- "We drove our boat to the cozy cottage for a couple days of R&R. We arrived and got right into the cottage. Very welcoming and clean, it has 1 queen bed with a fireplace (great for fall time), bathroom and livingroom. There’s a small porch on front and back deck with chairs and table on both. We were able to dock our boat right up to the cabin. Had dinner on the property at Wintzells oyster house and did some fishing morning, noon and night. Limited cooking supplies, but that was okay with us as we made our meals very simple for this stay. There was a coffee maker that makes a cup at a time (k-cup or ground coffee). Tv is antenna or hotspot to your phone for Roku. It had everything we needed and very pleasant stay. Neighbors next door were super friendly and pleasant to talk to. If it wasn’t for the mosquitoes we would’ve talked longer lol. Definitely would book again! 😁"

This tiny cabin is a two bedroom and 1 bath. Downstairs you have a spacious living room and kitchen that includes everything you would need for a comfy stay. Couch does fold out to sleep one adult. There is a bar table to eat or do your computer work at. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, microwave, drip style coffee maker and all the essentials needed to eat, cook and drink. The downstairs bedroom includes a queen-size bed and cubical dresser. The upstairs bedroom is accessed by climbing the rustic ladder where you'll find two full-size beds. The bathroom is downstairs and is very roomy. It has a walk-in shower, toilet and vanity. The bathroom does come with a set of toiletries for your trip which includes; shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion.
Check-in is super simple, you will receive a door code the day before your trip that you will enter to access your cabin.

Pets are allowed but we ask that you limit them to two pets max, cats and dogs only. NO PIT BULL BREEDS ARE ALLOWED!

Guest access
Guest will have their own private cabin. Guest are allowed to walk around anywhere on the property. Fishing, hiking, kayaking are all allowed on the property. We only ask that when you fish that you catch and release back the fish. The large white building is the "Entertainment Center". Guest are allowed to come and go as they wish in the Entertainment Center from 7am-10pm daily. There is a door on the left side with a key pad, the code is given out the day before your trip. Inside the Entertainment Center we have a variety of things to do; basketball, soccer, obstacle course inflatable, jump house inflatable, arcade and more. All we ask is that children are supervised while doing anything on the property.

Located mid-lake (halfway between Guntersville and Scottsboro) and just 0.2 mi from the Mink Creek boat ramp, The Honey Hole is the perfect cabin for the fisherman or family,

As you drive up Jeffery Rd The Honey Hole will be the second cabin on your left. On the way to the cabin, you'll pass the Mink Creek Boat ramp on the right with many other ramps such as the Waterfront boat ramp, Goose Pond and many others very close.

You'll enter the property and park up to 2 vehicles or boats under the lighted carport that has power to charge your batteries after a long day of fishing. There's a grill and patio out front with a table and chairs allowing for some time outside.

As you enter the cabin, the kitchen and great room area are to your right and the bedrooms are to your left. The large kitchen includes everything you'll need to make memorable meals. Your Kitchen includes full sized appliances including a dishwasher as well as a microwave, coffee maker and filters, toaster. Cookware, dishes and flatware are also included.

The large open concept area allows for great communication whether you're in the kitchen or great room area. You're spacious great room offers comfortable seating on leather couches, the half bath, a wall mounted big screen television powered by DirecTV and an awesome full sized pool table.

The two bedrooms each include a queen and twin bed. The Jack and Jill full bathroom is located between the 2 bedrooms. You'll find the cleanest bedding and freshest towels anywhere!

If you travel with a dog just ask, in many cases we're happy to have your well behaved and house broken dog as a guest too.

Beautiful retreat cabin for couples. Pics do not do this place justice. 224 sq ft. Has a full size bed downstairs and a queen size memory foam mattress in loft. There is a trail that leads to creek. There is a private beach area by the creek. There is no full kitchen but we have an outdoor grill. There is a microwave and kureig inside cabin. The cabin is pretty secluded for privacy and quietness. It sits at the dead end of the road. I live about 400 ft from the cabin. There is a large fire pit for you to use. The hot tub sits near the edge of the bluff and has amazing view of the creek. Feel free to gather up wood on the property to use for the fire pit. The bathroom consist of a shower, toilet and sink. There is an outdoor shower as well.

This quaint cabin has a small front porch with two rocking chairs so you can enjoy your morning's coffee or a night beverage. A stone's throw from Waterfront and the boat ramp, and a short drive to The City Harbor and nearby local areas, this cabin is located in a great area. This SMOKE FREE and PET FREE cabin. Parking outside and outdoor outlets for boat to be parked during your stay. Room for only 1 boat per guest

The space
This is a SMOKE FREE and PET FREE CABIN. Any violation will result in an automatic $250 fine.

The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed. Though the space is small, it has all you need for a getaway. The cabin has a small fridge, microwave, tv with streaming (no cable). Wi-Fi included. Two people can spend the morning sipping coffee on the porch rocking chairs. There are fresh towels and linens provided for two people.

The house is a STUDIO. The bedroom and living room are the same room. The sofa pulls out to make a queen-sized bed. Linens and 3 pillows are provided.

The wood burning stove is NOT to be used! It is simply decoration and must not be used during your stay.

The site also has another tiny home available for rent. It may or may not be occupied so please be courteous. Both cabins are recently finished with all new appliances and finishes.

For the safety of the owner and guests, the outside parking areas and driveways are monitored by security cameras.

Guest access
The entire cabin is available for guests to access. The cabin has its own entrance but shares a driveway and parking areas with another tiny home on site. The split unit located inside the cabin controls the temperature throughout the cabin. There is a remote located in the drawers under the TV.

Other things to note
No key is provided to enter your cabin. You will be provided an access code and the door has a key pad. The code will not be provided until the day of your check-in and once the cabin is confirmed cleaned and ready for your arrival. Check-in time is 3pm. The code will be provided some time before 3pm, but again, not until the cabin is clean and ready for your arrival. If needing to arrive earlier, we may be able to work with you but you will need to contact us first.

The driveway is steep. It is paved but it is not a flat lot. Boats and trailers have no issue coming and going but if you do not like steep driveways, this is not the place for you. There is sufficient parking for one boat per house. To clarify, this house has a two person maximum. Only one boat is allowed for this rental.

You will input your code when coming and going from the cabin. The ceiling fan and lights are also controlled by a remote located inside the door. Please leave the remote on the wall and adjust the fan and light using that remote.

A spacious living/dining/kitchen area, a full bath, 2 queen and one twin roll out bed plus a large sofa. Full size appliances, air conditioning, large front deck, gas BBQ grill, and a large 40' driveway.

The space
The property is on a wooded lot. Although there is no direct lake access the lake is nearby with a 2 minute drive to a public boat ramp.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Take in the partial sunset views atop Lookout Mountain from any of the three decks on this Unique 2 unit property! Main cabin has open kitchen and living area that extends to the outdoor deck space, steps away from the fire pit area. Step into the loft using unique spiral stairs to rest in one of two queen beds. Or sneak out for coffee on the upper deck. More privacy, sneak over to the Tiny cottage with a kitchenette, & bathroom & covered porch.

Get away from it all at this cozy cabin! This one bedroom one bath tiny home is one of five cabins on over 10 acres. Enjoy fishing in the stocked pond or relax on the porch taking in the views. This is a perfect getaway for fisherman visiting the lake or couples. Or there's even a futon sleeper for the kids. Have a larger group? Ask about renting all 5!

The space
While this is a one bedroom tiny home, there is a futon sleeper in the living/dining space. If you have 2 small children, they would fit, but ideally it best fits one. You're welcome to bring an air mattress for the extra little ones, just know that it might get tight in there.
Our pond is stocked with catfish, bluebill, specklebelly, sunfish, largemouth bass, and carp.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of Little River Canyon. After a day of hiking, swimming or even rock climbing come back to RNR retreat and take a nap on the swinging porch bed or sit by the firepit. Perfect for a couple but can accommodate three. The cabin has a queen bed and has an ottoman that makes a twin bed. This property is NOT pet friendly. Smoking is not permitted inside cabin.

The space
The cabin is a one bedroom and one bathroom. Small but just perfect for a couple. Absolutely no pets at this property ( fee for pets on property is $250). Please don’t take things ( towels, throws, etc.) from the property, you will incur a fee ranging $20-$100. This cabin can only occupy 3 people ( if you have more than three ( you may incur a fee of $50 a person).

If you just need a little get away to clear your mind, this is the place to be. Very quiet and peaceful.

This cabin was built in the late 1890's. It sits on 15 acres and surrounded by natures beauty. Come relax in one of the rocking chairs on the front porch and listen to natures sound. The cabin is surrounded by green grass and shade. Inside the Cabin, you will find brochures of activities you can do and see while your stay here.
There is room for two boats with an electric outlet on the front porch to charge your battery. There is a grill for you too cook your catch.

The space
This cabin was built in the late 1800’s. The rooms were built smaller in size and they did not make the ceilings very tall. If you are a very tall person. You might have to watch your head when entering and using the kitchen. The bathroom is a new addition so the ceilings are tall. We hope this unique cabin will tempt you to come and stay.

This unique, 3 story, adults-only cabin is located on Summerhouse Mountain on a working farm. It is best suited for people in the area to work; hunt/fish; experience farm living; or just enjoy a quiet get-away.
Although remote, it's 15 minutes to Walmart & local restaurants & 45 minutes to Chattanooga and offers high speed WiFi. Our farm dog, Mya, thinks it’s her responsibility to welcome all guests! Because introducing strange pets can be unpredictable, we have a strict no pet policy.

The space
The property is a working farm/homestead with vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and multiple types of berry bushes. We are happy to share the bounty during the season!

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the farm animals and fresh eggs (when available). Most of the animals are very friendly, but we request that you do not enter the pastures or other enclosures.

The cabin has a queen bed on the third floor, a double bed on the second floor, and two couches on the first floor. There is a full bath on the first floor and a half bath on the second floor.

There is a full kitchen with a toaster, air fryer and other extras.

There is a ping pong table in the downstairs living room, a karaoke machine, and there is always a spare guitar or two hanging around!

There are porches off the first and second floor, and an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace.

The cabin is situated on a 40 acre, partially wooded, mountain top lot with a beautiful bluff view of the Tennessee River, Lookout Mountain and Sand Mountain. While it is a beautiful setting, being in the woods can present certain dangerous conditions and we request that our guests be mindful of those dangers and practice woodland safety.

Chickens: There is a chicken coop just outside the cabin that provides farm-fresh eggs most days. We will try to have some ready for your stay, but if you need more, just text one of us and I'll be happy to provide them when available.

Pigs: There are several pigs that are rotated through pastures on the property. Although they are friendly and they absolutely love treats, we ask that you not feed them by hand. Any fruits, vegetables, or left-overs (excluding meat -- especially pork) can be tossed into their pen. There is an electrical wire at the bottom of some of the pastures so be careful not to lean into the fence.

Cows: There are several cows that also rotate through the pastures. They are also friendly and will sometimes take treats (they love cookies!), but they can be a little skittish around strangers.

Turkeys, ducks, and guinea fowl: There are other coops around the property that house these birds, or you may see them free-ranging.

Guest access
Guests will have use of the entire cabin, including the decks on the first and second floor and the covered outdoor pavilion and fireplace.

There are hiking trails on the property, just let us know if you are interested and we will point you in the right direction.

Guests are also welcome to enjoy the farm animals. Most of the animals are very friendly, but we request that you do not enter the pastures or other enclosures.

A small catch and release pond is available for fishing.

This is not a luxury resort cabin. Although we have tried to make it as cozy and comfortable as possible, it is quite unique and rustic. There are no public utilities in this area except power and internet. The cabin has a well and septic system. There are three stories, so there are several sets of stairs. There are two outdoor patios and a large outdoor pavilion with a fireplace, TV and grill.
