It is a working farm so occasionally the owners will share the outdoor areas to tend to chickens and gardens and to mow and process hay during the summer months. The cabin sits atop a two-acre plateau and has a huge front yard for kids and pets to roam and play.

The key feature of the property is a 30 mile panoramic view of the southern Appalachian mountains. It has truly amazing views including Big Frog Mountain. Sit on a rocker on the front porch and be mesmerized by the horizon as you enjoy the peace and solitude of this location.

The second-story view bedroom is equipped with two luxury twin beds that can be arranged into a King if requested.

As you look around the Barn don't forget to notice the original cedar tree posts that were preserved from the original design. And, the best surprise of all is the unique all-glass panel Garage barn door that fully opens up the living room onto the patio (with a remote control opener) and completely doubles the living area from inside to out.

On the patio, you will find a triple sofa, two chairs with ottomans, and a gas fire pit to lounge in front of while taking in the sounds of wildlife anytime during the day and night.

Quiet Neighborhood. Hospitals and Pharmacies are just a few minutes. In the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains great for hiking, backpacking, canoeing, kayaking, fishing and hunting. Close to Parksville Lake and the Tennessee and Hiawassee Rivers for boating, water skiing and swimming. Also nearby in Chattanooga is Lookout Mountain world famous for rock climbing and hand gliding. The colors of the leaves in the fall are fabulous.

- "My 18yo daughter and I stayed here for 3 days for her softball tourney in Dalton. It's about 25 minutes from Heritage Pointe and much nicer than the 2.5 star hotel options in town. I had a couple of questions before we booked and the host was super responsive and happy to help.Everything is brand new and really nice. There are some cool little restaurants 5 minutes away in Cohutta so we didn't cook, but the appliances are high end. There is a fully stocked spice drawer, utensils, and even a Blackstone Grill by the fire pit. Furniture was clean and comfy, towels were soft and white, and the bathroom is spacious with a really nice shower.Tiny houses are not for everyone though, so anyone claustrophobic or over 230 lbs may not like the loft bed. There is probably only 16" of room on the side you lay your head. They have a nice little fan set up, but if you don't use it, it gets warm up there as well. With that said, we slept great. The A/C unit can get the house as cold as you want it. We would definitely stay here again if it's just 2 of us for the next tournament. Might even need to bring my wife up for a fun weekend to hang out at the cool local spots."

Welcome home! This is a brand new townhouse in the heart Cleveland. It is about 30 minutes away from Chattanooga and an hour from Knoxville. There are plenty of great shopping choices and it is very close to some great outdoor adventure on the Ocoee River! This is a private room in our home and I will be home most of the time. The space

Welcome to Adventure On Foxfire Water. Setting on the water where fishing is available, Adventure On Foxfire Water is very close to Lee University (4 miles or 9 minutes), Perry Stone’s OCI (1.7 miles or 4 minutes) and Ocoee White Water Rafting (8 miles or 12 minutes to the closest rafting Outfitters).

The space
The deck is grand and spacious, looking out over a huge backyard large enough to play a game of tag football in, and the property then extends into a large pond filled with fish. Inside, the living room has a huge ceiling and is directly attached to the kitchen where guests can cook, eat and socialize, all while watching tv or playing one of many board games put away in an office cabinet.
Business travelers will find a fully stocked office with touch-screen All-In-One Windows PC, Wifi printer and plenty of supplies to do their work.
The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable beds, with two kings and two queens. There is also a queen bunkbed made of solid steel frame making the total of queens four. Finally, there are two sleeper sofas and a futon (please see the bedroom descriptions for bed and room details). There are two full baths, with the master bath having a Jacuzzi tub and shower and two sinks. The master bedroom also has a vaulted ceiling, with windows over looking the deck, yard and pond described.
The house is at the end of a street with zero traffic.

Guest access
The entire house will be rented for each individual booking. This includes: five private bedrooms, two and a half baths, kitchen, living room, dining room, office and garage. Host occupies basement of the home which has its own, separate entrance. The basement is not available and will be locked.

Other things to note
There is a TN lake on the property that greatly adds to the scenery and natural feel. I encourage guests to fish and enjoy the water. However, my property shares the pond with neighbors. It is important to not leave my yard. Please do not cross the ditch to the other yards to fish. Do all fishing and other entertaining from my yard.

Important note!!! Overflow parking is in the woods to the left of the house when facing it. There is a wide gravel driveway there that can easily fit a dozen cars. Please fill this area after filling the garage and concrete driveway. Parking in front of the house in the street should be the last option.

Please do not have food or beverages in the bedrooms. Please put dirty dishes in the dishwasher.

Please let me know if you intend to bring pets. There is an additional $75 per pet pet fee. I also have a kennel you can use for your fur baby 🐶

There is a charge of $100 per hour for late checkout starting after checkout time of 12PM EST. This fee begins at 12:01PM EST.

Additionally, there is a charge of $100 per hour for early checkin earlier than 4PM EST starting at 3:59PM EST. There is no fee for 1 hour early checkin and/or an early checkin of 4PM EST. However, cleaning is not guaranteed complete until 5PM EST and you may run into active cleaning before then.

Beautiful new home in quiet neighborhood out of town. Huge 200 sq ft bedroom with large walk in closet. Get a good day or nights sleep with black out curtains. Full kitchen access with oven, range, microwave, and convection oven, as well as full laundry access with all detergents/bleach included. Sit on the back deck under the gazebo, and enjoy the firepit. The wife and I are both RN's of at least 30 years, and know full well what we face. Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space.

Minutes from Lee University & downtown Cleveland, 25 mins. from the Ocoee and Chattanooga. This suite is unattached from another air bnb on site. The only shared space is parking. It is old but remodeled. Not perfect, but clean and quaint. We provide a stocked kitchenette, a bathroom with towels, full size closet & dresser, covered parking, a tempurpedic queen bed, a couch, TV/DVD (no cable, firestick only) and wifi. We'd love to have you!

Our space offers a private, quiet stay while also being right in the middle of town. It's small, no frills, but has anything you might need.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The place is surrounded with many options for groceries, restaurants, shopping, and gas. Lee University and the hospital are roughly 10 minutes away. We are located between Knoxville (87 miles) and Chattanooga (30 miles) which is great for working people who don't want to live in the city. If you enjoy the outdoors there are plenty of recreational activities like the Ocoee River, Hiwasee, and Cherokee Forest just 30-40 minutes away.

You will have your own personal bedroom with a lock in the door. The bathroom will be shared with another guest. The kitchen, living room, laundry (to be used weekly maximum), and outdoor area will all be common space.

We have a small dog, he is very friendly and quiet. He may occasionally bark during the day if there is someone approaching the door.
Quiet hours would be between 10:00pm-7:00am, this is to respect other guests who may be traveling for work etc. we would appreciate if you used headphones during that time.

We strive to ensure sparkly clean accommodations. You will find your suite to be comfortable and quiet. Squeaky clean bathroom, with plush soft towels; you can be assured that the sheets on your bed are sterilized in HOT water when washed. We are seriously concerned about your comfort and peaceful surroundings. When the weather is comfortable, you can sit out on the patio with a cup of coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds and watch the birds on the feeder. A pleasant way to slowly wake up to the day!

The apartment has a private entrance with a key pad lock. This apartment is ideal for a couple. Or a family with a child that won't mind sleeping on a small couch in the same room.

It is 15 minutes from SAU and Lee University and 25 minutes from Hamilton Place, 40 mins from Downtown Chattanooga and the Ocoee Whitewater Center.

The space

The bathroom is small and simple with a toilet and shower. The shower is a narrow stand- up shower and might be challenging for a larger individual. There is no sink or mirror in the bathroom so teeth brushing would happen at the sink in the kitchen and hair styling/make up would happen at the mirror and table set up for this purpose. The home is on well water. The loft bed is near the ceiling. I am 5'6" tall and when I sit on the bed I have about an inch clearance. I duck when I climb up there. It's really for sleeping and less for hanging out but there is plenty of room to recline and watch TV. A taller person wouldn't want to sit straight up in bed or they'd hit their head.

There are chickens and roosters on the premises. Cockadoodle doo.

The apartment is private and entirely for your use. However the parking area is shared with the house and its inhabitants. The entrance to the apartment is near the entrance to the house so you could encounter one of the house inhabitants outside.

Other things to note
The loft bed is as pictured and requires mobility and a certain level of agility to use. Guests with medical conditions which limit flexibility and balance to climb, bend, squat, or twist might want to consider a place that offers a more traditional bed. Our loft bed is safe for those in good physical condition and who plan to stay in control of their faculties, ie. balance and judgement. Guests who plan to use faculty altering substances should use the loft bed at their own risk.
Guests with small children will want to block the stairs to the loft bed so as not to have toddlers crawling up and falling off.

The space
Private bedroom with a king sized bed and walk-in closet, dresser, bureau and desk are for your use. A TV is provided and there is a shared bathroom. Most prefer to purchase paper goods to avoid cleanup but we ask that you do cleanup after your use because it is a shared space with others. It seems most choose to order out or dine out with all the restaurants so close by but you decide.

We sanitize our linens and all surfaces are cleaned with safe disinfectant. Extended stay guests room cleaned weekly but bathroom is disinfected cleaned daily.

Need your clothes washed? Give us a days advanced notice and our cleaning staff will do a top notch job cleaning your clothing for a small token of $10. A laundry location will be given to you upon request if you prefer but please only normally soiled clothing for our machine plez.

We also have a full house Generac generator so no worries, ever about power outages.

BEST CITY LOCATION! This GROUND LEVEL apartment with no stairs is conveniently located 2 minutes from I-75, most restaurants, and best shopping. Also a short drive to LEE UNIVERSITY and Omega Center International (O.C.I.), and the Ocoee River and Hiwassee River are a short 30 minute drive away! The small living room is nice to relax in with a small recliner and roomy loveseat. The 50" Smart tv is equipped with Roku for your enjoyment. The high speed internet will meet your personal and business needs. You will love the small retro bathroom, with a small standup shower only, located in the master bedroom. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed and is accented with greys and light lavender shades. Both rooms are equipped with a sound machine to ensure a good nights sleep. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. There is coffee, tea, sweeteners and creamers ready for you to enjoy. The one car garage is super convenient for those rainy days or for storing your kayak. You can use the remote to pull in and step inside the living room. Keep in mind this is a duplex and there may be someone renting the other side while you are there. You may also rent the other side of this duplex if you need additional room for a larger group. The space
The loft is the top floor of a historic downtown building with plenty of parking. Expect spacious, yet cozy accommodations with the architectural character of a historical building. Perfect for a couples getaway, bridal suite, or simply a retreat from the norm. The kitchen and bar glassware is fully stocked so it’s even a great place to host the family or friends you’re here to visit! Walking distance from Lee University, Old Woolen Mill, and the museum.

From the side entrance, guest will have access to the entire upstairs loft.

Other things to note
For those who might be sensitive to it, there is a little street noise at night (particularly from trains). There is a fan for white noise that is very helpful in blocking that noise.

This cottage is a quaint getaway on 16 acres. While you'll feel far away, you're actually right in the middle of town with quick access to I-75 + Lee U. Filled with natural light from the many windows, you'll have a view of the rain water creek from your private deck. We offer a fully stocked kitchen, a cozy living a room with a roku tv, and place to share a meal. This home shares property with our personal home.

The space
One bedroom, and one couch in the living room that turns into a queen size sleeper. There is small table in the kitchen and a large outdoor table.

You will have a designated parking space. Further accomodations can be made for mulitple vehicles but please let us know ahead of time.

In an effort to accomodate all guests, please note: ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY FURNITURE. If there is remnants of animals left behind, i.e. hair, etc. you may be charged an additonal cleaning fee.

You will fall in love with this beautiful farm and it’s surroundings. You might just make best friends with the friendly donkeys and the sweet chickens, but what you will really fall in love with is the comfy cozy studio style farm cottage. You will have all of the amenities that you will need to make for an enjoyable stay. We are centrally located between Southern Adventist University and Lee University (about 10 miles) 35 minutes from downtown Chattanooga and 15 minutes from Cleveland.

The space
The cottage is located next to our home but you will have complete privacy with your own private entrance. Your covered parking space will be right next to the cottage. Feel free to pet the donkeys, admire the birds, see the deer and watch the chickens! We know you will enjoy your stay.

Other things to note
We are excited to host your stay. We just ask that there is no smoking or drinking or partying on the property.

This approximately 300 sq. ft. studio is located on the second level and features a queen bed, kitchenette, and a full bathroom.

In addition to your private studio, the building offers shared amenities on the ground level, including a lounge area at the clubhouse with a dining and living room, a full kitchen, and a common seating area.
