I don’t know what else to say other than if we return to spend time in Eureka, we will strongly consider staying here again. We stayed in the Deer Clan cabin. "

Scenic kayaking is an incredible experience here on beautiful Beaver Lake where you can paddle past many waterfalls and even swim in several! Check out the Bald Eagles and other wildlife commonly seen out on the lake and backyard . Private therapeutic Ice Plunge tub! The public lake access is just five minutes down the road !! There are multiple options for the lake access points. HUGE bonus is that kayaks are included for your use while here!! you transport them yourself to the lake to many locations . Play some Cornhole with a view and make memories!Come take a FREE self guided tour/ walk through our exspansive Mountain top gardens and orchards!!! Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, strawberries, small vineyard, peaches, apples, pears, apricot, cherries, and mini fig varieties!! Along with anything else currently growing. yes there is a small vineyard, mainly white grapes, muscadine, and Bronze scuppernog . You’re welcome to eat and pick whatever fruit throughout the entire Orchards that you want while you’re here all of the different varieties harvest at a different time throughout the summer into late fall. You have to be fast and get to the fruit before the wildlife does here on the mountain top. They eat pretty well off of the Orchards here. Late Check ins are completely fine .check in as late as you need to!You can drive any type of car to the property . Do not need truck or suv. Would not bring a Low rider such as a corvette etc. We recommend 4WD when there is snow or ice . You will LOVE the very scenic Mountain property by the lake!We have provided very thorough information about the property.Beaver Lakes swimming, Hiking, fishing, kayaking, paddleboarding , Mountain biking , & waterfalls all just 5 minutes down the road. We have included two sit on top kayaks for free with your rental here on the mountain. You are responsible for loading them on top of or in your truck or SUV. If you have a roof rack or a truck this will be easier to haul to the lake right down the road. Paddles, Drybox,and lifejackets will be in the Cabin. Enjoy reading, writing, or music on the radio on in front of the cozy electric fireplace. Tons of Shopping, Restaurants, festivals, Art, & Live music nearby in downtown Eureka Springs. The Howling Mountain wolf cabin is located next to another one of our highly successful luxury mountain rentals on the property . Everyone loves it here on the Mountain! This cabin has a separate private yard area of its own , Private Gas bbq , Deck and Hammock. The pathways , trails, multiple mountain view decks, & campfire ring areas are shared. The great news is there are multiple decks & multiple fire rings so when the cabin guests are using one deck or campfire area you will be able to use the many other areas available for use. The two campfire & hangout areas sit pretty far from each other still allowing for privacy . There is the creekstone boulder fire ring with benches and a platform deck with cedar rocking chairs down the trail. Then there is also a picnic table along the mountain view trail. There is the scenic Mountainview two story treehouse deck. The treehouse deck has a hammock & a two person cedar swing with the tree growing through the center! A REAL treehouse deck! Its time to channel your Huckleberry fin out here in the wilderness like your soul has always been calling for! The second level has several chairs, a small table for food or drinks. A small set of stone steps takes you down to the treehouses campfire grilling area with chairs. Come howl at the moon, do some yoga, play some music, enjoy drinks under the starry moonlit night listening to the sounds of nature. The singing summer cicadas , treefrogs, many song birds ,& hoot owls will sing for you! The energy is powerful. The entire property is famously known for its gorgeous ambient magical lighting throughout the property such as ambient string lights, path lights along the trails & artistic glowing lights in the trees to create such a special vibe here at the retreat. .There is a Full kitchen with 4 electric burners & An oven. Crockpot, Skillets, Pot,Pizza pan, Bakeware items and Everything you should need! Rest assured The water quality here is great!! Please bring your own if you need to. The Cabin is super cozy and offers amazing views year around! You will love it! Theres SO much to do nearby and on the property just retreating & submerging yourself into a mountain revival in the wilderness! The property is very easy to find as long as you follow the written instructions that are very detailed that we provide for check in or just use a gps. Both gps and our instructions we provide will take you directly to the front door at the property. We have never had any get completely lost. We don’t allow one night stays on the weekend unless approved . It needs to be TWO nights. It can be a Thursday & Friday , a Friday and Saturday or a Saturday & Sunday, but it needs to be two nights. We allow one nights during the week most of the time if you have any questions, please inquire before sending your request. If sending a request with a pet, you need to send a message disclosing what type of pet you have .No motorcycles due to the gravel. There is plenty room for a motorcycle trailer if needed

The entire property is gated.The property front is surrounded by very tall stylish modern privacy wall to provide an upperscale level of privacy for our guests. This is a shared parking area for guests behind the gates.Beautiful Mountain Views year around. Public lake access 5 minutes away. Very scenic area.Feel free to message for any questions. You do not have to have four-wheel-drive. You can access the property via a small car or a truck. NO MOTORCYCLES, Sorry. It is not a paved road. Please No trailers. We really cannot accommodate the space. Please inquire if you need a special exception as we do have overflow parking and we might be able to accommodate you, but do not assume .

Other things to note
We dont recommend driving low riding show sports car to the property. Although, Yes Our neighbors do drive a small low riding convertible we wouldn’t recommend it if it is a show car. You CAN drive a small standard car to the property and make it just fine. No motorcycles as Our Country gravel road would deem it to be unsafe. No Trailers please! We do have overflow parking . Please inquire if you need to use a space for a trailer and we will let you know if we can accommodate that request. Please do not assume. 4wd Strongly recommended when there is any snow and ice Otherwise any car is fine. We only provide the basics for our rentals such as Kcup Coffee and Creamers . We do not provide sugars, spices, Ziplocks and any extras. If you do need sugars, spices oils, foil, Zip Baggies or any of those particular extras you will need to bring those for yourself. If you find that the propane tank is empty on one of the barbecue grills you are responsible for switching the tank yourself with one of the tanks that will be provided full of gas in Plainview on the property. We provide instructions how to switch out the tanks and it is extremely easy. There are gas gauges on each gas grill showing you how much gas it has in it. You will know whether it is full or empty of gas.

There is not an underground storm shelter here. We can not predict Acts of God so be aware you are booking with the understanding that there is no underground storm shelter. We do offer instructions on a store procedure that we would have here in the case that there is an extremely rare storm that would cause you to need to take cover. These events are extremely rare for this area. We do of course hope that you are able to Enjoy your vacation to the fullest extent while you are here.

No Charcoal here please! It is a fire hazard in the mountains, and we don’t have anywhere to properly dispose of by a large amount of charcoal. All of the Grills are gas.

We would strongly advise making a trip to the grocery store on your way to the cabin or at some point during your stay. There are many restaurants nearby as well as grocery stores for you to be able to find something
If you need hands-on instructions on how to use a barbecue grill ,griddle or to start a fire This is just not the rental retreat for you. There is no one on site. Sorry We are not able to accommodate those requests. we do offer instructions. We are available via message or phone, but we are simply not available in person to come show you these things.

It has come to our attention that we should mention the fact, some of the really bad reviews that you may see do not reflect the actual property. Unfortunately, we had several whom we were able to confirm are related connected to a local competitor who has an Airbnb of his own down the road booked our rental with the motive of leaving a false bad review to attempt to damage the business. Please know that some of the reviews that you might see are indeed false, and those particular people are now responsible for the damages that exceeded the original reservation. If you have any questions about any information that you may read or find, please inquire so that we can answer those questions more honestly and provide with you the most accurate information regarding the property and what we provide at the retreat for you. IE, One thing that you will read is that someone lives on the property and in fact, no one lives on the property at all not even a caretaker.

Cozy Cabin is perfect for a couple/self getaway. This cabin is surrounded by views and outdoor activities. It's a short drive from a town with restaurants, shops, and grocery stores, as well as The Swinging Bridge, Sylamore Creek, hiking trails, and right by the white river. The cabin also is right down the road from outdoor adventure tours, such as horseback riding, at The Trading Post and Blanchard Caverns.

Small Cabin located on 10 acres with spectacular views! Wake up and look out over the Ouachita mountains! Step out onto the large deck and enjoy a hot cup of coffee and nature! The loft is carpeted and has a Queen mattress. We have a full (tiny-home) kitchen with pots and pans or a grill if you choose to cook. Cute Bathroom with large shower. Blow dryer in cabinet. No cable (unplug and enjoy nature!) But we do have a DVD player and we usually watch TV using our lightning cord on our iPhones!

UPDATE: A new water heater and filtration system was installed 1/19/2023 so there is NO more issue with the sulfur smell! !

The check-in time can be more flexible if given ample time for planning.

There is propane for the grill and there should be a spatula and tongs inside the cabin. The grill is infrared so you can use the brush hanging by the grill to clean it once you are done.

We have high speed cable internet, 1 Gig, which is fast enough to watch any movie or connect quickly to the internet.

If you would like to walk down to the creek, you can follow the trail down to the gate. You can walk outside of the gate and reach the creek that’s just downhill. We had to install a gate to prevent people from trespassing/mudding. There have been some wildlife spotted at the creek at nighttime..there has never been a problem but just a heads up.
PlEASE NOTE- Rifle season runs from 11/13-12/19. During this time, please don’t go down to the creek or in the woods beyond the creek. We’ve never had issues before, but safety is of upmost importance.
