It was too cold to enjoy the pool (but it’s heated) or the screened in porch or the outdoor shower or hammock BUT I still loved it. The cabin was decorated beautifully and had everything we needed for our stay. It was immaculately clean. Communication was excellent, check-in was easy. Restaurants within walking distance, beach just a short ride away. There is a train track nearby but it didn’t bother us - they do provide ear plugs! - "This family of 4 loved our weekend stay here! The hosts truly made us feel right at home! Upon pulling up we were welcomed by property owner Bob, his pup Ol’ Red and host Chanin - who couldn’t have been nicer. This 150 acre property hosts the cabin, along with a few tiny homes around a small pond w/ ducks and fish (bring your poles), and below a mountain top vista with views of the lake. The hosts were gracious enough to let us use their off-roading golf cart to explore the property, including Bob’s man cave with some amazing memorabilia! The photos really do not do this adorable cabin justice. The kitchen has all you need with indoor and outdoor eating spots. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the bathroom’s heated floors were a nice touch. The screened in porch’s super clean jacuzzi, table top propane fire pit (perfect for s’mores) and outdoor furniture was a favorite for us!!! Surround sound (inside & outside, including the patio), Alexa, large TVs w/ direct tv and Wi-Fi all easy to use. The cabin is located right off the main road just minutes from the MS TN border. Short drives to anywhere you want to go including boat rentals (highly recommend), shake shack (a must), local grocery shop and a few restaurants. This was our 1st trip to Pickwick and definitely not our last. We created some wonderful family memories and loved our time at the cabin. This is a little gem and perfect for a family or couple looking for a getaway!"

Welcome to Creekside Cabin. This little gem is exactly what you need if you are looking to get away from it all! With 1000’ of creek front, seasonal sandbars and 7 acres of woods to explore. You will feel refreshed from the daily hustle and bustle of noisy neighbors and traffic sounds. From kayaks to hammocks, we have it covered. Isn’t it about time to relax?

The space:
You will have full access to the entire house. There is a hangout area under the house with a bench swing and chairs and a seating area and a propane bbq pit on the deck. There is a walking trail through the woods and a nice fire area to roast s’mores or even set up tents if you bring them.

Other things to note:
The hot tub is seasonal: Available free of charge November to March. If you would like the hot tub outside of these months, you will need to pay an additional setup fee of $50.
For our safety and yours, a video surveillance camera is on the property. It is mounted underneath the house facing and recording the driveway only. That is the only area under surveillance, as we do not wish to infringe on your privacy.

Occasionally, the creek rises from seasonal or isolated weather. During those times, the sandbars may be underwater and the kayaks will be unavailable to use for safety reasons.

This is a rustic tiny cabin in the woods. We are not a luxury hotel so our cabin may not be for everyone. During your time on the grounds, you may come across a variety if wildlife including beavers, deer, bunnies, small rodents, SNAKES and BUGS! Please do not be startled but do be cautious, as you will be in their natural habitat!

We ask that children are not left unattended in or near the creek, woods, or the deck at any time.

Liability Waiver:
You understand that fishing, swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks or tubes is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with fishing, swimming, hiking and using the kayaks or hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from fishing swimming, hiking and use of the kayaks and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that fishing, swimming, hiking and the use of kayaks may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person fishing, swimming, hiking or using the kayaks if a person has health risks, or if a person fishes, swims, hikes or uses the kayaks while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or while pregnant. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. - "We stayed here for our family girls trip. Enjoyed Friday night on the upper deck and all day Saturday on the creek then relaxing under the cabin in the evening. We brought beach chairs, a tent, and some umbrellas to the creek along with food and music. This was my second time staying at Creekside (both girls trips) I have enjoyed my time there so much that I now want my own camp!" - "We absolutely loved this place. The cabin is up in the trees and the deck is wonderful especially for morning coffee and reading. We spent most of our time sunning ourselves on the beach creekside. Exploring was done up and down the creek and in the surrounding forest. We also enjoyed the hot tub. It's amazingly quiet and peaceful. It was nice to be somewhat unplugged with no worries. My entire family has asked when we can return. They said it's even better than our regular place on the Bogue Chitto. We mostly stayed at the property but we did have: Dinner at Perry's Seafood - 5 of us ate for under $100 and no seafood was spared. The shrimp are not fresh caught but they are delicious. Trip to Bogalusa to go to Wal-Mart that ended with a stop at the Big Box Bargain Store and Hudson's Salvage. If you love to thrift you will love both stores."

Creekside Cabin II is a spacious 2 BR, 2.5 BA, raised cabin on 9 secluded acres. It’s only 1 hour from New Orleans and right next door to Creekside Cabin I, which is on its own 6 acres. (ideal to rent both for larger groups). This cabin is ideal for families, couples and small retreats. It has it’s own private sandbar on the West Hobolochitto Creek or Boley Creek (as locals call it). We also provide kayaks and fishing poles when the creek is at a normal level. If you are looking to get away from it all, this is your peaceful getaway spot!

You will have full access to the entire house minus 1 utility room. There is a hangout area under the house and a propane bbq pit and seating area on the covered balcony/porch area. There is a small walking trail through the woods and a nice fire area to roast s’mores.

Please do not leave small children unattended on the balcony or by the creek. We have provided life jackets in the guest shed. Kayaks will only be available when creek levels are safe!

129 Creekside LLC, is pleased to provide access to hot tubs and whirlpool tubs and any equipment related to the forgoing (collectively, the "Amenities") as a part of its service to certain of its rental guests ("you") and your invitees (collectively with you, the "Users") who stay in specified rental units ("Units"). By renting a Unit from 129 Creekside LLC, you hereby agree to the terms of this Waiver of Liability and Indemnification on behalf of yourself and all Users using the Unit and/or the Amenities in connection with your rental of a Unit from 129 Creekside LLC. Unsafe and/or unsupervised use of the Amenities by any User is a material breach of your rental agreement with 129 Creekside LLC, and shall permit 129 Creekside LLC to terminate immediately without notice your occupancy of the Unit.
By renting a Unit through 129 Creekside LLC, you acknowledge the following on behalf of all Users accessing the Amenities associated with your Unit during your rental term:
1. Use of any Amenity carries risk that may result in serious injury or death. No jumping or diving is allowed. You shall ensure that the Amenities are always used in a safe manner and that non-adult use of the Amenities is supervised by a qualified and capable adult. Persons under the age of 12 are prohibited from entering hot tubs. All children using any Amenity shall always be supervised to decrease risk on injury, death or drowning. 129 Creekside LLC does not provide lifeguards for any of the Amenities. No glass or food should be used in or near the Amenities.

Use of the Amenities could subject Users to certain risks including the risk of drowning, slipping and falling, other accident related injuries, and certain health related risks including, without limitation, the transmittal of certain bacteria and maladies known as hot tub rash, hot tub lung, folliculitis and/or other. All bathers must shower before and after use to decrease the possibility of skin problems. Swimsuits used in natural bodies of water such as oceans, lakes and streams must be laundered before use of the Amenities.
3. Pregnant women, persons taking medication, elderly persons, those with diabetes, low or high blood pressure, history of strokes, epilepsy, heart disease, other cardiovascular conditions and/or any other health issues should consult their physician prior to using any Amenity. The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologist (ACOG) states that becoming overheated in a hot tub is not recommended during pregnancy.
4. Never use any Amenity while under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if you are taking medications of any kind, or being treated for any illness.
5. All hot tubs should be kept at a temperature less than 102 degrees for personal safety.
6. Users are prohibited from tampering with the Amenities and any related chemicals. If any User is found to have tampered with the Amenities or any related chemicals, you will be responsible for any expenses incurred. DO NOT SIT, STAND, JUMP OR WALK ON THE SPA COVER as it could collapse causing serious bodily injury and/or damage to the cover. Any excessive cleaning required for any Amenity will result in a minimum charge of $50.00. In consideration of the rental of the Unit by 129 Creekside LLC, to you, your guest, on behalf of yourself and all Users and each of your and User’s respective personal representatives, guests, children, heirs, and next of kin, acknowledge, agree, and represent that (i) you have, or will immediately upon entering an area containing any Amenity, and will continuously thereafter, thoroughly inspect the Amenity and such areas containing the Amenity, that you have read any safety rules or other notices published near the Amenity (the "Rules"), and that the use of any Amenity by you or any User constitutes an acknowledgment that you have inspected the Unit and Amenities and you find and accept such areas as being safe and reasonably suited for the purposes of your use and use by the Users, and you further agree and warrant that if, at any time, you feel anything to be unsafe, you and all Users will immediately leave the area and advise appropriate persons, and that you and the Users shall follow all Rules, (ii) you hereby release, waive, indemnify, hold harmless and covenant not to sue 129 Creekside LLC, its officers, directors, members, managers, employees, and agents and the owner(s) of the Unit (the "Indemnified Persons") for any and all loss, liability, damage, cost, claim or demand (including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs) on account of harm, illness, or injury to the person(s) or property of any User, including, without limitation, death of you or any User, and (iii) you agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless 129 Creekside LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or cost any indemnified person may occur due to your presence in or upon the area and unless caused by the gross negligence of 129 Creekside LLC. This is a release, waiver and save harmless agreement and by agreeing to the house rules you are releasing certain legal rights and claims. By agreeing to the house rules, you acknowledge you have read the foregoing agreement and fully understand it and intend to be bound by it.

- "Owner Ricky is such a hospitable host. Not only was he available at check-in time to give us a walk through he also offered us a place to store our two boat trailers at his other house. It is such a great property for entertaining. Having covered boat parking and room to park two 24ft boats and a screen-in porch with grill overlooking the water just adds to the experience. There is room to sleep 7 in beds but we also took advantage of the blow-up beds provided to squeeze a few more in which worked out great having two boat crews. The city boat ramp is just right up the street to launch your boat and a quick trip up the bayou and you are at this property. Down the bayou is the famous Mary Walker Marina which has bait/ice/food. We will absolutely be back when we have a boat crew or multiple boats. The facilities are top notch with plenty of room in the back yard to set up corn hole boards and entertain. The large TV in the living room with the Polk sound system was great as well. All around everyone that walked in went, wow, this is really nice. Thank you Ricky for hosting us, we hope to be back!"

Our waterfront cabin sits on the Grand Bayou Coastal Preserve allowing easy access to kayaking and fishing. 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms (4 full), and 2 living spaces allows room for everyone to spread out. The outdoor space, unlike anything on the coast, includes a dining table, kitchen, sitting areas, and an oversized private pool. Enjoy the property exploring the grounds or take a short ride to the beach, state park or historic town!

Our cabin is perfect for large groups who want the seclusion that 20 acres and large private pool provide along with easy access to multiple restaurants, bars, shops, and amenities like the ones described below. Four bedrooms, each with their own private bath, allows more that enough space for multiple families. There are also two separate living spaces inside which combined include a sofa bed, full sized bunk bed, twin sized trundle bed, and two couches for the kids to spread out. Large dining spaces both inside and outside allow for either a cozy sit-down dinner or a fun grill day by the pool!

The property is on the edge of Waveland, Mississippi only a 2 minute drive from the beach and right across the bayou from Buccaneer State Park which includes a water park, nature trails, playgrounds, and more. A ten minute drive down the beach will either lead you to the Silver Slipper Casino to the West, or historic downtown Bay St. Louis to the East which provides a plethora of local restaurants, bars, and shops. Any other amenity you may need can be found five minutes to the North on Highway 90 including a local grocery, Walmart, and dozens of other stores and restaurants.

Happy Camper Lodge is a stunningly spacious cypress retreat. It features an elevator making it handicap accessible, with easy entry and exit. Two awesome bedrooms comfortably sleep 6 adults. The main bedroom has a king-sized bed and is very spacious. It also has its own on-suite full bathroom and massage chair. The other bedroom has one queen-sized bed and one double bed. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom attached to this room. The spacious kitchen with an electric stove has a large island that easily seats 6. The dining room table seats 8. The living room is very large. The living room, second bedroom, and kitchen all feature beautiful cypress walls and ceilings. TV and indoor/outdoor Wi-Fi are provided. The wrap a round porch is a great place to sit in a pair of large rocking chairs. The covered downstairs area is perfect for outdoor relaxing or gatherings, utilizing a wet bar area and grill. Two additional bathrooms are located outside downstairs.

The cabin is located within ten minutes from Walmart, Carnells, Mexican restaurants, and Main Street where you can do small town shopping at boutiques.

Private, cozy cabin located across the road from JP Coleman state Park which is by Pickwick Lake on the TN river. Partial water view in the winter. Enjoy walking you fur baby or jogging in the park. The lake is famous for large and small mouth bass, crappie, catfish Water skiing, and wake boarding Boat ramp is about a 5 minute drive from cabin located at the park. Plenty of space to park your boat or you may rent a slip at the marina in the park. Fire pit to sit by. Wood provided.

Lakeside getaway situated right on a 24-acre, private lake that you'll have all to yourself. The lake house has beautiful large pine trees along the driveway and hunting mounts line the walls. Guest's are welcome to fish, swim, and paddle the canoe or kayak around the lake. The lake is well stocked with bass and bluegill. Great place for a family vacation and the pets are welcome to come too!

Located 45min north of Mississippi State and 30min south of Tupelo.

The space
Two bedrooms and a loft with privacy curtain comfortably sleep 6, 7 if you double up on the full bed. The house is regularly used by the hosts so the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. You may find host's belongings elsewhere but the dressers and closets have ample space for your clothes.
The space is clean and comfortable but there's no WiFi and only a small TV so enjoy breaking away from the all the distractions!

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house, lake, and yard around the house. Guests do not have access to the barn.

Please bring your own fishing gear. You are also welcome to bring your own boat, there is a good place to launch (not paved).

Relax with the whole family in this quiet, peaceful, country getaway. Secluded country cabin surrounded by 300 acres of gorgeous woods & pasture land. Are you a fan of outdoor country activities? We have a 3 acre pond for your fishing enjoyment, roads & trails for your hiking pleasure, fire pit (make S'mores, roast hot dogs or just sit & enjoy the fire) & star gazing just to name a few. Located minutes from the Natchez Trace Parkway & a short drive to historic Rocky Springs, Jackson & Vicksburg.

The space
This cabin is located out in the country. Approximately 20 miles south of Vicksburg & I-20. The closest grocery store is located in Raymond, MS to the east or Vicksburg, MS to the north.
Our cabin contains wildlife mounts, deer, bobcat, & beaver. Please do not book if this is offensive or you are uncomfortable with these.
Our cabin is priced for sleeping 6 guest comfortably. But since it has an open floor plan with plenty of room for pallets or air mattresses, we do allow extra guests. Each additional guest will be an additional $5.00 per person per night.
There is an ice machine located in the laundry room for your convenience. So no need to buy ice before you arrive!
Our property is NOT handicapped accessible. There are steps to the front door and steps to the back door.

Guest access
You will have exclusive use of the entire cabin. Cabin is located 2 tenths of a mile off the main road down a gravel driveway thru the woods. We live on the main road where you turn to access the property. We are available at all times for any questions, problems or concerns you may have during your stay.

Other things to note
NOTICE: There is an outside cat, Rebs, that lives and hunts around the cabin. Please DO NOT let dogs chase her. She is friendly, but does not like to be handled. She loves to be rubbed and scratched, but please do not try to pick her up.
Our property borders 16th section land to the north and a hunting camp to the west. Deer hunting season runs from October thru January. During these months we ask that you stay in the area around the cabin. For your safety please do not access roads or trails that lead into the woods.
