This property includes a 1300 square feet two story home with an adjoining shop and farm implements shed. The entire home portion of the structure is included in your rental. Construction was completed in 2024.

It is a working farm so occasionally the owners will share the outdoor areas to tend to chickens and gardens and to mow and process hay during the summer months. The cabin sits atop a two-acre plateau and has a huge front yard for kids and pets to roam and play.

The key feature of the property is a 30 mile panoramic view of the southern Appalachian mountains. It has truly amazing views including Big Frog Mountain. Sit on a rocker on the front porch and be mesmerized by the horizon as you enjoy the peace and solitude of this location.

I have set this house up with the idea that I would have a wonderful thanksgiving dinner and have everything I would need there other than the food and be comfortable, we do provide a Keurig and several coffee choices.

- "Although you feel like you're out in the middle of nowhere (in a good way), you're only a few minutes from anywhere you'd want to go. The cabin was large, but cozy. We enjoyed the wildlife (deer, beaver, owl & bunnies). It was quiet and comfortable, and we'd definitely stay again!"
