Week-long (7 night) stays must be Friday-Friday. Shorter stays can start any night, but Friday and Saturday nights must be booked together (no Saturday check-in or check-out).
OFF-PEAK 2 NIGHT STAYS:
Two night stays are allowed during Off Peak (mid Sept - mid May). Any exceptions must be approved directly with Faria Resorts before booking.

Home Details-
Our chalet is fully stocked with virtually everything you will need for your vacation. This is a three-level home with a full walkout basement. On the main level is the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, seating for 8 at the dining table and another 3 at the breakfast bar. There’s also a Weber Gas Grill (with propane included) located right outside on the main deck, where there is a table for 6. The living area has charming tongue-and-groove ceilings, solid log pine walls and a floor-to-ceiling Stone fireplace, complete with a wall of windows to better enjoy the view of beautiful Table Rock Lake! The two guest rooms on this level both have queen beds and share a full bath in the hall.

Another vaulted pine ceiling with wood beams showcases the King Master Suite, which makes up the entire upper level. You’ll find complete comfort in the Serta presidential suite mattress, a luxury bathroom with a tiled shower, dual vanity sinks and a corner tub.

In the lower-level walkout basement, there are two more bedrooms, one bedroom with a full over queen log bunk bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed. The downstairs second living area has an awesome media room with a 50” flat panel TV, and a full-size sectional couch with dual recliners. There’s also a futon for a couple of the kids. The laundry room has a full-size washer and dryer and an additional refrigerator for those extra groceries. Lastly, the screened-in patio is accessed from this level and provides outdoor enjoyment with a large stone, wood-burning fireplace and great views of Table Rock Lake in a bug-free environment.
